RUSH: I'm not gonna tell anybody for whom I voted. It would destroy my objectivity as a journalist. Somebody has to be a journalist in this situation!

RUSH: It wasn't long ago people sent tea bags to the White House. Maybe everybody ought to send their resume to the White House.

RUSH: What's so maddening about the Republican establishment is how blind they are -- willfully blind -- to how overwhelmingly conservative this country is.

RUSH: I'm not voting Obama. I'm the expert. And that's really all you need to know.

RUSH: "Cracker" is in the Oxford English dictionary, and the way it's defined is this:  "A contemptuous name given in southern States of N. America to the poor whites; whence, familiarly, to the native whites of Georgia and Florida."

RUSH: Charles Murray -- an acquaintance of mine, a brilliant man -- is a sociologist at heart, an education expert extraordinaire. He has a book, a fairly new book called Coming Apart. In the book, Charles Murray argues that a large swath of America, poor and working class whites, is turning away from traditional values and losing ground.

RUSH: Everybody wants me on their team.  I understand.

RUSH: When it comes to his own political enemies, one thing you can say about Christie: He does not hold back. He's not out there saying the Democrats in New Jersey mean well but they're just in over their heads.

RUSH: I just sit here and marvel at it.  I don't know where they get it.
