In <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=33649\">October 2009<\/a>, people were in line for money from Obama\u2019s stimulus, and Ken Rogulski went out and talked to \u2019em.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Why are you here?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #1: To get some money.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: What kind of money?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #1: Obama money.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Where\u2019s it coming from?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #1: Obama.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"eZObject_67466\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/ObamaPhone3.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get it?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #1: I don\u2019t know, his stash. I don\u2019t know. (laughter) I don\u2019t know where he got it from, but he givin\u2019 it to us, to help us.<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #2: And we love him.<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN #1: We love him. That\u2019s why we voted for him!<\/p>\n<p>WOMEN: (chanting) Obama! Obama! Obama! (laughing)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: It\u2019s really a sad, sad day. Thousands of people were lined up for vouchers for something that was not available in any sort of plentiful supply. Most of these people ended up getting nothing, but they thought they were there to get money from Obama. From Obama\u2019s stash. See, I\u2019d be embarrassed if I were president and this kind of stuff happened. But the point is: Do you think these people even know that Mitt Romney spoke to a bunch of fundraisers and talked about the 47%? Do you think they even know this? And that\u2019s being cited as the reason why Romney lost the election and the <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14446\">polls<\/a> have plunged. It\u2019s all over.<\/p>\n<p>So Rogulski kept talking to these people in Detroit hoping to get some money for from Obama\u2019s stimulus. It\u2019s October 2009.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Did you get an application to fill out yet?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: I sure did. And I filled it out, and I am waiting to see what the results are going to be.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Will you know today how much money you\u2019re getting?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: No, I won\u2019t, but I\u2019m waiting for a phone call.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Where\u2019s the money coming from?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: I believe it\u2019s coming from the City of Detroit or the state.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: Where did they get it from?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: Some funds that was forgiven (sic) by Obama.<\/p>\n<p>ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get the funds?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: Obama getting the funds from&#8230; Ummm, I have no idea, to tell you the truth. Yesterday in Bedford (I think it\u2019s near Cleveland) outside a Romney campaign event, an unidentified reporter and a woman have this little exchange about why she\u2019s protesting Romney and supporting Obama.<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: Obama!<\/p>\n<p>REPORTER: You got an Obama phone?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: (screaming) Yes! Everybody in Cleveland, low minorities, got Obama phone. Keep Obama in president, you know? He gave us a phone!<\/p>\n<p>REPORTER: He gave you a phone?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: He gonna do more!<\/p>\n<p>REPORTER: How did he give you a phone?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: You sign up. If you\u2019re&#8230; If you on food stamps, you on Social Security, you got low income, you disability&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>REPORTER: Okay, what\u2019s wrong with Romney, again?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: Romney, he sucks! Bad!<\/p>\n<p><a view=\"full\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=15065\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"eZObject_67476\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/ObamaQuoteAmericanBusiness3.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>RUSH: So these are the people that don\u2019t like Romney because of what he said <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14552\">about the 47%<\/a>? No, these are the 47%! (laughing) Yeah, I\u2019ll play it again. These are the 47%. Notice this guy&#8230;? Is it a guy? It\u2019s a woman. (It\u2019s my hearing. I\u2019m sorry.) She knows. She knows how to get this free Obama phone. She knows everything about it. She may not know who George Washington is or Abraham Lincoln, but she knows how to get an Obama phone, and she knows that Romney sucks, and she ends up at a Romney rally.<\/p>\n<p>How did she get there?<\/p>\n<p>Here it is again&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>(replaying of sound bite)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You want to hear it one more time? Okay. Listen to this from <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14484\">President Bump in the Road.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>OBAMA: I don\u2019t believe we can get very far, uh, with leaders who write off half the nation as a <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14445\">bunch of victims <\/a>who never take responsibility for their own lives.