The Securities and Exchange Commission is made up of three Democrats and two Republicans. On Wednesday, the three Democrats overruled the two Republicans, and voted to force companies to start disclosing their so-called “pay gap.” That’s the difference between what corporate heads earn, and what rank-and-file employees make.
RUSH: There's no question now that there's a psychological operation underway aimed at The Donald. I have just uncovered it, ladies and gentlemen. It's there for anybody to see, but it takes me to put the pieces together, to read between the lines, to read the stitches on the fastball.
RUSH: I said earlier that Trump has some performance pressure, meaning his own supporters have expectations. They want to see Trump be Trump. I mean, they want Trump to do the hammering that he's been hammering. They want to see it. But here's the thing. They'll not abandon him if he doesn't.
RUSH: They are preparing a strategy to deal with somebody who really doesn't exist in the way they think he exists. And I say that because the theory here is that they don't really know who Trump is. They're afraid of Trump, and therefore they have concocted an image or a straw man version of Trump that isn't the case.
RUSH: All of this on the day of and the night before the debate? And believe me, there are no coincidences in media, and there are no coincidences when the Clintons are involved, either.

We study it, we watch it, we read it, and we explain it better than they do. We understand and know the full range of the ideological spectrum, which makes the fact that we are conservatives even more authoritative and solid because it is the result of study, not just chance or DNA or bias or prejudice. We know what liberalism is, and we want no part of it. They have no idea what conservatism is.
RUSH: Jeb's reaction to that was to backtrack and correct his misstatement. He did not take the opportunity, which in my view was a golden opportunity for him to stand up and push back and go toe-to-toe with her. And that timidity, that instinct for him to avoid that type of confrontation is exactly why he's gonna lose.
CALLER: Why should they honor the borders that those mean-spirited executives at Fox News have put in place?
RUSH: I do have a tough time believing that a Democrat administration is actually serious about making Hillary Clinton a criminal. Because if she's made a criminal, and if this gets serious, she can be denied a security clearance. And if you don't have a security clearance, you cannot be president.
