No judge, group or citizen group can hold the loggers accountable; Daschle wrote in an exemption putting them above the law. It\u2019s all in the <emphasize>Washington Times<\/emphasize> story linked below. <\/line><BR\/><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/aug_2_daschle_sneaks_s__dakota_.Par.0002.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"319\" class=\"alignright\"\/> The Daschle hypocrite provision reads: <strong><emphasize>&#8220;Due to extraordinary circumstances, timber activities will be exempt from the National Forest Management Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, and this provision is not subject to judicial review by any U.S. court.&#8221;<\/emphasize><\/strong> Why did Daschle do this? The answer is found in the headline of a follow-up story, also from the <emphasize>Times<\/emphasize>, slugged: &#8220;Additional Waiver Helps a Colleague.&#8221; That\u2019s right, folks. Daschle wants to help Tim Johnson (D-SD) win re-election in November, so he\u2019s allowing the very kind of forest management that the wackos scream about elsewhere. <\/line><BR\/>Where are the so-called environmentalists on this?
