RUSH: A lot of my friends are emailing me about this Whitaker situation, the acting attorney general after Sessions had been fired. And I’m also getting a lot of notes from people, “This is a really bad move to fire Sessions. You know, Sessions, he was the best guy Trump could have had in implementing his anti-immigration agenda. People just don’t know it, don’t know all the great work Sessions was doing because Sessions is not a front-and-center, hey, look at me, notice me guy, and he’s not a wartime consigliere-type personality, but, man, it’s gonna be a big, big loss.”

And I got people talking to me about his replacement Whitaker and whether or not this is constitutional or not. And I’m saying to everybody that sends me these notes, “Are you watching what’s going on in Arizona and Florida?” I mean, that, to me, is the story. The Democrats are again stealing the election. I think Arizona is gone.

The difference is, “Mr. Limbaugh, Arizona’s traditionally kind of late. There’s so many mail-in ballots, it takes a while to count them.” There’s no counting going on! They’re looking for votes. Nobody’s counting votes in Arizona right now. The Democrats are looking for votes, they’re casting votes, who knows what’s going on, but they’re not looking for them.

In Florida a schoolteacher in Miramar found a box. You know what was in it? Ballots. She said, “Why, this looks like it might be important, some ballots.” In fact, the way this is shaking out in Florida I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Christine Blasey Ford was involved in it because the format of what’s happening in Florida is identical to the way they came forward late in the game in the Kavanaugh hearings.

And the governor here, Rick Scott, is not sitting around and taking it. He is filing suit against the election people in both Palm Beach County and Broward, which is where the Democrats, if you look at that red-blue map that we showed you of Texas yesterday, if you look at that map in Florida where we are, and maybe not so much Tampa, but where we are is the deep blue part of the state.

When the Democrats need to steal an election this is where they come. They own everything to do with the polling places, the election centers. They run these two counties, Broward and Palm Beach. You can throw Miami-Dade in there too. That would complete that big swath of deep blue and south Florida on the Atlantic coast side. And Rick Scott is threatening legal action. Gillum, who lost the governor’s race, is on the verge of pulling his concession like Algore did, and Gillum has a slogan. I want to tell you what the slogan means.

Gillum is out there saying, “We must count every vote.” That is code. In Florida — I want to remind you of something. Those of you who were here and of age, meaning old enough to be paying attention, 18 years ago in 2000 — 19 years ago now, in the year 2000, you remember all of the military ballots that were not counted? Remember that controversy?

Do you remember all of the controversy over the provisional ballots? Do you know what a provisional ballot is? A lot of people don’t. And nothing wrong if you don’t. A provisional ballot is a ballot cast by somebody whose eligibility is not known at the time they vote. And rather than slow things down and make a big deal about it, they go ahead and let these people vote and they’re called provisional ballots and after everything’s done, if they need ’em, they go looking at ’em and they inspect them to see if in fact they are cast by eligible voters.

So when Gillum or anybody starts talking about “count every vote,” it means including the provisional ballots. If it hasn’t happened yet, it will very soon, and it will be done the way the left always does. The provisional ballots will be cast by minorities, people of color, the poor, women and children, whoever are the protected class.

The people that are always getting the excrement sandwich in life in America will be those who have cast the provisional ballot. And because these are people that are downtrodden, homeless, hungry, thirsty, we need to really, really, really count them. They need to participate in our process. So the move will be to count every provisional ballot as legitimate and eligible.

“Count every vote” is a dog whistle for “we need to find more votes,” not votes that have been cast. We’re looking for ways to add to vote totals. We are looking for ways to actually cast ballots. That’s what all of this means, and that’s what’s going on.

Now, in 2000, it was James A. Baker, the Bush family consigliere came down here with his aide-de-camp, Margaret Tutwiler, and they ran an operation down here that smoked the Democrats. And it was not easy. It was hard as it can be. And it was done on behalf of George W. Bush. I don’t know that the Republican Party has this kind of desire for Donald Trump. And I don’t know who the James A. Baker III of 2000 would be in 2018 Florida. Hopefully there is somebody. But Rick Scott filing suit is a first step, and it’s a good first step.

