RUSH: You know, the schoolkids, this video singing, I’m going to tell you something — we got audio of this coming up — I’m going to tell you something. It is impossible, impossible to overstate the impact on parents that this kind of video has, hearing indoctrinated schoolchildren singing scripted praise to Barack Obama. You know, pictures matter. Pictures matter. This is not acclaim. Even though bloggers are out there claiming it’s a fake controversy, all created, some blogger at firedoglake.com says that this is a fake controversy created because I called Obama a Nazi.
I did not call Obama a Nazi. I called him a fascist. I said Pelosi called all of us Nazis. What I did was I compared Obama’s health care policies to the Nazis’ health care policies. The Nazis did a lot of things besides the Holocaust. The Holocaust was the last thing they did. But stuff leading up to it, I mean Obama coulda written the playbook. Health care, they tried the same thing. They were national socialists. That’s what the Nazis were. At any rate, the impact of the pictures, this is impossible to overestimate. Of hearing indoctrinated schoolkids singing scripted praise to Obama. Pictures matter. This is not acclaim, contrary to what these wackos on the left say. It’s happening, just like it happens in Cuba where the kids have to sing and always have had to sing praise to Fidel and they have to do it down in Venezuela to Chavez. This is part of the long-term plan. We are being organized to serve Obama. But when it involves the kids and their parents see it, that has impact. It truly does.
We did some research on this teacher that did all this, she’s a nut job. These people are everywhere and they’re trying to take over everything. In the meantime, let’s get this straight. Overall, voters are mad as hell about the stimulus bill. There’s just a report now, $1.2 billion in stimulus money for jobs in New Jersey. It hasn’t worked. They are losing jobs, not creating them, and it’s happening everywhere else. Everybody’s mad as hell about this stimulus bill that nobody read before voting on it. It is proving to be an unmitigated disaster on a daily basis. We do not want nor do we need Obama’s health care plan. We have made it clear that we do not want this, in every poll, and in tons of conversations with our representatives at their town hall meetings. They’re pushing through a bill in both the House and the Senate that has nothing the Republican Party wants in it. This is supposed to be postpartisan; this is supposed to be postracial; we’re supposed to be hunky-dory, all in love with one another, a utopia.
They will not let anybody read these health bills. They will not slow down enough for the CBO to see if the numbers work. The CBO just found a huge error yesterday. Seventy-two hours to read it and post it as Obama promised is not allowed. Holding Obama and the Democrats responsible for the intended consequences and unintended consequences of these debacles is not allowed. You got schoolkids being propagandized and brainwashed into singing praise songs for Obama, and is it any wonder that some people think we don’t live in America anymore, that all of a sudden this country is now Cuba? There’s nothing going on in Washington led by this man that the majority of the people in this country want, it’s just the exact opposite. We don’t want it and it doesn’t matter. They’re going to force it down our throats or any other bodily orifice that they have to. Pictures matter.

Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama. He said we all must take a stand, to make sure everyone gets a chance. Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama. He said red, yellow, black or white, all are equal in his sight. Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama. Yes! Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama.
RUSH: I tell you, I’m sitting here laughing my ass off at this, but these poor kids and their parents. This is a comedy show, this whole administration is a soap opera, and you know Obama loves this. He’s sitting up there loving this. There’s a second song out there, and it’s, again, the same school from June in 2009, Burlington, New Jersey, the B. Bernice Young Elementary School.

RUSH: The thing here is these kids are good. Leno should book ’em for The Jay Leno Show. This teacher is spending a lot of time with these kids, were you able to hear the words of that? Were you able to catch the melody? Do you know the song they were singing, the tune? The Battle Hymn of the Republic! And I’ll lay you ten to one these kids do not know the words to The Battle Hymn of the Republic. I’ll bet they don’t know the history. I bet they don’t know that the lyrics to the song that we all celebrate today were written in the Willard hotel by a woman during the early days of the Civil War. Mine eyes have seen the glory — Do you think these kids know those words? Now, who wrote this song? Who wrote these songs? Well, the teacher’s name is Charisse Carney-Nunes, claims to be a friend of Obama’s from Harvard Law School. She was in New Jersey school during a tour for her book, I Am Barack Obama. That’s her book. She’s also part of the so-called Jamestown Project which somehow has wormed its way into the public schools.

This lunatic’s name is Mike Stark, and they talked about the video of the schoolkids singing praise to Obama, and O’Donnell said, ‘What’s wrong with this video?’ Asking the left-wing blogger, what could possibly be wrong about this?
STARK: This is some teacher in some school somewhere in this great United States of ours that taught some kids a song. Listen, let’s talk about where this is really coming from. This is coming from Rush Limbaugh calling Barack Obama a Nazi. The parallels to the Nazi youth movement are all over the right-wing blogosphere. These folks lead the charge, all their little lackeys on talk radio like Mark Levin fire it up, then the bloggers get involved. And it’s absolutely silly. A real news story would be the textbook controversy down in Texas where they really are trying to indoctrinate children by writing out evolution in favor of creationism and writing civil rights heroes out of the history of the United States. I’ve got a problem with that. This is marginal, it’s a fake controversy, it’s just something else for right-wingers to wet the bed over.
RUSH: It’s nothing we had anything to do with. You got some radical leftist ideologue brainwashing a bunch of kids. The Texas curriculum, what really upsets them about the Texas public school textbook controversy is that they’re going to teach about me, properly, in some of the Texas textbooks. So anyway, I’m to blame for the video because I compared Obama to the national socialists of Germany. I’m going to tell you something folks, Hitler was a man of the left, there’s no denying it. Look at everything that guy did before you get to the Holocaust. You can’t ignore just because of the holocaust anything else he did. You gotta look at the total thing, and it’s dangerously similar.
