On America’s left coast, San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera is suing the federal agency that overseas gas pipeline safety.

RUSH: Today is one of those days. I'm gonna have to go back to our archives. Everything I predicted, pretty much everything back in December, is now starting to happen in full force.

RUSH: It's not being reported, but the state of North Carolina is in an uproar over this, and it is a clear indication the culture war is alive.

RUSH: Keep in mind: New Jersey lowered the flag for Frank Sinatra and Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band with Bruce Springsteen. So it's not that uncommon. It really isn't.

RUSH: The whole point of bringing up contraception and trying to make it look like the Republicans want to ban birth control is simply something to excite the Democrat base, which has been depressed as it can be because their president has done a rotten job.

RUSH: Do you realize the grievance and the chip on their shoulders that union leaders and thugs have had for years over white-collar people?

RUSH: I guarantee you there will not be any Drive-By Media reports about the truth of this.

CALLER: I go back to the 'hood, Rush, and say what you say, but I don't tell 'em you said it, and they agree 100%!

RUSH: Conservative publications are all tied up in the horse race aspects: conservatives ripping Romney to shreds or alternately ripping Santorum to shreds or ripping Newt.  Conservatives aren't doing conservatism.