Arizona, once the commie babe took the lead out there that’s pretty much it because then they said, “Hey, you know what? We just found a bunch of ballots in the part of Phoenix where the Democrats live.” It was like 500,000 or so, 500,000 ballots from where the Democrats live in Phoenix. I mean, that’s my terminology. But that’s essentially what the situation is there.

And the reason this is happening — and I’m gonna build on this a little bit during the busy broadcast today. Despite the fact that the Democrats won the House, that’s not where the action is as far as these people are concerned. The action is in the judiciary, and that means the Senate. And that’s why, beyond just general principles, that’s why there is so much focus here on rolling back the Republican majority in the Senate, ’cause they have to do that in order to have a shot at stopping any of Trump’s judicial appointments.

Smart Democrats know — and there aren’t very many of ’em — that this full-fledged young Millennial type socialist agenda really isn’t what’s going to make the Democrat Party a majority party. They need the courts. They need the judges. They need to be able to have their own activists in place at various strategic spots in the federal judiciary to be able to legislate from the bench or to rule against legitimate legislation passed by Republican Senate, Republican Congress signed by President Trump, what have you.

They play for keeps. I mean, this is it. This is their whole life, running government and having government be powerful enough to run everybody else. And it’s what happens. These are people who, although it doesn’t look like this, I’m telling you, people who know they’re not yet the majority, this is how they attempt to overcome that deficiency. They’re on their way, don’t misunderstand, but they’re not yet. And it’s close. I mean, you can see in many of these elections it’s very close.

President Trump has gotten involved in this. He tweeted — you know, I mentioned this, I mentioned all of this. I’m not saying the president stole it from me. Don’t misunderstand. I’m just saying that we’re on the same wavelength ’cause yesterday and the day before I started asking in my very famous mocking tone, “Where are the allegations about the Russians? The Democrats lose a bunch of elections, they lost the governorship in Florida, they lost the Senate in Arizona until they didn’t, and they lost the Senate race in Florida. Where are all the allegations about the Russians?”

You remember we had all these promises, all these allegations, all of these warnings that the Russians were attempting to influence the midterm elections. So here come the Democrats losing a bunch of elections. Where’s the talk of all the Russians? I haven’t heard it. Have you? No. Why? Why? Because the Democrats hoped to steal these elections and they don’t want anybody saying that there was outside influence like the Russians that had anything to do with it.

So President Trump tweets, “You mean they’re just now finding votes in Florida and…?” Oh, Georgia, the governor’s race there with Stacy… What is her name, James? (interruption) Stacey Abrams. Stacey Abrams, yeah. The Oprah candidate. Trump said, “You mean they are just now finding votes in Florida and Georgia – but the Election was on Tuesday? Let’s blame the Russians and demand an immediate apology from President Putin!”

This is good. This is good. Just mock ’em. Trump is bashing Broward County, and Brenda Snipes is the Broward County elections official who has a really dubious and questionable past in all this. She’s almost as bad… What was that babe’s name back in 2000, Carol something or other. I was at a Fuzzy Zoeller golf tournament in Indiana when I first saw this woman, when this whole hanging chad business got started.

It was Carol somebody and she was in Palm Beach County and she was nearby where I lived. That’s why I paid attention. What’s her name? Do you remember her last name, Dawn, by any chance? Carol something or other. Blonde, 85, 90 years old probably looking. She was 60, very haggard. Life as a Democrat’s not easy no matter when they win. I can’t remember her name. Anyway, this babe, Brenda Snipes, is a real piece of work.

“Trump took aim at Broward County and its election supervisor, Brenda Snipes today, citing a ‘horrible history’ handling voting results. He said, ‘If you look at Broward County, they’ve had a horrible history. And if you look at the person, in this case the woman involved, she’s had a horrible history.’ Trump was talking to reporters outside the White House today on his way to the helicopter to his way to France.”

