RUSH: I got a call I want to get to, here. Quentin, great to have you on the program great to have you here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, thank you very much, Rush. It\u2019s great to talk to you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: One thing I\u2019ve noticed is nobody seems to realize that Obamacare is the biggest feminist purchase in the history of the US. It is a giant vote purchase of women. It went out and it promised they were gonna get taken care of if they were, you know, pregnant any of that. Everything would be cared for.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: They\u2019re not gonna be discriminated against and be required to pay more than a man because that was discrimination.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. Yeah. I think you have a point. I think he\u2019s got a point here, folks. Not only is it that, it\u2019s a gigantic Democrat voter registration drive. It is a wealth transfer. I mean, it is a communist\u2019s wet dream.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, it also ignores that it actually does reverse. It mandates discrimination by gender against men, because wellness checks —<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s okay. That\u2019s okay. Men deserve to be discriminated against because they\u2019re predators. They\u2019re brutes and men have had the power for all these years since the country was founded. It\u2019s okay to discriminate against men. Men are the reason women are unhappy. Men are the reason women are single. Men are the reason women have babies without husbands. Men are the reasons. You\u2019re more right than you know.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And that\u2019s exactly the problem, is people haven\u2019t woken up to how much this all is gonna cost. Because sooner or later, somebody is gonna sue the government and nail them for this discrimination, and all those free services are either going to go away or they\u2019re going to find out that they\u2019re going to have provide these same services to men which is going to be a huge increase in cost.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, it\u2019ll never happen. Democrats have the judges. Men are never gonna get birth control pills provided for \u2019em. Men will never get anything. The condom will never be a medical device.<\/p>\n

CALLER: A vasectomy versus a tubal ligation, vasectomies are covered while tubals are, they can sue on that basis. They can sue on —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Men ought to have vasectomies, except for gay guys.<\/p>\n

CALLER: (laughing)<\/p>\n

RUSH: Men all ought to have vasectomies. This is the attitude now. Gay guys having vasectomies doesn\u2019t accomplish anything. But a heterosexual guy having a vasectomy prevents brutes, prevents predators, prevents boys, prevents bad things. I\u2019m exaggerating, obviously, but not by much. Look, the reason I wanted to take old Quentin\u2019s call is because I\u2019ve got some exit poll data from the Virginia race. Listen to this.<\/p>\n

In practically every category, Cuccinelli swept McAuliffe except unmarried women. Here are the numbers. According to the exit polls, Cuccinelli defeated McAuliffe among married women 51 to 42%, and the Libertarian placeholder there took 7% of married women. Cuccinelli also defeated McAuliffe among married men 50 to 44%, and the Libertarian took 6%. So, according to the exit poll, Cuccinelli was the clear winner among married people.<\/p>\n

He defeated McAuliffe 50 to 43% in the married-people demographic. “However, McAuliffe won a landslide among unmarried Virginians, 62 to 29%.” That is huge. And, he was especially big with unmarried women, defeating Cuccinelli 67 to 25%, in unmarried women. Quentin is exactly right. Unmarried women are looking at government for everything, and when unmarried women look to government for everything, they find Democrats.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think this is uncommon in Virginia. I think it\u2019s probably gonna be pretty true nationwide, and he\u2019s right. Obamacare is a giant goody bag for unmarried women. The whole thing. Remember that Julia commercial<\/a> where this single woman is born to indentured servitude, has her little three-foot-square garden in the back of her little 800-square-foot studio apartment, and she\u2019s got two or three flowers, and she goes through life with government providing everything?<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

The one thing in the Julia commercial she never had was a man. She had a child; there was never a man. In that Julia commercial, Julia never interacted with a man. She had a baby somehow, but the man was nowhere near that commercial — and I\u2019m telling you, old Quentin here, our first caller, is right on the money. Obamacare, among whatever else it is, is a giant grab bag for unmarried women. It plays on every fear they have. It plays on every stereotype they believe.<\/p>\n

Basically Obamacare and the entire Democrat agenda basically says to unmarried women, “You are discriminated against, you\u2019re treated unfairly, you get taken advantage of, you don\u2019t get any relationships. Nobody loves you. You end up having babies that you can\u2019t support. The dreaded fathers are never around; they walk out on you. They don\u2019t pay their child support; we will. They don\u2019t pay your prenatal, your postnatal; we will.<\/p>\n

“They don\u2019t pay for your little garden in the back of your 800-square-foot studio apartment. We will. They don\u2019t pay for your bus tokens to ride our mass transit; we will. They\u2019re not gonna give you birth control pills so you go out and do whatever you want with whoever you want however many times; we will. But we\u2019re here to help you because we know that men have mistreated you, and men have taken advantage of you, and men have done unspeakable things to you.<\/p>\n

