RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, our low-information outreach is working. I should better say, “Our outreach to the low-information voters is showing signs of success.” I’d like you to listen to this audio sound bite from WJBK Eyeball TV-2 news in Detroit. Fox 2 News this morning. The correspondent, Roop Raj, was talking about tonight’s Powerball drawing. Now, listen to this…

RAJ: $360 million is the Powerball. The scheduled drawing is for tonight at 10:59 p.m. You’re gonna hear it right here on Fox 2. It’s one of the largest jackpots in the history. If you took the cash option, it would be 292 million, a lot of money. But you spread that over the course of maybe 30 years, and it ends up being 12 million a year. Reed Hastings, the CEO of Netflix, he actually makes $300 million a year. Rush Limbaugh, the talk show host, his net worth is $350 million a year. (sic) And so he actually makes closer to, you know, $30 million a year. So, you know, these are just some comparison, some numbers out there for you to think about.

RUSH: Now, of all the people watching WJBK TV Fox 2 News this morning in a promotion of the Powerball drawing, of all the people that Roop Raj could have told these viewers about to relate the size of the Powerball drawing to, he included me in there with Reed Hastings of NetFlix. Not Brad Pitt. Not Snoop Lion. (interruption) No, he was Snoop Dogg, but he’s now Snoop Lion. He changed his name to Snoop Lion. Not Beyonce. Not Jay-Z. Not Mr. Z, not Mr. Carter, not Kim Kardashian, not Kanye West. (interruption) Yes, she’s still pregnant. What do you mean, still pregnant? Yes. You ought to see the wardrobe she’s wearing to try to hide it. Anyway, they got the numbers wrong, but still, ladies and gentlemen, they through it in there.

So the low-information outreach is showing signs of success.