He’s got some big meeting over in France coming up. He and Melania departed Washington today. Look how much attention Florida has received. Arizona too. Voting after the polls have closed has captured the attention of the entire country. Voting after the polls have closed. That’s what’s going on. Voting is still going on! When you’re looking for ballots, when you’re saying count every vote, that means you’re looking for ballots, you’re looking for more votes.

And the schoolteacher down in Miramar found a box of ’em. If it works in Florida, why not the NFL? For example, if your team loses in the NFL, why not say, “Wait a minute. We need to extend the game because the referees blew a bunch of calls in this game.” “We need 10 more minutes,” says the losing team. What would people’s reaction be? “You can’t. We have rules. You can’t do that. You lost.” How about if jurors did it after every jury reaches a verdict?

How about the defendant says, “You know, what? I don’t like. I lost. I want a new jury. Bring in a new jury.” How cool would it be for convict murderers to get a new jury after having been found guilty? (interruption) What do you mean, what’s…? (interruption) Of course it would never happen. But why does happen in our elections? “But, Rush! But, Rush! They haven’t been certified.” Exactly. They haven’t been certified because the left still says there are votes out there to be found and they keep finding votes in schoolrooms and trunks of cars.

I think that actually did happen in 2000. Somebody found a box in a…? (interruption) Was it Al Franken they found…? (interruption) Oh, that’s right! It was Franken. It was Franken. They found a box of ballots in the trunk of a car under the spare tire, under the spare. It’s when Franken won his Senate seat. This is exactly a replay of that. Either we have rules or we don’t, and if you’re gonna have rules, they have to be enforced because if you don’t you’re gonna get run over by the mob, and Democrat mobs are trying to seize control of the country.

And they won’t be stopped until they’re stopped. Look at Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson’s home gets invaded by a bunch of Antifa people, and the left-wing media say, “Well, I understand it. I think Tucker Carlson needs to understand how he makes people feel with his racism and hate on his television show every night.” Some guy at Vox, a reporter at Vox, Matt Yglesias, says (paraphrased), “Well, I think it’s good!, I think Tucker Carlson and the rest of you, you need to find out what it feels like to be the objects of hate.”

Tucker Carlson had the leader of that group on his show back in 2000. What was his name? Isaacson. September 2017, this clown’s name is… Da-da-da-da. Well, first name I don’t know. Last name is Isaacson. He’s now… (interruption) Mike Isaacson. He’s the Smash Racism D.C. cofounder, and Tucker had him on the show. Tucker was being… You know what Tucker’s gig is. He brings all these leftists on and makes fools of ’em!

Actually, he lets them make fools of themselves. But, see, the point that I want to make about that is having these people on in an attempt to be fair, in an attempt to give them time on the dreaded and hated Fox News, it doesn’t work, does it? (interruption) Carol Roberts. That’s who it was. Carol Roberts, the supervisor of elections in 2000, now been replaced by this Brenda Snipes.

At any rate, you can’t cross the aisle with these people. You cannot be nice to them. This guy that ran the invasion at Tucker Carlson’s house was a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show, and he was treated fairly. These leftists that go on Tucker’s show and make fools of themselves do it because that’s who are they. Tucker just asks ’em questions and has weird looking facial expressions when they say stupid things.

RUSH: Marc Elias is a Democrat lawyer. He is tied to the Clinton campaigns and the dossier. Marc Elias has involvement with the Steele dossier, the one that reported Trump, hired a bunch of prostitutes to urinate on a bed in Moscow that Obama had slept in. He has just been sent to Florida to handle not the recount; he’s here to find votes.

Marc Elias — the attorney general who retained Fusion GPS to produce that BS Trump dossier on the part of the Hillary’s 2016 campaign — has been retained to represent Bill Nelson’s recount effort, Senator Staples here in Florida. He’s got a smile stapled in his cheekbones.