“We Democrats, we are here to take care of you,” and, you know, go back to the soccer mom era where maybe some of this start, but this is a fundamental aspect of militant feminism. And it has basically taught that men are the enemy, that they are the power structure, that they are predatory. They\u2019re brutes, they\u2019re uncaring, they will beat you up, they\u2019ll beat up your kids. They will never show up for work. They won\u2019t give you any money, all of this.<\/p>\n

The Democrat Party rides into the rescue to make up for all of that that these brute men do not give women. Now, that may be a slight exaggeration. “Well,” somebody asked, “how come these Julias aren\u2019t signing up for Obamacare?” We don\u2019t know how many of \u2019em are trying and don\u2019t know how to use computers and don\u2019t know what to do when they get in there. But it\u2019s not just these Julias and unmarried women not signing up for Obamacare. Nobody\u2019s signing up for Obamacare yet. <\/p>\n

Well, speaking that, I keep reminding myself of things I want to talk about here. Lanny Davis, who\u2019s one of the Democrat Party crisis managers, if you will, was on Fox this morning. He was out there, Lanny Davis, and he says (summarized), “You know what? Obama needs to go on TV and admit that he lied, and he needs to go on TV and tell people, ‘It is gonna cost you. Your insurance is gonna cost more, your health care is gonna cost more, and it\u2019s the only way that we can make sure everybody has it.\u2019<\/p>\n

“He just ought to go out there and just do it, just go out there and say it.” These Democrat crisis managers are really, really worried that this lie that Obama told — if he sticks to it and tries to finesse it — is gonna come back and hurt \u2019em \u2019cause they\u2019re really worried about what happened in Virginia. I saw \u2019em on TV today. They really are scared to death because Cuccinelli had this issue. Had there been another two weeks or had there been some money for Cuccinelli from the GOP establishment, he coulda won this.<\/p>\n

He coulda won it because Obamacare is an albatross around the Democrats\u2019 necks.<\/p>\n

Yesterday I said, “I don\u2019t like playing the could\u2019ve\/would\u2019ve moral victory game,” but sometimes it is helpful to point out that had Cuccinelli won and had the reason been Obamacare, do you realize the number of elected Democrats, especially those up for reelection next year, might have caved on Obamacare? The Republican Party, had they worked hard toward getting Cuccinelli elected, could have dealt a huge blow to Obamacare. Now, that is worth sitting here and regretting. Because it\u2019s an opportunity lost. And it could still happen, is the point.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Savannah, Georgia. Hi, Cliff. I\u2019m glad you called. Great to have you on the program. Hello.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi, Mr. Limbaugh. It\u2019s a honor and privilege to speak with you today, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Appreciate that. Thank you very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I wanted to go back to something you mentioned in the first hour about, you know, the Virginia race, and single women falling for the Democrats by two-thirds, roughly.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, it was massive, like 67 to 22%, single women, unmarried women voted for the Democrat, yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019d just be interested to know is how many of these are single mothers, because me myself, I\u2019m a single father, and I speak with multiple single women, and when they found out that I am a single father, you know, it kind of piques their interest and they just tell me — I mean, I don\u2019t make a lot of money, but I go out and I work every day and do the things that I ought to do. But, I mean, they just tell me about program after program after program that they can get involved with and just milk the system.<\/p>\n

RUSH: The single women tell you this?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: How does this even come up? Is this part of courtship?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No. No, sir. Not at all. It\u2019s just they talk about all these things that they get just from the government for not being married and having children. So they just mention it to me —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, now, if you\u2019re point is that they are fully aware of how to game the system, I don\u2019t doubt that at all. That\u2019s the whole point. The Democrat Party has rigged the game to make government attractive. Single mothers, single women don\u2019t need men, don\u2019t need a husband, the government will do that for \u2019em.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I understand that, but it just amazes me, it\u2019s like, they tell me, “Have you gone to collect child support?” “No, I don\u2019t need it.” They say that the child support office has all this literature that they can give you about how to get on these programs and how to get rent assistance and utility assistance and food stamps. I\u2019m like, you gotta be kidding me. I mean, it baffles me.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Why?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I do it. I do it on my own. No problem.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I know. You have a different value set.<\/p>\n

CALLER: It doesn\u2019t occur to you to have somebody else take care of you. It doesn\u2019t occur to you that your friends and neighbors ought to pay for what you want. But the Democrat Party has created this atmosphere among people that they\u2019re owed something; that they\u2019re entitled; that life has been unfair; that America has savaged them and brutish men have come along and been mean to \u2019em and so the government\u2019s gonna make it right. They\u2019ve got \u2019em programmed here to be taken care of by Democrats and government.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
