RUSH: So, ladies and gentlemen, where are we today?  I, Rush Limbaugh, the Commander-in-Chief US Operation Chaos, have now released Democrat superdelegates to Obama.  Go ahead.  I now urge the Democrat superdelegates to go ahead and make your mind up, and publicly go for Obama.  I see that George McGovern today has endorsed Obama.  There's no mystery about this.  McGovern in his lifetime wants to see somebody lose worse than he did.  You just have to know how to read these Democrats.  Before we go to the phones on this, I want to say something special to you loyal volunteers and commandos of Operation Chaos.  Today, at the moment of our greatest triumph, we face our greatest threat.  All of our work, all of your effort might have proved too successful. All the chaos might end, and we are not in this for a quick victory.

What we want is an enduring triumph, chaos to finally end what we all know as the chaos of liberalism.  Now, this very moment, Democrats are huddling. Superdelegates are meeting. They're buzz-buzzing. They're thinking retreat. They're thinking about cut-and-running from chaos. They are refusing to speak to Mrs. Clinton.  Some superdelegates want to sue for immediate withdrawal; others for gradual, measured withdrawal -- and even as we speak, Mrs. Clinton is attempting to go meet in secret with superdelegates advisors to assess her next move.  But as your commander-in-chief, I make this plea to Mrs. Clinton and her team.  You've come too far to quit.  Throughout your career, your marriage gave you successes you didn't deserve.  But this one, Mrs. Clinton, you do deserve.  Mrs. Clinton, just listen to the Obama victory speech in North Carolina.

How could anybody believe he could deliver all those promises -- or for that matter, even one of them?  Mrs. Clinton, you could promise less and deliver far more.  Don't listen to the voices of surrender.  Suspend their disbelief!  I know this may sound contradictory.  I have released the Democrat superdelegates.  They are free to go ahead and get in the tank for Obama, which is what they want to do in the first place.  Go right ahead.  He will lose.  He will lose big -- and you supers know it.  You can see the demographics of his vote tallies.  You know it.  But go ahead! Go ahead and get in the tank for him -- and at the same time, we urge Mrs. Clinton to hang in there, because what is happening with the Democrat Party nomination process is the biggest travesty in electoral politics since the 1965 Voting Rights Act.

Howard Dean is the George Wallace of 2008, denying Michigan and Florida delegates their opportunity to be seated.  And there are minorities galore in both delegations: Michigan and Florida.

So the chaos, ladies and gentlemen, is not over.  The chaos will continue.  We have been successful beyond our wildest dreams.  We have created a bloodied Obama via our vessel of the Clinton campaign because the McCain campaign and the Republican Party refuse to do so.  Obama is no longer the messiah. Senator Kerry, once again, our objective was never to choose a nominee in your party.  We all started this when we knew Obama was the de facto nominee, just a matter of time as it was.  Our objectives have succeeded.  They are not over.  They shall continue.  Because, remember, the ultimate aim of Operation Chaos is Democrats losing in November.  Now to the phones to Williamstown, New York, we'll start with Bill.  It's great to have you, sir.  You're up first today. Welcome to the program.

CALLER:  Thank you very much. Let's correct it. It's Williamstown, Kentucky.

RUSH:  Sorry about that, I misread the antiquated monitor and our call screener program.

CALLER:  All right, great.

RUSH:  What did I say? Williamstown what? What did I say?

CALLER:  You said New York!

RUSH:  Oh.  Well, this K looks like an M on our stupid computer.

CALLER:  There you go.  Glad to talk to you.  We are on opposite sides, Mr. Limbaugh, but honestly it's an honor to speak to you. I think we're both of a kindred spirit in that we are both political junkies and enjoy this game, don't we? (laughs)

RUSH:  It may be a game to you, sir.  It is life to me.

