RUSH: Here we are on hump day, middle of the week. For those of you newly rendered part-time workers via Obama\u2019s health care plan, it used to be hump day, but now you don\u2019t even have a hump day. You\u2019re just screwed, and some of you may enjoy it. Have you seen these new Obama ads, speaking of being screwed? Have you seen the new Obamacare ads? They\u2019re promoting promiscuity. They\u2019re promoting it. They\u2019re targeting Millennials. Greetings, folks, great to have you here on the Rush Limbaugh program. Let me turn the Dittocam off here for a second because I\u2019m gonna have to zoom in. I shoulda done this before the program started, but I wasn\u2019t gonna talk about this now. I don\u2019t know what happened, close enough, let me get a little tighter, hang on, be patient, I know some of you don\u2019t have a Dittocam and don\u2019t care about this, but for those who do — all right. <\/line><\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

Now, you all may remember this. There was a controversy about a year and a half ago, some guy got in real big trouble. There was a woman out there that was made to look like she was testifying before a congressional committee. She wasn\u2019t. It was a press, sort of a PR deal with members of Congress made to look like they were conducting hearings. There was this student, this 35-year-old student from Georgetown, who was complaining that, for as often as she had sex, birth control pills were costing her like, what was it, $3,000 a month or some such thing, and she wanted relief from this. She wanted the Regime, she wanted Obamacare to pay for her contraception. She wanted Obamacare to pay for her birth control pills.<\/p>\n

There was some guy that reacted to this, trying to have fun with it by characterizing the kind of a behavior that the woman might have been engaged in, such as promiscuity. It turns out the guy used a word he didn\u2019t mean to use. He meant to use promiscuity, and it caused a lot of people to freak out. This was about a year and a half ago, but, lo and behold, folks, even when I screw up I get it right, because that\u2019s exactly what happened. I\u2019m gonna show you now, I\u2019m gonna turn on the Dittocam. Somebody sent me this yesterday and I thought, “This is a joke.” <\/p>\n

I thought this was an Onion satire-type joke, and I was prepared not to use this. Then I found out there\u2019s 10 or 12 different ads for every kind behavior that is, well, basically irresponsible. They\u2019re promoting this. These ads are promoting this irresponsible behavior and assuring you that you\u2019ll be okay if you engage in this irresponsible behavior if you get insurance. The ads are designed to convince young people, Millennials, to go sign up for Obamacare. <\/line><\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

Now, here\u2019s the first ad, and for those of you that don\u2019t have the Dittocam and can\u2019t see it, you can get the Dittocam at RushLimbaugh.com<\/a> if you become a subscribing member. You get so much, by the way, if you subscribe, not just the Dittocam. You get an encyclopedic website, but more on that later. You also get the Dittocam where you can watch this program take place each and every day. I\u2019m gonna hold up this ad, and, like all these ads, there\u2019s maybe 12 of these, they\u2019re all titled, “Got insurance?” Now, this ad, for those of you who can\u2019t see it, we\u2019ve got a Millennial couple. A young woman in jeans and heels in a sleeveless, scanty top, smiling. She\u2019s got what color hair? Is that dishwater blonde hair? Tricolor auburn. Well, I guess it depends on how it prints out for you. <\/p>\n

Her mouth is wide open. She\u2019s smiling like she can\u2019t wait — (interruption) Dirty blonde? Okay. Dishwater dirty blonde. That\u2019s the color of the woman\u2019s hair. And her mouth is wide open and she\u2019s smiling like she\u2019s anticipating something. She can\u2019t wait, folks. That mouth is wide open. If you get my drift, the mouth is wide open, she can\u2019t wait, and she\u2019s holding in her hand proudly and happily some birth control pills in the container they come in from the pharmacy. Her name is Susie. Next to her is a guy named Nate, and Nate is a classic hipster. He looks like he\u2019s also wearing jeans, a gray long-sleeve shirt, untucked, with a sport coat. His left hand is in his left pocket, which is suggestively close to the pubic area. <\/p>\n

You know, we\u2019ve got young children listening to the program now because of Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims. I gotta be careful here. And while Susie\u2019s mouth is wide open in eager anticipation holding her birth control pills, Nate has this grin on his face like he knows what\u2019s coming when we stop looking at the ad. When he gets her off of this piece of paper and where he wants, we know what\u2019s gonna happen. <\/p>\n

All right, now, here\u2019s the copy: “Got insurance? Let\u2019s get physical. OMG, he\u2019s hot. Let\u2019s hope he\u2019s as easy to get as this birth control. My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers. I got insurance. Now you can, too. Thanks Obamacare!” And then at the bottom there\u2019s an asterisk. “The pill does not protect you from STDs, condoms and common sense do that.” <\/p>\n