So the president in the air on the way to France tweets, “As soon as Democrats sent their best Election stealing lawyer, Marc Elias, to Broward County they miraculously started finding Democrat votes. Don’t worry, Florida – I am sending much better lawyers to expose the FRAUD!” The Trumpster is on the case.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I wonder. You know, on election night when it looked like the Republicans were gonna pick up two — and maybe at the outside four — Senate seats, I wonder how many people started getting lazy? They said, “Wow, we won! (clapping) All right,” and started moving on, while the Democrats said, “The hell with that,” and started immediately doing what they do: Finding ballots, demanding that all the provisional ballots be counted.

Just to review — I had to hurry this in the last segment — Marc Elias is the lawyer that Fusion GPS hired (at Perkins Coie, I believe) who was instrumental in drafting, writing, and getting the Trump dossier introduced into the public domain as a legitimate piece of intel that was part of proving Trump had colluded with Russia. This guy, Marc Elias, is a lawyer. He’s been sent down here to run the Bill Nelson recount effort in the Senate race.

So Trump tweeted from Air Force One. He’s out there over the Atlantic and he’s tweeting, “As soon as Democrats sent their best Election stealing lawyer, Marc Elias, to Broward County they miraculously started finding Democrat votes. Don’t worry, Florida — I am sending much better lawyers to expose the FRAUD!” It is kind of comforting.

RUSH: Now back to Florida. Here’s the story on the teacher discovering ballots left behind in a Florida polling site. Now, this story has another added ingredient, because this story also shows how people who voted via provisional ballot got caught trying to vote twice. You’ll note that the provisional ballots are always assumed to be 100% Democrat, and who’s to say they’re not?

Who’s to say that the Democrats don’t send a bunch of ineligible voters to show up?

You can’t prove that they’re registered or eligible, but they let them vote on a provisional ballot. No doubt this is what happens. “A Florida teacher says she discovered a locked ballot box that was left behind at a polling site in Miramar. Teacher Lakeisha Sorey told the Sun-Sentinel,” the Fort Lauderdale rag, “she came across the box on Thursday afternoon and said it was located in the same area at Sunshine Elementary School where voting had been held earlier this week.”

It’s funny how this happens every time Democrats need a few more votes, and it’s also funny how this always happens in one of the most liberal counties in the state. Isn’t it amazing? It always happens. “Moreover, Broward County’s election supervisor,” the previously mentioned Brenda Snipes, “has a long history of destroying ballots and violating Florida election law. In 2016, for instance, Brenda Snipes was found to have destroyed untold thousands of uncounted ballots,” and this woman is in charge of Broward County still!

Now the teacher, Lakeisha “Sorey, said she was concerned the box, which was labeled ‘provisional ballots,’ might have contained uncounted ballots and decided not to meddle with it.” Really? She said it “was labeled ‘provisional ballots,’ might have contained uncounted ballots and she decided not to meddle with it.” Now, for starters, provisional ballots prove the Democrat lie that people are not allowed to vote without an ID.

Because you can show up at any polling place and not be registered and not have an ID and they will let you vote on a provisional ballot. Sorry to be repetitive here, but I want people to understand. The provisional ballots are the last to be examined because they are cast by people who haven’t been able to prove that they are eligible voters. Then we have people like Gillum and others, “Count every vote! Count every…” And the provisional ballots, isn’t it interesting how they always end up being a major factor.

In reality, people without any ID or voter registration are always given provisional ballots — and they count unless somebody is on the ground to challenge them, which very rarely happens. Now, the teacher, “Sorey said she also reportedly contacted her friend, state Rep. Shevrin Jones,” Democrat. She just happened to have a friend. You know what this reminds me of? Way back in Florida an elderly grand-couple were driving around the state of Florida — and you know what?

They just happened to have a radio in their Cadillac, and they just happened to have a radio in their Cadillac that could overhear cell phone calls. And the elderly grand-couple overheard a strategy call between John Boehner and Newt Gingrich, and they thought that they were listening in on a moment of history. So they recorded it — ’cause every Cadillac, you know, has a radio that can pick up cell phone calls, and then has a recorder in the car to record the calls.