CALLER:  Well, then let's put it this way.  We enjoy this war.  I enjoy the smell of napalm in the morning, too.  I would point out to you, sir, that this situation is such that I have to -- if you are indeed a factor in this race, I give you credit for this: You have actually enhanced the Democratic Party.  We have greater energy, more involvement. They are talking about our candidates.  I mean, it's not John McCain anymore. It's John McWho?  John McCain is the Bob Dole of this race.  I can't tell you how grateful we are that you have benefited the Democrat Party to this degree.

RUSH:  Well, I'm glad that you have fallen for Operation Chaos in this fashion.

CALLER: (laughing)

RUSH: What do you think we've benefited the Democrat Party by what? Toughening up indoor candidate, Obama?

CALLER:  I think like that rock in that tumbler that polishes them, yes. You've certainly polished both Obama and Hillary.  I would say that it doesn't (garbled) Obama's.

RUSH:  I'm just going to be very honest with you, Bill.  The thing with Operation Chaos is we've telegraphed every move way in advance. We've given everybody in the Democrat Party an opportunity to wipe out Operation Chaos and defeat it.  I'm going to tell you right now: if you look at North Carolina and Indiana, you look at anywhere since Jeremiah Wright became a household name and you look at Obama's election returns; election returns in these states and you think hey, "Nobody cares about Jeremiah Wright. Nobody cares about him," you have a huge surprise coming.  The demographics of the Obama vote are not the people who will elect the next president of the United States.  The people who elect the next president of the United States want nothing to do with anybody who had a 20-year association with an anti-American bigot -- and if you don't understand how enraged the people that make this country work are about that and the insufficiency of Obama's answers and explanations and you think he's been toughened up...

He hasn't learned to lie as craftily as Bill Clinton -- and until he learns that, he is not going to be able to pull off his campaign, which is a lie.  I watched his speech last night. He's back to saying nothing better than anybody else has ever said it.  Once the bloom is off the rose in the general election, you wait, my friend. You wait to see exactly what happens.  You want to say that I have polished your candidates?  I'll grant you that.  I have polished Obama and exposed him via our vessel of the Clinton campaign, as the gleaming liberal he is.  And it is so gleaming. His liberalism reflects and is so shiny, it has now been made clear to all of America.  Liberals, campaigning as Obama campaigns now, do not get elected president of the United States.  I still say... Well, no. That's as far as I'm going to go.  I've released the superdelegates to go ahead. Go ahead. Go for Obama. End this if you want. We think Mrs. Clinton should stay in, but if you want to nominate a sure loser and make George McGovern happy -- have somebody in the Democrat Party lose the White House worse than he did -- you go right ahead.  Bob in the Bronx.  You're next on the EIB Network, sir.  Hello.

CALLER:  Hey, Rush. I just wanted to tell you that you are definitely having an effect on the Drive-By Media.  This morning for some reason I was passing by and The View was on, and Joy Behar -- I believe her name is, or Joy Blowhard I'd love to call her -- was saying that, yes, and Rush Limbaugh has got some kind of operation going; and I think he's definitely hurting the democratic process by doing such a thing.

RUSH:  Yeah.  Well, I just addressed that in the opening half hour of the program.  I love Joy Behar, by the way. She's nice. She doesn't know what she's saying. She's just trying to be funny and so forth.

CALLER: Mmm-hmm.

RUSH: When you get her alone and not in politics, she's really a very nice person -- big face, big head; if you get past that, she's very, very nice.

CALLER: (chuckles) Okay.

RUSH:  But if there is an assault on the Democrat process in all this, it is not me, ladies and gentlemen.  It is Howard Dean and John Kerry and Nancy Pelosi who are attempting to disenfranchise two states and their votes from mattering in the selection of their nominee.  I'm tampering with nothing.  People in this country are free to vote for whomever they wish, for whatever reason.  I did no such tampering.  John Kerry says so.  The tampering is coming from the office of Howard Dean, the George Wallace of 2008; denying the franchise of the vote in the selection process to minority voters in Florida and in Michigan.
