The ACT tests measure how prepared high school graduates are in math, reading, science, and English, and if they have the skills needed to succeed. The results are out for the kids who just graduated: 1.7 million kids. Only a quarter are ready for college or career.

RUSH: You know what our problem is? We have nobody representing us. The Republican Party is AWOL. ... Obama is still out trying to close the sale on a piece of legislation that has been the law of the land for two years. It has never been popular. The American people have never, by virtue of a majority, supported it. Out of the blue yesterday, former Vice President Algore pops up. He is still trying to close the sale on man-made global warming.
RUSH: One of the three teens charged in this thrill kill has previously posted racist tweets on his Twitter account. "The Daily Caller reported that the tweets belonged to James Francis Edwards, 15. One tweet from his account reads, '90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM.' Another post read, 'Ayeee I knocced out 5 woods since Zimmerman court!:)'" "Woods" is a derogatory term for white people.
RUSH: You don't know what an ego freak is until you run into a genuine intellectual superiorist and supremacist on a major college campus. "The founding couldn't have been any good, or the Constitution, because I didn't write it. It couldn't be any good! The Declaration? I didn't say anything in it. It's not worth anything!"
RUSH: We've gotta exempt Obama. We have to exempt the Democrat Party. We have to exempt liberalism. They cannot be blamed. They cannot be seen as responsible, and, as such, the story is America was an accident, and what is going on now is what's always been real. This is the real America. This new normal is the real normal.
RUSH: Sixty percent of Millennials voted for Obama, and they're disappointed. They're losing faith in the country. That is not good. That's new. Previous generations, when things haven't worked out, they might have blamed the adults, and they mighta blamed a politician or party, and they mighta blamed themselves, but they did not blame the country.
RUSH: How many times have you heard me say that if health care were priced in a market way, much like airfare is priced or hotel rooms are priced, that it would make infinitely more sense? How many times have you heard me say that the biggest problem with health care is there is no direct relationship between the customer and the service provider?
RUSH: It has to get hotter no matter what. The political agenda requires it.
RUSH: There aren't any town hall meetings. We're at August 22nd, and there haven't been any to speak of. There've been a few, and when they've happened, Republicans have shown up and given members of Congress what-for. But there haven't been nearly as many.
CALLER: You know, you've got your low-information voter outreach. Maybe you'll have a Millennial outreach. Just go back to the basics, read the Constitution.
RUSH: Well, that's what we're doing here. But, you know, the 24- and 25-year-old female Millennials are scared out of their panties by me, and hopefully some male Millennials are close by to take advantage of that when that happens.
RUSH: It's not fair for everybody to have a mother and father. And since a lot of people don't, you can't humiliate them by depicting a kid with a mother and father 'cause a kid without one of the two watching would have feelings hurt.
