RUSH: We start on the phones in Atlanta.\u00a0 Todd, you\u2019re up first.\u00a0 Really glad you waited, and it\u2019s great to have you here.\u00a0 Hi.<\/p>\n

CALLER:\u00a0 Yes, sir.\u00a0 I was wondering if you can explain something to me.\u00a0 How do you unintentionally delete 30,000 emails that are pertinent to an FBI investigation?<\/p>\n

RUSH:\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know how you arrive at the unintentiality of any of this.\u00a0 By setting up the private server, there\u2019s your intent right there to hide things from public view, which is why she did it.\u00a0 She thinks that she\u2019s above the law.\u00a0 This is what bothers me, Todd.\u00a0 She thinks that she\u2019s above the law. She thinks that she is a special human being, better than everybody else and not accountable because she\u2019s a better person and she\u2019s just been given that stamp of approval.<\/p>\n

She set up that private server for the express purpose of being able to do things that nobody would be able to learn about.\u00a0 And that\u2019s why, when you find out how they\u2019ve used that Foundation to raise money from all these foreign governments and foreign entities, who the hell knows what was in these 30,000 emails that she supposedly threw away because they were nothing to do with anything but a wedding or yoga lessons or what have you.\u00a0 You\u2019re exactly right.\u00a0 Everything about this was intentional.<\/p>\n

CALLER:\u00a0 Yes, sir.\u00a0 And what about the security clearance for Sid Blumenthal, her daughter, Huma, Cheryl Mills, I mean, they were handling these documents. They were removing the classification from them in order to send them out.\u00a0 I mean, where is somebody going to be held accountable for that?<\/p>\n

RUSH:\u00a0 She\u2019s not being held accountable for any of it.\u00a0 She\u2019s getting away, within the legal system, she\u2019s getting away with everything.\u00a0 She always has.\u00a0 She has gotten away with everything, her husband almost.\u00a0 I mean, he did lose his law license.\u00a0 He was impeached, but he wasn\u2019t convicted.\u00a0 But he was found guilty of perjury.<\/p>\n

Even then, the Democrat Party circled the wagons around them, made them bigger stars than they ever were and went out of their way to protect them against any and all attempts to make them accountable.\u00a0 But that\u2019s what rips me on this.<\/p>\n

You know, the rule of law, I remember, I don\u2019t mean to be name dropping here, folks.\u00a0 And, by the way, Todd, thanks for the call. I really don\u2019t mean to be, but one of the fortunate things that\u2019s happened to me as the result of my success here is the people that I have met that I otherwise wouldn\u2019t have.\u00a0 I\u2019ve never taken any of it for granted.<\/p>\n