Well, they recorded the call and they sent the call to the New York Times. Well, all of that is illegal. You’re not allowed to just record people’s phone conversations without their permission. Everybody knows that. But the New York Times didn’t care, and they published the call. They published a transcript of the call, and they literally tried to tell us that a grandparent couple were driving… It was around Christmastime, and they were driving around.

I think it was Interstate 75 in Florida within and they just a happened to hear this call and said, “Whoa, we’re listening to history here, Mabel!” (sigh) I just… Now we have the teacher, Lakeisha “Sorey said she also reportedly contacted her friend, state Rep. Shevrin Jones (D), who the newspaper noted was a close confidant of,” dadalut, dadalut, dadalut — wait for it! — Andrew Gillum! So “Sorey said she also reportedly contacted her friend, state Rep. Shevrin Jones (D), who the newspaper noted was a close confidant of Tallahassee Mayor and Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum (D), seeking help about the discovery.”

I think this is probably how the phone call went: “How many votes does Gillum says he needs? how many how many? In any case, these newly found votes should be discarded, folks. For starters, they were found past the 40-hour deadline for reporting votes. They were found in a schoolroom, and that 40-hour deadline is to prevent exactly this the kind of thing. It’s jJust like the evidence that falls out of the chain of custody cannot be used.

Votes that fall out of the chain of custody should not be count. But they are the exact kind of votes that end up being counted, found ballots like in the trunk of Al Franken’s car. And who knows what the hell has gone on out in Arizona. “Voter Fraud Allegedly Frowned in Deep Blue Florida Counties” is the next story. “Over 100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County on Thursday after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election, according to a local media reporter. …

“‘Stream of aggressive red stamping at Miami-Dade canvassing board as panel rejects provisional ballots from 108 people who showed up to vote a second time in the same election,’ [a] Miami Herald reporter … said.” So the people that cast provisional ballots, at least 108 of them in Miami-Dade were found to have already voted and were trying to vote multiple times — and I guarantee you that Marc Elias and the Democrat are down here to make sure that every damn one of those fake votes is counted.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I also to want play for you sound bites from a guy — I mentioned this in the first hour — a Democrat consultant who thinks winning the House is okay, but it’s not ball game. It’s not where things really are. And he thinks the Democrats are still on the wrong track, despite all this. I just want to share that with you.

But just to wrap up what’s happening in Florida and Arizona. I think Arizona’s gone. I really hope I’m wrong about this. I really hope I’m wrong. But once the commie babe pulls ahead out there and then they tell us there are 500,000 ballots yet to be counted in Democrat areas of Phoenix, it doesn’t look good. You never know. It’s not over yet. Nothing official. And we got people on our side who say, “Hey, don’t get all worried about it. This is standard operating procedure for Arizona. Over 60% of the votes are by mail. It takes a long time to count them.”

Well, that’d be fine if counting the votes is what was happening in Arizona, but it’s not. They’re not counting votes in Florida, either. They’re looking for them. And in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re trying to find some blank ballots to still mark down here, call them provisional ballots.

Anyway, “Rick Scott has ordered law enforcement to stop unethical liberals from stealing the election.” He says, “I am considering every single legal option available.” And he filed suit last night asking for an investigation into ongoing ballot counts that he accused of being a partisan attempt by unethical liberals to steal the state Senate election.

His opponent was smiley face Bill Nelson. We’ve got a cute little, harmless nickname, staples, wonder how he gets those cheekbones to stay permanently in that Joker kind of smile. We figure staples underneath the epidermis. But we’ll never know ’cause that’s the kind of secret that Nelson would never divulge.

Now, “The National Republicans Senatorial Committee joined Scott on Thursday to file suit against both Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher. Scott alleges that the supervisors have violated federal and state laws by failing to provide information to officials.”

