RUSH: Folks, you know, this Brendan Eich situation, Mozilla and the militant gay fascists and so forth? I've been doing a lot of thinking about this over the weekend, because one of the things that, as you know, may even be a near obsession with me, is to constantly devise ways to inform, teach, instruct, whatever, people about liberalism and how it works. For some reason, I really think that that matters. For some reason, my instincts are telling me to follow this trail in addition to talking about all the absolute dire consequences of liberalism.
RUSH: How many people voted for Barack Obama 'cause they really supported what he intended to do, versus how many people were afraid not to? I think what's happening here is fascism equals intimidation, and the intimidation is working.
RUSH: You can trace it right back to 1964 and the Great Society and Lyndon Johnson.
RUSH: You look at Obama, and his approval number is in the 40 to 42 range, depending on the poll. But it's not because people are associating him with the failures taking place in the country.
RUSH: There you go! There you go! You see? Those mean-spirited Republicans, they want to take health insurance away from people!
RUSH: The original Republican hatemonger, Abraham Lincoln (Remember him?) said, "The best way to get a bad law repealed is to enforce it strictly," which this one has not been. This one has yet to be fully implemented, by design.
RUSH: There is always a backlash to things unacceptable to a majority of people, even among those who are too intimidated to express said backlash.
CALLER: I have an idea that I think would resonate with any voter in the United States regardless of where they are.
