RUSH:  We keep hearing how “qualified” Hillary Clinton is to be president.  I think it\u2019s kind of like if somebody has to deny they\u2019re a prostitute, then there must be some doubt about it.  If you have to keep telling us that Hillary Clinton\u2019s uber-qualified, there must be some doubt about it.  It must not be self-evident.  It must not be apparent.  And the reason it is not apparent and self-evident is because it isn\u2019t true.  The woman is no more qualified to be president than anybody else.<\/p>\n

<\/a>She\u2019s certainly not more qualified than George Washington or Abraham Lincoln or anybody else, which is how they are promoting her. We keep hearing how qualified she is.  She\u2019s well prepared to be president, more exposure to the president than anybody else.  Hillary Clinton is the most prepared to be impeached in advance of any presidential candidate this country has ever had!  Hillary Clinton will be elected to be impeached.  Yeah, we continue to learn about the Justice Department and this email case. <\/p>\n

By the way, I\u2019m not being glib.  If elected, Hillary Clinton could be impeached based on what we already know, and there\u2019s plenty more yet to be discovered.  Emails and other documents that could be used in impeachment proceedings are waiting to be found like Easter eggs laid out for 3-year-olds.  That\u2019s why they destroyed the laptops.  Don\u2019t think it\u2019s \u2019cause they get rid of evidence like narcotics.  They got rid of those laptops to get rid of any evidence that we don\u2019t know about yet.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Chino Hills in California.  Alessandro.  Hi.  Great to have you with us.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Hi.  How are you?<\/p>\n

RUSH:  I\u2019m good.  Really good.  Oh, you\u2019re 13 years old.  I just saw that, too.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Yes, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Well, it\u2019s great to have you here with us.<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER:  Thank you.  My question is, I play soccer, and in the games, there are referees, right?  So my question is, why doesn\u2019t Hillary follow the rules of the FBI, and why doesn\u2019t the FBI catch what she does such as private emails and those things?<\/p>\n

RUSH:  You know, you have asked a perfect question.  It\u2019s a question that somebody like you, at your age, looking at this, would be at the front of your mind.  How can she get away with not pay.  You just mentioned your soccer refs.  You have to listen to \u2019em; what they say goes, right?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Whether they\u2019re right or wrong, they\u2019re the authority on the field, and you have to do what they say. You have to play the rules of the game as they interpret them and all that.  Well, the answer to your question, Alessandro, is the reason that she doesn\u2019t have to follow the rules of the FBI is because the FBI is not enforcing rules on her.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  I see.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  It\u2019s no more complicated than that.  It\u2019s as if you\u2019re playing soccer and the referees are for the other team.  That\u2019s what\u2019s happening here.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Yeah?<\/p>\n

RUSH:   The FBI\u2019s part of the Department of Justice, and that\u2019s part of the executive branch, which means President Obama is the boss.  He appoints the leader of the Department of Justice, the cabinet position and the FBI, and they serve at his pleasure.  Now, in the past those people have been pretty much independent and tried to remain unaffected by the political wishes of the president.  There have been examples in the past where that hasn\u2019t worked, but this… It is clear that the FBI, as the referee or the enforcement of the rules, the laws, is not applying them to her.<\/p>\n

Now, you might say, “Well, why?” and that\u2019s the $64,000 question.  That, we can only guess.  I can tell you what my guess is, Alessandro.  I think the reason that the FBI\u2019s doing what it\u2019s doing is because the FBI — the people there, the director — does not want to be the person who took action that damaged the nominated candidate of the Democrat Party for president.  I think that\u2019s something that the man does not want to live with the rest of his life, doesn\u2019t want it on his resume. You know, let the American people decide.<\/p>\n

The Democrat Party nominated her and I think he just doesn\u2019t want to take the steps to cause her problems in that regard.  As such, the rules don\u2019t apply.  I mean, they\u2019ve had to invent this new thing for her that she\u2019s not guilty of any of this because they couldn\u2019t find any intent.  She intended to break the rules, which, Alessandro. That\u2019s clearly not true.  And it doesn\u2019t matter, you know, ignorance is no excuse if you break the law.  You know, you can say, “I didn\u2019t know I couldn\u2019t steal those Skittles from the 7-Eleven!”  It doesn\u2019t matter.  They\u2019re still gonna get you for stealing the Skittles.  Well, they\u2019re telling us that Mrs. Clinton didn\u2019t intend to break any of these laws, and so there\u2019s really nothing we can do.  It\u2019s real flimsy.  So people have lost a lot of confidence in the referee here.<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Doesn\u2019t seem right, does?  I mean, you\u2019ve got your soccer matches; you\u2019ve got the referees enforcing the rules on both teams; and here\u2019s — and that\u2019s nothing compared to the FBI.  The FBI, that\u2019s serious stuff.  People running for pre, that\u2019s serious stuff.  And for them to be excused from following the rules, it doesn\u2019t seem right, does it?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  No, it doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Well, obviously, \u2019cause you called and asked about it.  So what do you think needs to happen to people like this, or in situations like this? What do you think needs to happen to fix it?<\/p>\n

CALLER:  Well, the FBI needs to try to stop these type of things and that\u2019s what I think.<\/p>\n

RUSH:  Yeah.  Makes sense to me.  Well, look, Alessandro, I\u2019m glad you called.  I mean, it\u2019s great to hear from you, and I\u2019m flattered that you are in the audience.<\/p>\n