All right, now, here\u2019s the ad. I\u2019m gonna turn the Dittocam on. You\u2019ve heard me read the text. Here is the ad. That ad is promoting promiscuity. That ad is associating promiscuity with Obamacare. Obamacare will get you your birth control pill so you can get him and you can get her. And you can get each other between the covers. You don\u2019t have to worry about anything because Obamacare\u2019s got you covered because you got insurance. <\/line><\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

Let me show you this one more time. I have to pull this down because I\u2019ve got the Dittocam really focused in. I think back, ladies and gentlemen, when I predicted, I warned everybody that\u2019s where this was headed. I forget that woman\u2019s name now, Snerdley, the one that was in that fake congressional hearing press conference. But she was sitting there, and she was basically saying, “Look, I want to have limitless, endless sex, I want you to pay for it. It\u2019s costing me $3,000 a month for my birth control, but I can\u2019t afford that with my tuition and everything else and I want you all to pay for it.” And I was like any normal, responsible person, I was insulted by this, that we were being told we have to pay for this, which is behavior we don\u2019t sanction. We don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything good that can come of it. <\/p>\n

You know what this is like, folks? I remember back in the 1990s when the schools started teaching young people in high school and junior high school how to use condoms as part of the sex education curriculum, and it got to the point where even parents were offering their teenage children spare bedrooms in the house to have sex with their boyfriends and girlfriends \u2019cause “the car was too dirty,” one woman caller told me, “and at least in the house they knew it would be clean.” <\/p>\n

The theory was you couldn\u2019t stop \u2019em from having sex. “They\u2019re gonna do it, Rush. You can\u2019t stop \u2019em. So we may as well try to teach \u2019em safe sex.” <\/p>\n

I said, “Well, okay. Are you gonna include the cigarettes on the nightstand for the post-coitus ritual?”<\/p>\n

Ah… Well, coitus is okay \u2019cause they\u2019ll have to ask their parents what that is and their parents can worm their way out of that one. No, parents of this show do know what that is. The low-information voters ask, “Coitus? What that? I never heard that and I\u2019ve got insurance. ” They\u2019re still sleeping anyway, the low-information crowd\u2019s still sleeping. They haven\u2019t gotten up and, you know, turned on Instagram and Yahoo yet to figure out what\u2019s going on in the world. <\/line><\/p>\n

This is just one of them. But honest to God, folks, this is it. Let me read to you again. “Oh, my God, is he hot. Let\u2019s get physical. Let\u2019s hope he\u2019s as easy to get as this birth control. My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers. I got insurance.” So here\u2019s an ad aimed at Millennials telling them all they gotta do is go sign up insurance and they get all the Obamacare contraception they want free, ad then all they have to do is worry about getting betwixt and between the sheets. <\/p>\n

Now, these ads. You know what\u2019s incumbent in an ad campaign like this is the assumption… Some of you may think that this is smart marketing. The assumption here is that these young people are irresponsible, they\u2019re unserious — and, by the way, the other ads including drinking shots, guzzling out of kegs, partying, hooking up, working out at the gym, and losing your mind while drinking wine. Two women working out at the gym drinking wine, making plans. (interruption)<\/p>\n

I haven\u2019t seen “the young black butcher” so I don\u2019t know what that is, but there\u2019s… No, that\u2019s not it. The only one I see with a black kid in the ad is carrying a bag of golf clubs. I don\u2019t see that. But, I mean, folks, they\u2019re just blunt. There\u2019s even one for pain killers. Three, it looks like, female Rollerbladers, and what this is obviously… The implication here is that Millennials can be bought by promising them free access to all of this irresponsible behavior — irresponsible, unserious behavior.<\/p>\n

That all they care about, the only thing young people care about — and maybe this is true since they can\u2019t find work. That all they care about is drinking shots, guzzling out of kegs, partying, hooking up, drinking wine at the gym, taking risks, and being irresponsible in general. But then they\u2019re assuming that these same irresponsible, sybaritic, hedonistic worthless, irresponsible kids are nevertheless responsible enough to seek out insurance at the Obamacare exchange. <\/p>\n

So it\u2019s a totally mixed message. I just can\u2019t help to think back to that two-week period of massive controversy, and here it is. Here it is come to life, brought to you by the Obama administration, actually promoting promiscuity, encouraging it by saying, “We\u2019ll give you what you need to make sure there are no consequences to your actions. Just sign up for Obamacare, and there\u2019s no consequences to whatever you do because it involves health, we got you covered.” That\u2019s the message they\u2019re sending out.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a brief time-out. Don\u2019t go away. (interruption)<\/p>\n

