RUSH:  This is Bill in Los Angeles.  Bill, great to have you with us here on the EIB Network today.  Hello.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Hey, Rush, how are you?<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Just fine, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  I\u2019m one of that 11 to 14%.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  You are one of the 11 to 14% of what?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  The NFL drop.<\/a><\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH:  Oh!  Oh, you are.  You\u2019ve stopped watching.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Oh, yes.  And the games that I did kind of tune in to, I refused to buy any of their products.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  What brought this on, is it the Kaepernick type stuff?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Absolutely it is.  My dad served in the military for this nation for 29 years.  I\u2019m not going to take that stuff.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  I put myself in the position of people the NFL office who, in this incarnation, are the rich Republicans, in terms of the way the media treats \u2019em, and Roger Goodell is George W. Bush, literally hated and despised, may as well have taken the NFL into Iraq.  I don\u2019t think they understand when the Kaepernick stuff starts and other players pick it up, I wonder if the people in the NFL office think, “You know, we should allow it because that\u2019s where the culture is going and we gotta be hip and we gotta be open to free expression and all that.”  I don\u2019t think they understand that most of their fans expect owners, coaches, and leagues, to stamp that stuff out.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Well, they\u2019re the ones who are paying them, so they should.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Well, that\u2019s another thing. <\/p>\n

CALLER:  And that leads me into what I, you know, what I called to talk about, and —<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Go ahead.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  — it\u2019s just a case of lawlessness.  You see, I\u2019m African-American, and I never voted for Obama, and I told friends not to vote.  And do you know how many people who voted for him were friends of mine that call me back and apologize to me?<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Really?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Yeah.  And I knew exponentially that the nation would get worse because of the culture of lawlessness.  This guy was a community rabble-rouser, you know.  He\u2019s anti-Constitution.  He\u2019s an abortionist.  So that spirit is gonna, you know, kind of spread over the nation while he\u2019s president.  And look at it today.  It\u2019s a spirit of lawlessness.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH:  That\u2019s how community agitation and organizers accomplish what they accomplish, get people to act outside the law.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Absolutely.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  In fact, to make your point, let me tell you a little short, short story.  When I first started this program and we first got our affiliate in Los Angeles, I went out there to do the show from there for a week and to get to know the people and let \u2019em know they\u2019d made a very wise choice and so forth. They set up newspaper interviews, which is what they thought they had to do. It was not the LA Times — maybe it was the LA Times. <\/p>\n

I had a coffee or something with the LA Times and we were at a point where AIDS and gay activism was going nuts and they were invading St. Patrick\u2019s and throwing condoms at the cardinal and general unrest.  And this reporter was totally sympathetic to it and thought that I was the meanest, worst SOB on earth for not understanding it.  And she said, “It\u2019s the only way they can be noticed.” <\/p>\n

And I said, “Let me turn this around.  I\u2019m in the get-noticed business.  I\u2019ve got a radio program.  You seem to disapprove of what I do to get noticed, but I\u2019m not breaking any laws.  All I\u2019m doing is talking and you think I\u2019m a reprobate and an irresponsible, dangerous character, and these people are out there actually impacting lives.”  Not just this group, but every public protester like what happened in Ferguson, you\u2019re talking about community organizers, it all boils down to ideology.  If the left is engaged in doing it, the lawlessness, then it\u2019s justified because that\u2019s what they have to do to be seen, to be heard, and to make so-called progress and so forth.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  That\u2019s all they understand.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Yep.  But your point was we\u2019re gonna elect a president who sanctions it and pretty much promotes it or authorizes or looks the other way at police. <\/p>\n

CALLER:  And that\u2019s gonna be the spirit over the nation.  Now, I have to disagree with you with the riots if Trump gets elected.  I believe the whole spirit will change of the nation.  And I think people will become more American citizens.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Wait a minute.  Let me make sure I understand you.  Because I like this.  You think that — can I infer that you\u2019re a Trump supporter?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Absolutely.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Okay.  Good.  That\u2019s what I thought. <\/p>\n

CALLER:  Unequivocally.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  So you think when Trump wins that there\u2019s gonna be this massive happiness, this overwhelming spirit of positive change that is going to accompany Trump\u2019s win, and because the number of people supporting Trump is huge, I\u2019m sure you believe the pollsters are not catching it, and —<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  — the number of people that are gonna be enthusiastic about this are gonna dwarf the people opposed to it?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Absolutely.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  And I believe there are many people who vote Democrat that will vote for Trump.  I took several people to see D\u2019Souza\u2019s movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n
