<\/p>\nRUSH: Bob Menendez, the senator from New Jersey, finds himself embroiled in a bit of a sex scandal, going down to the Dominican Republic with a donor from here in South Florida on a donor\u2019s plane, which happens to be a Challenger 600. And Bob Menendez finally speaking about this said that (paraphrasing), “Well, you know, yeah, yeah, I forgot to reimburse my donor for the flights. The reimbursement fell through the cracks.” He actually said that.<\/p>\n
By the way, all of this happened, all of this became known before the election, and it didn\u2019t matter. And, you know, the media, the Drive-Bys and so forth, they\u2019re not really interested in this, and they\u2019re being driven to the Menendez story by Menendez and his staff, and they\u2019re covering the story the way Menendez wants. The Menendez staff is directing CNN to a Univision story where all these girls down there in the Dominican are virgins, Menendez couldn\u2019ta done anything.<\/p>\n

Then you have other media people saying, “You know what, it\u2019s a Democrat. There\u2019s no such thing as a sex scandal with a Democrat.” (laughing) The Democrats don\u2019t make noise about family values and morality and all that. A Democrat having sex with a 16 year, it\u2019s no big deal. It\u2019s been done before. A 17-year-old, no big deal, 18, doesn\u2019t matter, been there, done that.<\/p>\n
Now, if Menendez were out there talking about family values, “Yeah, yeah, we\u2019d be on this case like white on rice,” as Muhammad Ali once said. But a Democrat, it\u2019s not possible for a Democrat to be involved in a sex scandal because a Democrat\u2019s life is a sex scandal, it isn\u2019t news. And that\u2019s…<\/p>\n

What\u2019s that? Well, I don\u2019t know about the e-mail from the girl. I haven\u2019t really been studying the story for the same reason the media isn\u2019t covering it. It\u2019s a Democrat and everything they do is a sex scandal so it really isn\u2019t big news.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m sorry, folks, I probably shouldn\u2019t say this. The guy in the GoDaddy commercial kissing Bar Refaeli, may as well be Menendez to me. That\u2019s the thing that gets me. I look at this and I say, “Really? Really?” They\u2019re asking us to believe a lot here. Anyway, Senator Menendez says that the reimbursement for the flights down to Casa de Campo fell through the cracks. He said it, not me.