Now, just to reiterate about Snipes. “A judge ruled in May of this year that Snipes had illegally destroyed votes during a 2016 election and Scott said at the time he would send experts to Broward for the upcoming elections, according to the Sun Sentinel.”

Why is this woman still in office or on the job? Well, she is because she does a great job for the Democrats. Illegally destroyed votes? That’s at the top of resume enhancement.

Now, the issue is this business that all votes have to be reported by a certain time, usually 40 hours after the election. Anything after that is discounted for the very reasons you might come up with, like a teacher finding a box of ballots in a school classroom in Miramar.

So transparency on the number of ballots cast in both counties is where all of this is focusing, Broward and Palm Beach County. “The election officers were required to provide an overall total by Wednesday morning in order for observers to know what the final number would be.” That becomes the baseline against which everybody works, the final number, the overall total, by Wednesday morning.

But as of this morning, two days later, that still hasn’t been accomplished. In the meantime, not only did they not provide a total by law on Wednesday morning, tens of thousands of additional ballots have been added to the votes since election night. Scott is right that there is all kinds of fraud taking place and all kinds of rule violation ongoing. Tens of thousands of ballots have been added to the total, which has not been made official by law as it should have on Wednesday morning. And that is why Scott is suing.

Scott is openly accusing Snipes and Bucher — and I don’t know if I’m pronouncing her name right. I remember it. She was active back in 2000 too. He’s accusing them of fabricating votes. He’s accusing them of manufacturing votes, of finding ballots unmarked and marking them. He wants the process yanked away from them right now to find out what’s going on. And how can you blame him? Wednesday morning deadline for a total votes count to be given.

So election observers then use that as a baseline going forward. “Well, how do they know?” They count the mail ballots, and then they count the absentees in advance, they count the provisions in terms of the totals they have. They may not actually count how the ballots go, but they know the totals.

As of this morning, the Florida Division of Elections shows Rick Scott with 15,000 vote lead and Ron DeSantis with a 36,000 vote lead. Now, this is where it gets key. Both of those races are already in the automatic machine recount stage. When you reach a margin of victory that is a certain percentage small — don’t know what the exact number is. It’s like eight-tenths, two-tenths of one percent, whatever it is, then the automatic machine recount is triggered.

But if they can get those vote totals that Scott is up over Nelson and DeSantis up over Gillum, if they can get those numbers even smaller, then a hand count is triggered. And when the hand count is triggered is when you get to Florida 2000 and looking for hanging chads and who knows whatever else. We’re already at the stage where a machine recount is mandated by law. They are continuing to try to find ballots for both Nelson and Gillum that will reduce their margins to small enough numbers that would trigger a hand recount. That’s the objective.

And as Rick Scott notes, the gaps in both of these cases far exceed the kind of changes that could come in a recount, unless Broward and Palm Beach unpack a whole boatload of new ballots. That’s the key. The margins are still big enough — there haven’t been 36,000 mistakes in the governor’s race, for example, and there probably have not been 15,000 mistakes in machine tabulations in the Senate race, and that is Scott’s point. But when you get to the hand count, well, then who knows who can do what when you have lawyers all over the place and observers. But it’s still the objective.

RUSH: I tell you what, Trump is hot about this election stuff here in south Florida. He keeps tweeting from Air Force One as he’s on his way over to France. And we know it’s not for the wine and cheese ’cause he doesn’t drink. Well, it may be for the cheese.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: As I mentioned, the Trumpster is winging his way to Paris. He’s probably over the Atlantic by now, easily, on Air Force One — a 747-400 — and he is continuing to tweet about south Florida. Here’s the first: “In the 2016 Election[,] I was winning by so much in Florida that Broward County, which was very late with vote tabulation and probably getting ready to do a ‘number,’ couldn’t do it because not enough people live in Broward for them to falsify a victory!”

