RUSH: Now, this lesbian protester against Michelle Obama, I don’t think this was staged, because it’s been scrubbed from the White House website. What happens is Michelle’s out there — what was she talking about, Snerdley? Do you know? Yeah, what kind of rights? Oh, lesbian, gay, transgender, equal rights. Yeah, there’s a real shortage of that. So she’s making a speech for gay rights. Bangs looked great, by the way, don’t you think? Michelle’s bangs. Ooh, man, awesome. Great wig. (clearing throat) Uh, style. Style!

So, anyway, this lesbo activist stands up and starts giving Michelle the business about something and Michelle, in typical totalitarian, authoritarian manner, says, “Look, I’m not very good at this.” The protester wanted Obama to sign an executive order and make it happen right now, gay rights, just sign it, and Michelle, of course, she can’t sign the executive order, so she said (paraphrasing), “Look, I’m not good at this. I must be honest, this is one thing I’m not good at.” What is she telling you? She’s not good at having conversations with people, and she’s not good at listening to what other people say. And she doesn’t deal well with being heckled and so forth.

So Michelle says, “All right, look, you take the mic then and I’m leaving. You people, make up your mind, what do you want, do you want her or me? ‘Cause I’m outta here.” And of course the audience was kind of divided. The audience was divided ’cause it’s a lesbian, gay, transgender audience and they wanted fast action. The protester had some support. She was not universally shouted out. When Michelle said (paraphrasing), “Look, okay, lesbo protester, you take the mic, I’m outta here, it’s either that or I’m gonna leave.” It was not, “No, Michelle, please don’t leave.” It was not universal. The lesbian protester had some support.

They’ve taken that exchange down from the Obama website. They don’t want anybody to see it, but in addition, I found the funny thing was the lesbian protester, well, she couldn’t believe that Michelle wouldn’t listen to her. She couldn’t believe she’d be treated that way. She’s still shocked. She went home to commiserate with her dog.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Michelle Obama, it was a DNC fundraiser at some fat cat’s house, and that lesbian protester had paid three to 10 grand to get in there. I wonder if she got her money back.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I can’t believe what I just heard. We’re sitting here having a conversation amongst ourselves about Michelle Obama being protested by the lesbian babe at the DNC fundraiser at the fat cat’s house that was like 10 to 30 grand to get into the damn thing. And Snerdley is saying to me, “Man, I gotta tell you, in that family Michelle’s got the onions.” I said, “What are you talking about?” The story of this protest is, here you’ve got this lesbian, Obama promised them in 2008 that he was gonna have an executive order on gay rights, whatever it is they want, he promised ’em. Well, it’s 2013 and there’s nothing.

So here’s a fundraiser and the lesbian babe shows up there, whether she paid or not, and she wants to ask Mrs. Obama when the hell it’s happening and what does Miss Obama do? (raspberry) you. Either you shut the hell up or I’m outta here. Onions, that’s not onions. Let me tell you what this is. Folks, I’m dead serious about this. These liberals, they have made everybody think that they’re open to everybody’s ideas, and they’re touchy-feely. They’re concerned. They share your concerns. And they’re very interested in your problems. And they want to help you. And the minute you show up and you try to make them keep a promise, it’s get-the-hell-out-of-my-face time.

What do you mean, onions? It’s not onions. It’s called rude. Michelle Obama shows up expecting to be idolized for 20 minutes while she makes a speech, but something happens, and it isn’t on the prompter, so she doesn’t know what to do. So this woman who believed what the Obamas told her, there’s gonna be something done on gay rights, it hasn’t happened. She shows up and wants to know when. Who do you think you are, asking me that? Don’t you know who I am? I am Moochelle (My Belle) Obama and you’re here to listen to me. You’re here to be dazzled by me. You’re here to be impressed by me. You’re here to wish you were me. You either shut up or I’m outta here. And that’s who they are.

Now, Snerdley said, “I thought that whole room erupted in applause for Michelle.” Well, most of it did, but there was some sympathy for the lesbian protester in there. It wasn’t a unanimous reaction to kick the lesbian protester out. But the lesbian protester proves my point. She had no idea what happened. She believes, like they all do, that the Obamas really care about them and their problems. This woman probably watched the Julia video, saw herself in it, and thinks the Obamas really care about her life. What they care about is that she mighta had 10 to 30 grand to get in there, and if she has a pair of ears to listen and that’s it. If you do anything else, you become an asterisk to the state, and the IRS might be looking into you.

So the lesbian protester gets ushered out of there and literally doesn’t know what happened. (imitation) “I thought she would want to talk to me. I thought she’d be interested in what I had to say.” Now, if this lesbian protester had spent 10 minutes listening to this program the past five years, she would have known what was gonna happen.
