RUSH: Going back to July 12, 2005 in Adelaide Australia at the University of South Australia’s Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, the Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf presented a lecture entitled: ‘What does it take to change the relationship between the West and the Muslim world?’ Here is a portion of Feisal Abdul Rauf, July 12th, five years ago.

RAUF: We tend to forget in the West that the United States has more Muslim blood on its hands than Al-Qaeda has on its hands of innocent non-Muslims.

RUSH: Whoa.

RAUF: You may remember that —

RUSH: Whoa.

RAUF: — the US-led sanction against Iraq led to the death of over half a million Iraqi children. This has been documented by the United Nations. And when Madeleine Albright, who has become a friend of mine in the past couple years, when she was secretary of state and was asked if this was worth it, said it was worth it.

RUSH: Madeleine Albright says it was worth it that a half million Iraqi children died, she said it was worth it. So US has more blood on its hands than Al-Qaeda. That’s the imam in 2005. This sounds like Jeremiah Wright: ‘America’s chickens have come home to roost,’ quote, unquote.
