RUSH: Why do I care about the facts?  I know, it's a failing of mine.

RUSH: This is a great indication of what the Washington Post thinks is in store for all of us.

RUSH: Obama and his attack on the Supreme Court yesterday.  It happened toward the end of the program in the last half hour and it was happening on the fly.  I didn't really have enough time to listen in detail to what Obama said, and thus I didn't have a chance to, in detail, reply.  I've now listened to what Obama said... We'll tear this down as it happened sometimes line by line.

RUSH: So the question's on the table. It's a good question.  If you, folks, if you were on the Supreme Court, and you're undecided on this thing, and the president comes out and says what he says yesterday, and spells out all the pain you're going to be causing if you strike down his law, would you vote to uphold it just to avoid that criticism?

RUSH: Stop the tape! Let me tell you what the human element is in Obamacare. The human element is telling a 100-year-old woman, "Sorry, here's the pain pill. You don't get the pacemaker. You're too old."

RUSH: This is what we know: If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare, the public will concur with it.

RUSH: Solyndra, Abound Solar, Energy Conversion Devices, BrightSource, LSP Energy, Evergreen Solar, Ener1, SunPower, Beacon Power, ECOtality, A123, Uni-Solar, Azure Dynamics, and now Solar Trust. Every one of those bankrolled businesses has gone under -- and oil is the fuel of the past.