How did I know? (sigh) That one was easy. That was T-ball. That didn\u2019t take any particular special analysis or analytic ability. I mean, you see a woman up there complaining about her birth control pills and begging to have it all covered no matter how much activity she engages in, what do you think\u2019s going on? And here\u2019s the Regime, right in there. Because whatever kind of behavior they end up causing in people, they don\u2019t care about this. Standards, morality, comportment, decency, none of that matters whatsoever. <\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, let me give you a little irony about this, folks, just to show you the kind of people we\u2019re dealing with. As activist leftists, we have people like Michael Doomberg, right? Who is telling you how to eat and behave for ostensibly your own benefit, right? I mean, this is why they tell you to do these things, because they care about you. They are looking out for you. You don\u2019t know how to make the right choices in your life. You\u2019re not competent. You\u2019re not capable. <\/p>\n

Left to your own devices, you\u2019ll end up being a fat pig with type 2 diabetes by age 12, and they don\u2019t want that to happen because they love you. So they\u2019re gonna limit how much Coke you can drink and how much trans fat you can eat and all that. They do this for you, right? Michelle Obama is the same way. Michelle Obama\u2019s out there dictating the lunch menu at various public schools, and encouraging people to get active and be physically fit and all this. Why? <\/p>\n

So that you\u2019ll make the right decisions in life, in their view.<\/p>\n

So that you will grow up to be a wholesome, healthy, robotic, Democrat-voting citizen. <\/line><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t smoke and don\u2019t do drugs (except for marijuana) and don\u2019t eat too much, and make sure you get the right kind of exercise. These people out there, they\u2019re really trying to make you think that they really care about you and that they are dictating behavioral standards for your benefit — and then after they do all that, in order you to get you to sign up for their health care plan, they then suggest to you that it\u2019s okay to go pretend to be a mink, to have sex as often as you want.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry about it! It\u2019s perfectly fine because our health insurance plan is gonna make sure that there are no consequences. Now, how — on one hand — can you believe that these people are looking out for you, they care for you, they really want the best for you, they really want to make sure you can\u2019t eat or drink those bad things for you. You can\u2019t drive certain kinds of cars and you can\u2019t eat certain kinds of foods, all of this stuff. But then when it comes to sex, there aren\u2019t any limits at all!<\/p>\n

You do whatever you want to do. <\/p>\n

There\u2019s no right or wrong, there. Do whatever you want to do, and we\u2019ll take care of the consequences for you. It\u2019s sort of a contradiction, is it not? What it illustrates to me is, they don\u2019t really… I tried to point out during the course of the busy broadcast week. Government does not care. Government can\u2019t care. What government does is coerce. There\u2019s another ad promoting promiscuous sex. Susie and Nate are not alone here. There\u2019s another ad featuring Allie and it looks like a Ryan Gosling-looking character.<\/line><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a cardboard cut out of the actor Ryan Gosling, and Allie is holding her birth control with the caption, “Hey girl, you\u2019re excited about easy access to birth control and I\u2019m excited about getting to know you. She got insurance. Now you can too. Thanks Obamacare!” They\u2019re out promoting it. They are promoting promiscuity. They\u2019re selling it, and they\u2019re doing so without consequences, and the consequences are wrapped right up in contraception and birth control pills which we here at the Regime will happily and eagerly provide for you free. <\/p>\n

By the way, folks, that\u2019s just one of the reasons why you can\u2019t hold onto the insurance you had because now. You have to have a policy that buys these promiscuous Millennials their birth control, and their contraception — and I\u2019m not making it up. That\u2019s why you can\u2019t keep your plan. It\u2019s one of the many reasons, but it\u2019s why you can\u2019t, because every policy now, whether this fits you or not, you\u2019ve gotta pay for everybody else\u2019s contraception. You have to pay for their birth control. <\/p>\n

Somebody\u2019s gotta pay for it, and these Millennials are being told that they\u2019re not, and it\u2019s one of the many reasons you can\u2019t keep your policy. It\u2019s one of the many reasons why you were never going to be able to keep your policy, is because every policy is now required to cover things like this — and, by the way, this constitutes a change. Obama said you could keep it if your insurance company didn\u2019t change your plan, but those evil rotten mean insurance companies, they came around and changed your plan.<\/p>\n

They didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

They were mandated to. They were required to change your plans because they were told to offer this kind of crap in it — and that\u2019s why, among many other reasons, you\u2019ve lost the plan and doctor that you liked.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, here\u2019s the thing, folks. These Millennials are being lied to. They are being told lies. I mean, it\u2019s in the ad. The implication is that this is free. I mean, that\u2019s what that that whole fake congressional hearing press conference was all about. It\u2019s creating the idea that all your birth control, all your contraception is free. The fuddy-duddies are gonna be paying for that. You Millennials who fall for this, you have no idea what\u2019s headed your way. <\/line><\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

