Rush's Stack of Stuff

Do Your Show Prep: Everything Rush reads to prepare for the show.

Some of the topics we're loaded with today: Canada Ups Retirement Age in Bid to Balance Budget || Rep. Paul Ryan Endorses Mitt Romney || The Obama Women Are in Vegas || Justices Meet Friday to Vote On Health Care Case || Bigfoot Sleuth Stomped for Leading Tour on Federal Lands Without Permit || Obama's Policies to Blame for Weak Recovery

Show Open: Michelle and Kids in Vegas... Newt Meets Mitt... Big Lottery Jackpot... Two Corrections for Greg Sargent

RUSH:  Michelle (My Belle) Obama and the kids are in Vegas on a vacation.  Not exactly a family oriented place in my mind, but to each his own.  That's the place Obama told everybody not to go anymore, remember that?  In his first month in office he said the days of getting on your private plane and going to Vegas are over.  I guess they're back.

Elena Kagan: How Can Giving a Boatload of Money to Poor People be Unconstitutional?

RUSH: This is a woman who taught law at Harvard.  She was the dean of Harvard Law.  Which means she's smarter than anybody else.  She's smarter than the dean of law at Columbia and she's smarter than the dean at Stanford.  She's just as smart as the dean over there at Oxford.  There's nobody smarter.  When you're the dean of Harvard Law, you're it.  And she has no clue.

The Fascinating Story of Foxconn

RUSH: Don't anybody misunderstand me here.  I am not suggesting that slave labor's fine, that atrocities are fine or poor working conditions are fine, but it's different in China.  These are human beings.  They live and have to deal with their own set of circumstances, and not every country's the United States.
