Obama Trails by Three in Gallup, Media Calls It a "Surge"
RUSH: The daily Gallup tracking poll is out today, and it's tightened up. It's Romney 50, Obama 47, and the mainstream media is calling this an Obama surge. They are. Business Insider, headline: "Obama Surges, Gets Within Three Points," and they will say that this is from the debate on Monday night.
Absentee Ballots in Florida, Ohio
RUSH: Here in Florida, "about one million Floridians have already cast absentee ballots in the biggest battleground state," it says here, and 10% of the electorate thus in Florida has voted already via absentee. I don't know how they know this but they say the Republicans are up five in terms of the number of requested absentee ballots. Five percent more Republicans than Democrats have requested absentee ballots. By the way, the news out of Ohio on this is pretty much the same thing.
O'Keefe Catches Rep. Moran's Son on Tape Discussing Voter Fraud
RUSH: James O'Keefe at Project Veritas is out with another video. I have not had a chance to look at it yet, and we can't play video for you on the radio, but it's out there. What he has done is caught the son of Congressman Jim Moran, Democrat, Virginia, discussing how to commit voter fraud and get away with it. "Patrick Moran, son of Congressman James Moran, discusses forging utility bills and impersonating pollsters, all for the goal of circumventing voter ID laws in Virginia and casting ballots for unsuspecting inactive voters within the state for Barack Obama. Patrick Moran holds the salaried title of Field Director for his father’s congressional campaign, and assures our reporter that 'committee' lawyers will defend his fraud if the forged documents 'look good.'"
So, just like the way they exposed ACORN, they have exposed how the Democrats are conducting voter fraud, how they forge documents to get around voter ID laws, straight from the son of a Democrat congressman, Patrick Moran. The video is out there. I wanted to alert you to it. It's gonna be all over the place. It will be viral. It's on YouTube right now.

RUSH: New York Times has a story saying Bill Clinton is hurting Barack Obama by ill advising him. He says it's not a good thing to call Romney a conservative. That's not working, the New York Times says.