Wait until you find out how much your free birth control pills are gonna cost you, when your rates triple and your deductibles go through the roof. What the regime is doing here, basically — what these ads are really promising — is, “If you like your risky, promiscuous lifestyle, you can keep it.” That\u2019s what Obama\u2019s promising. If you like being promiscuous, you can keep on being promiscuous. If you like being a prostitute, then have at it. You like your risky, promiscuous lifestyle, you can keep it. That\u2019s what Obama is promising in these ads. <\/p>\n

Let me go to Pittsburgh. Kevin, I\u2019m gonna grab you first here on the program today. Welcome, and it\u2019s great to have you with us. Hi.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi, Rush. Great to talk to you again. You know, my daughter is the most important thing to me in the world. I would do anything for her. I would stop my life for my daughter. I wonder how Obama, Dingy Harry, “Nasty” Pelosi… How would these people like it if we targeted their daughters in this ad? And this is what they\u2019re doing. My daughter\u2019s a Millennial kid. How would they feel if we used their daughters as a target?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, in a sense they are. I mean, their kids are gonna see these ads. Dingy Harry\u2019s sons, who helped him in the fraudulent land deals in Nevada and California, they\u2019re gonna see the ads.<\/p>\n

CALLER: (click)<\/p>\n

RUSH: I don\u2019t know about Obama\u2019s daughters. They\u2019re somewhat young, but they don\u2019t care. They don\u2019t care. Now, if you specifically targeted \u2019em I think, yeah, they would react as normal parents. How old is your daughter?<\/p>\n

CALLER: (silence)<\/p>\n

RUSH: He dropped? He must have had a bad cell connection. But I think, folks, the truth is Obama doesn\u2019t know about these ads. Don\u2019t forget, Obama doesn\u2019t know about this. No, no, no! No. I mean, no matter what happens, he doesn\u2019t know about it — and when he finds out about it, boy is he gonna be stoking mad! I guarantee you. When he finds out about these ads, he\u2019s gonna go out there, he\u2019s gonna call a press conference, and he\u2019s be talking about these ads.<\/line><\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

“This is the kind of thing that happens when the Republicans shut down the government, this constant friction and no bipartisanship! This is the kind of stuff that you get,” and he abhors it. So he\u2019s not gonna know anything about it. He\u2019ll approve the TV version for next week, but he won\u2019t know anything about that, either. He doesn\u2019t know anything about any of this. Now, I\u2019m not kidding when I say of those who think that you\u2019re gonna be getting this no consequential…<\/p>\n

Better stated, those of you who think you\u2019re gonna be getting insurance that provides you free no consequences to a promiscuous lifestyles, you have another think coming. <\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: One more thing about this ad that I showed you on the Dittocam. If you\u2019ll notice in that ad, I\u2019m sure Koko already has that ad and all the others linked at RushLimbaugh.com. You\u2019ll notice in the ad that it is the young woman who is the aggressor, Dawn. Something you would never do. It\u2019s the young woman who is the sex aggressor. She is the one who hopes that the guy is easy. She\u2019s the one with her mouth wide open holding birth control saying she can\u2019t wait to get the dude between the covers. The woman. So a cultural change reflected in the ads. <\/p>\n

The guy is just this smiling, brain-dead dupe waiting there to be coerced into servicing the sexually aggressive woman in the ad. And the way she\u2019s gonna get the guy is to show him her free Obamacare birth control pills. That\u2019s her come-on. The guy is the sex object and the woman is the aggressor. He will not get breakfast and he won\u2019t be respected in the morning. He won\u2019t even finish the night. The guy doesn\u2019t know it, but he\u2019s gone as soon as the service is over with. She\u2019s not gonna wake up with the guy. That isn\u2019t gonna happen. <\/p>\n

CALLER: I just wanted to make a quick comment that all of the behaviors that they\u2019re demonstrating in the ads will only increase the health costs later on and drive up premiums, which is what they don\u2019t want.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What health costs later?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, if you look at drinking, that will make liver cancer. Smoking will give you lung cancer.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh. Oh. Oh. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Promiscuous sex will give you sexually transmitted diseases that can cause cancer.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: Folks, that\u2019s right, it\u2019s a great point. The behaviors that are being promoted do have serious consequences, above and beyond pregnancy. Possible STDs, and not to mention — can I be brave and mention something else here? I will tell you, there will be psychological issues. If people take this and behave as though there\u2019s no consequence to this kind of behavior, they\u2019re gonna be messed up at some point. Nothing\u2019s gonna be real to \u2019em. Nothing is gonna end up having any meaning. There\u2019s going to be posttraumatic stress, whatever. There are going to be psychological issues that will require therapy, the kind of activity here being promoted, no question about it. <\/p>\n

There\u2019s a reason this stuff is stigmatized in culture as not being good for people, there\u2019s a reason for it, and this regime has come along and thrown that all away and is trying to make young people think this is where it\u2019s at now.
