RUSH: Did you see where John Boehner and Obama met at the White House face-to-face for the first time in 23 days?  I wonder if Boehner had to wear one of those cheesy name tags... It's been so long since he's been there.  No word on whether Boehner took a white flag with him or not.... I saw another analogy that what the Republicans are in the process of doing is making the mistake that Coca-Cola made...

RUSH: We were just talking about how women check each other out unknown to the men, while all the men in the room are doing their own ogling.

RUSH: I had no idea that the Democrats and the media had already anointed her.  I had no idea that every world leader that she's ever met wants her to be president.  I had no idea that 90% of the Democrats had already decided.  I had no idea that this is already done.  

RUSH: I'm not trying to be defeatist, just realistic.  There's no area of common ground.  There's probably gonna be a deal.  It's not gonna solve anything.  

RUSH: Obama's message is benefit after benefit after benefit after benefit... We want people to realize the bounty, the greatness that freedom and liberty and opportunity and being an American has always meant. 

RUSH: Michigan is Ground Zero for union activity, and Michigan is about to become a right-to-work state, where you can get a job without having to join a union. 

RUSH: I submit to you if you're really serious about saving lives, ban the wheel. 

RUSH: I'm trying real hard here to understand how giving Obama $1.6 trillion to spend pressures him into then discussing reforming entitlements. There's got to be something I'm missing, because I'm beginning to really question my IQ here.
