Rush's Tribute To Ronald Reagan: Part I

n February 6, 1996, Rush dedicated his entire television program to President Ronald Wilson Reagan on his 85th birthday. This tribute show to Ronaldus Magnus became one of the most-loved and most remembered in Rush TV show history.
Over the next month, we will be bringing you the entire program, which includes vintage Reagan video and sound bites from throughout his life, along with Rush's commentary on the leader of the modern conservative movement and one of the very greatest presidents in our nation's history.

The show shows off the complete Reagan, his boundless optimism, unparalleled oratory skills that earned him the moniker, The Great Communicator - and magic moments, in which Reagan articulated core conservative values and principles, in the process, changing the course of world history.

Our first clip shows off the president's trademark sense of humor, in a montage of birthday celebrations from the years of his presidency. Enjoy this tribute, to Ronald Reagan, folks. We'll never see another one like him.
