Sad to say, the horrors that South American kids face happen here, too: murders, violence, intimidation by drug gangs. But they mostly happen in “blue” cities run by Democrats; the victims are minority kids; and there’s no other “great nation” offering benefits for them to flee there. Illegally.
RUSH: You know, I don't do hashtags. I wonder what people who do, how they're going to react to this being made fun of.
RUSH: Don't you feel just like her? Some days don't you think that you're the only person watching the news, the only person that knows what's going on? You feel like you're the only person that cares about what's going on?
RUSH: I hit the mute button, and I looked at Mr. Snerdley, and I said, "Do you remember the days when it was really a big deal to be on TV?"
RUSH: I wonder who she could be talking about. "Some justices are very proud of the fact they get all their news from AM radio."
RUSH: I said it a number of times during the campaign. The reason I did was because we all knew there were a bunch of people that were gonna vote for Obama hoping to end forever racial strife. There were people that voted for Obama for only one reason. They wanted it shown that the country was no longer racist, and how best to prove that? There's no better way to prove that than to elect a black man president, and that's why they voted for him. They didn't care about anything else. And my point, I was trying to reach them, trying to say it's gonna make it worse.
RUSH: I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just trying to infuse a little realism. Yes, these teenagers who will be eligible to vote for the first time in 2016 are indeed growing up and coming of age with an inept and seemingly incompetent, disorganized, and unattached Democrat president unable to fix anything or deal with anything. However, while all of that is true, don't forget they have been in public school classrooms where they have been told how wonderful Obama is and how the Republicans hate him and the racists hate him and the reason he's having trouble is because nobody will work with him.
RUSH: Yet another Drive-By journalist essentially steals the concept of the Limbaugh Theorem as his or her own to explain what Obama is doing. But they're not happy about it. I think one of the questions in the story is, "Is all he ever gonna do is campaign?" And of course that is the nub of the Limbaugh Theorem.
RUSH: I don't think too big a deal can be made of this, the story that's at TheHill.com today: "Immigration Reform Fizzles as Campaign Issue for Democrats." I'm gonna tell you, I know I've focused on this some today, but this to me is the story of the day. How many years have we sat here and been insulted and told that we are racists and sexists and bigots and all of that because we don't support comprehensive immigration reform, which we all understand to be amnesty? And then after we've been insulted, then we have been warned, we have been told that the Republican Party, unless they sign on to this, will never, ever win the White House again, ever... It was never true in the first place.
RUSH: Have you ever heard of the term "Columbusing"? Columbusing is when you discover something that's existed forever. It's just that it's existed outside your own culture, nationality, race, or even your neighborhood. And then you run around and you tell everybody you discovered something that's always been there, you have Columbused something. Don't doubt me on this stuff.
RUSH: Look, I think it's rather obvious that the financial industry has ties to former financial industry execs in the government, and they look out for each other, and they make sure they don't fail. They make sure no matter what happens, they get propped up.
RUSH: Republicans are always too busy working. Protesting is a job for the left. You've heard of the old rent-a-mob. It's not gonna happen, 'cause it's not who conservatives are. The Tea Party's gotten as close to it as anything has.
RUSH: I can't tell you who told me, I'm not gonna do that, but it was a noted court expert.