The next tweet: “Mayor Gillum conceded on Election Day and now Broward County has put him ‘back into play.’ Bill Nelson conceded Election – now he’s back in play!? This is an embarrassment to our Country and to Democracy!” The president just tweeted his thanks and appreciation to Marco Rubio, because Rubio was the first to start tweeting about this and leveling the allegation that south Florida counties were again attempting to steal an election.

(sigh) And it is true. It is happening, and we’ve explained how it’s happening.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Okay. Very quickly, grab audio sound bite number 26. Rick Scott just appeared on the Fox News Channel with Dana Perino. And the question was: “What Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes is saying is that they’re doing all they can, that they have these additional votes. But is there some point along the way when these counties have to explain how they found these additional votes the day after Election Day?”

SCOTT: Well, that’s what we’re finding out. I asked the Florida Department of Law enforcement to go in and investigate. I’ve hired the best lawyers in the country. I’ve hired Gibson Dunn. They did Bush v. Gore. We’re all hands on deck bringing in all the talent we need to fight this to find out exactly what happened here. But we still don’t know. And she won’t tell us anything.

RUSH: So I guess this goes back to on Wednesday after election, people certifying in each county have to identify how many votes there were, not have to have them all counted per se, but have to have the total number. They keep finding new votes here, like from the schoolroom in Miramar. And what Rick Scott is saying is they won’t tell us where they’re getting these votes and they won’t tell us how many there are.

Well, he knows. Look, Scott has a lot of resources. You know what that means? I hate expressing my ignorance, but look, I’m not ashamed. I didn’t know that when people said he’s got plenty of resources, they meant money. Ten years ago I did an appearance. Terry Bradshaw was supposed to speak somewhere and bombed out; so they asked me to come in. And I went down there, and I said, “No, I don’t want any money for it. I don’t take money for speeches.”

So I was introduced, “And Mr. Limbaugh used his own resources to get here.” What does that mean, my own resources? And he meant I paid my own way to get down there. So the point is Rick Scott’s got a lot — and he has been very successful. He knows a lot of people. And this law firm, by the way, well, I’m not gonna name drop. But these guys are sharp. It is great, great news to hear that Scott has hired this bunch, because the Democrats have sent Marc Elias from Perkins Coie and the Trump dossier and all of that Fusion GPS down there to help find some of these votes that didn’t exist on Tuesday night.

RUSH: Jerry, Flagler Beach, Florida. Welcome. Great to have you with us. Hi.

CALLER: Rush, dittos from your poster boy. I tell you, I could write a story, my life has evolved around almost everything you’ve been teaching for years. I moved from Oregon to Florida two years ago mainly because I got fed up with the radicals just overrunning that state. I bought my home on the street I live on, one of the reasons was, driving down the street, it’s a dead end street, it was completely lined with Trump signs. In fact, this was in May of 2016. And there was one Hillary sign on the whole entire street, which, of course, he took it down before the morning after the election in 2016. But in Portland, there would be Bernie signs. It would have been like that on some streets in Portland.

RUSH: Yeah.

CALLER: But if you had a Trump sign up you could actually have your house firebombed or your tires slashed. If you’re going to allow these people to do this and take over this election, and fraudulently take it over, I’m putting my house up for sale. I don’t know where the hell I’m gonna move —

RUSH: Don’t do it, ’cause it isn’t going to happen. They are not going to steal Florida. Arizona may be gone. But McSally just issued a statement that indicated she’s very confident they’re gonna pull this out. She’s the Republican Senate candidate in Arizona. But they’re not gonna get away with this here. Don’t start thinking about — you know, I realize the risk in bringing this stuff up because in simply informing you about it, I run the risk of making you think it becomes a fait accompli because the standard belief is the Democrats don’t lose when they start cheating.

But they’re not going to get away with this. And I don’t care, even though the Democrats won the House, I don’t think that they are sitting pretty like a lot of people think that they are. And we’re gonna see evidence of the division in that party, and we’re gonna see it start up pretty soon. Let me expand on this on Monday because this is important. I’m glad you jogged my memory on this.
