“President Obama’s sales pitch for the so-called Buffett Rule is simple: It’s only fair that those who make more than $1 million a year should pay a higher tax rate than middle-class workers. Here’s what he tends not to mention: for the most part, they already do.”

RUSH: I never ask people to do things I don't do. So I decided during the break I'm gonna kick it off with $400,000.

RUSH: The Obama effective tax rate -- well, not "effective"; the tax rate he paid -- is 20.5%. It's 20.5% on an income of $789,000.

RUSH: The anchor, Larry Conners, interviewed Obama in a random act of journalism.

RUSH: It's been a bad couple of weeks for Obama. Yesterday the coordinated, phony "war on women" backfired.

RUSH: All of this throwing her under the bus is strictly for show. Rove is exactly right.

RUSH: A big part of the increased survival rate's taken place just in the last 20-30 years -- and this is our 22nd year. You have had a hands-on role in all of these improvements and increases.

RUSH: I have a theory.  I could be a little off on this.  But I think Mitt Romney and Ann Romney may be the stereotypes of everything Obama and people like him resent in this country.

RUSH: Dershowitz was essentially calling Angela Corey Mike Nifong.

RUSH: One of the things that really matters to people is knowing that there is constant research going on that can change the diagnosis even years after it's been made if they can just hold on.

RUSH: It isn't abstract. It's not statistical.... The survivability rate increases are a direct result of the 20 years that coincide with the years we've been doing this Cure-A-Thon. There's no question that your donations and these advances are related.

AXELROD: [Hilary Rosen] actually is your employee, not ours. She's a, uh... She works for CNN. I think CNN would not allow her to be an operative for our campaign or the DNC. She's not. She never has been.

WELCH: [Obama] was in Florida this week screaming and yelling about rich people. He went after the Supreme Court. We gotta stop this...
