RUSH: How many of you have seen Blazing Saddles? This e-mail release today (I've read through it and I've read excerpts), I'm telling you she comes across as the character played by Mel Brooks in that movie, William J. Le Petomane, the governor, and Harvey Korman who was his right-hand man, like Sidney Blumenthal, actually ran everything.

RUSH: Donald Trump is showing everybody how this is done. I don't care what you think of Trump, but Trump is not backing down.

RUSH: Apparently this is a term widely used in the United States.  "Eh, that's another Limbaugh amendment," and I don't even know about them.  Apparently within the halls of the US Senate, the senators live in fear of these votes.

RUSH: All right, I'm gonna show you the picture.  I'm gonna show you this 8-year-old boy.  I'm gonna show you "Desmond Napoles, of Brooklyn, who joyously strutted and vogued his way down Fifth Avenue."  Are you ready?  There it is. 

RUSH: It was Ted Cruz that informed Katie Couric of this. She had no idea.  And the look on her face, apparently, is just priceless. 

RUSH: Wait a minute, now.  You had a person that went to apply for a marriage license to marry a third person?

RUSH: All right, look, you can't avoid this kind of stuff happening out there.  The e-mails, checked 'em at the top of the hour: "Hey, you're giving all this time to Trump.  You know, Christie announced yesterday, why don't you give him some?"  Okay, okay, okay, I hear you, I understand. 

RUSH: Whenever he is asked to render his opinion on any president's foreign policy, you can guarantee he's always gonna rip it. He has done so with Barack Hussein O.

RUSH: This is another example.  I don't understand why anybody would want to destroy Dr. Ben Carson, but they're trying to. The Democrats are.  He's one of the most decent, finest human beings we have in the country. And Clarence Thomas is the same, and yet they're out destroying him, and they've not stopped trying.
