Morning Update: Good Things!

This week Daniel Yergin, Vice Chairman of the global information company IHS, wrote a Wall Street Journal op-ed about “the global shakeout” from the dramatic drop in oil prices in the last few weeks. OPEC recently met to decide how to handle the plummeting prices. Significantly, they decided not to cut production, which is their historic ploy to force a price increase.

Republicans are acting like losers... This whole notion of a government shutdown is language that is being used once again to negatively impact the Republican Party and its fortunes.

Face It: Republicans Want Amnesty

RUSH: The election results are clear.  The voters don't want any more of what Obama is promising, implementing or offering.  They don't want any more of it. The election was the only way people in this country have of saying "stop."  Well, the people they elected to stop it, at least in the case of amnesty, don't want to stop it.  But they can't come out and say that.