<\/p>\n<p>FOLLOWERS: (smattering of applause)<\/p>\n<p>OBAMA: And I\u2019ve gotta tell you, as I travel around Ohio and as I look out on this crowd, I don\u2019t see a lot of victims. I see hardworkin\u2019 Ohioans. That\u2019s what I see.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: How in the hell are you missing the idiots?<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?page_id=37804\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"eZObject_67474\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/00-24_7Self585.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s traveling around Ohio. How in the world are you missing the idiots? You see, Obama thinks he\u2019s got a great campaign issue, folks. He running around and he\u2019s saying that 47% of the people are not victims. He\u2019s putting words in Romney\u2019s mouth. He\u2019s misrepresenting what Romney was saying. He\u2019s taking out of context. Romney never talked about them being <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14447\">victims.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But, but it\u2019s good to know that there are no victims in this country, because that means Obama has reversed course completely. If Obama believes there are no victims, then I assume he\u2019ll shut down all the civil rights offices throughout the federal government, starting with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. If there are no victims, all affirmative action laws will immediately be repealed. Same thing for equity in pay.<\/p>\n<p>If there are no victims, then there no need to <a view=\"line\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14490\">redistribute wealth<\/a>. Right? So that needs to be repealed. If there are no victims, there\u2019s no need to confer legal status on 1.2 million illegal immigrants. If there are no victims, then the entire justification for liberalism ceases to exist. This is how far he\u2019s willing to go. Nobody else but me is gonna think of this, but he\u2019s undercutting his own philosophical beliefs in order to put words in Romney\u2019s mouth.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: Obama!<\/p>\n<p>REPORTER: You got an Obama phone?<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: (screaming) Yes! Bad!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  That\u2019s not Saturday Night Live.  That is a real Obama voter.  That\u2019s not a comedy skit.  That happened.  That happened yesterday in Bedford, Ohio.  Your average Obama voter.  Folks, I can\u2019t win pointing this out.  It\u2019s the truth.  That\u2019s the group of people Obama believes are a majority of voters.  If you add these people to the professors, academia, and the Hollywood types, entertainment crowd, these bastions of elite liberals, the media, and the morons, that\u2019s the coalition he\u2019s putting together.  He\u2019s counting on that. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"eZObject_67478\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/ObamaFDRTimeMag_large.jpg\"\/><BR\/>Now, it wasn\u2019t until this past summer that I knew that this was actually true.  There is a website called <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/obamaphone.net\/\">ObamaPhone.net. <\/a> ObamaPhone.net.  We had a caller call here and I thought I was being set up.  It was absurd that the president of the United States was giving away cell phones.  People called, &#8220;No, no, no, it\u2019s really true.&#8221;  <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=15319\">So we looked it up.  June 22nd, there\u2019s a radio transcript from my award-winning program<\/a>.  Here are the details.  There\u2019s a website, ObamaPhone.net.  &#8220;The Obama Phone Program. What exactly is the free Obama phone? The free Obama phone is a program that is meant to help the financially unstable who cannot afford access to a cell phone.&#8221;  And here\u2019s some frequently asked questions from the Obama phone website. <\/line><\/p>\n<p><BR\/>How do I get an Obama phone?<\/line><BR\/>What is the Obama phone?<\/line><BR\/>Who qualifies for an Obama phone?<\/line><BR\/>Who pays for the Obama phone?<\/line><BR\/>Is the Obama phone real?<\/line><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a website that tells these people, and this woman that you just heard has figured it out.  You low income, you Social Security, you food stamps: you get an Obama phone.  And the website\u2019s called ObamaPhone.net.  So that\u2019s the constituency.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Just to update you on the phone situation.  We explained all of this this past summer when I first learned of the program.  There are 12-1\/2 million Americans that have free cell phones, 12-1\/2 million Americans with Obama phones, and they get free cell usage of 250 minutes a month.  That\u2019s not all.  You get more free minutes as a bonus if you sign somebody else up.  Somebody else for free.  If you alert the government to some other victim that needs a free cell phone and the person qualifies, and it\u2019s obviously not hard to do, then you get bonus minutes in addition to your 250. <\/p>\n<p>So if you recruit more dependent people, if you have an Obama phone and you sign up additional people to get an Obama phone, in other words, if you find more dependent people, more victims, that Obama claims he doesn\u2019t believe in, you get additional minutes.  This government will bonus you for finding more people that they can give telephones to.  Twelve and a half million Americans have free cell phones, free Obama phones, and get free cell usage of 250 minutes a month.  I don\u2019t know what kind of phones. I don\u2019t know with what provider or any of that.  I imagine you get to pick your phone.
