Where is my Limbaugh eLetter?
You should receive your first digital issue of the newsletter immediately after placing your order at www.RushLimbaugh.com. A link to your eLetter will appear in your order confirmation email – or you will receive notification on your mobile device. Subsequent issues will arrive the same way, as soon as they are available.

Where is my confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order (and have checked your spam folders), email limbaugheletter@emailcustomerservice.com or call customer service at 1-888-681-7072.

On what devices can I read my Limbaugh eLetter?
The digital newsletter is available on your computer, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Kindle Fire, and Android devices.

How long will The Limbaugh eLetter free-trial offer last?
The free trial is available until December 30, 2012. After that, you will be able to subscribe for 1 year at $29.99 through www.RushLimbaugh.com.

Can I download The Limbaugh eLetter?
The Limbaugh eLetter can be accessed through our web edition portal or mobile apps. We do not provide downloadable PDFs. Visit www.thelimbaughletter.com or download The Limbaugh Letter app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Kindle App Store.

How do I access The Limbaugh eLetter archive?
If you sign up via your desktop computer, you will have immediate access. If purchasing through the Apple App Store, you MUST click “Allow” when asked to share your information with the publisher. See example here. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to receive full access to the archive through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Unfortunately, at this time Amazon does not allow us to share the archive.

What exactly is free? What changes? If I subscribed earlier,
will anything be lost?

Until December 30, you can access The Limbaugh eLetter in digital format – free! Visit www.thelimbaughletter.com or download The Limbaugh Letter app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Kindle App Store. Nothing else changes.

Will I be getting Rush 24/7 free?
No. The Limbaugh eLetter is not a part of the Rush 24/7 online service on a monthly, annual, or shared subscription basis. (The combo subscription applies to the print version of The Limbaugh Letter and access to Rush 24/7.)

Do I need a password to access The Limbaugh eLetter?
No, a password is not needed to access the digital newsletter.

How do I renew my Limbaugh eLetter subscription?
All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel before your renewal date.

What is The Limbaugh eLetter cancellation policy?
The Limbaugh eLetter has a no-refunds policy. Cancellations must be submitted before your subscription is auto-renewed.
