RUSH: To the WikiLeaks.  I mentioned a bunch of times here on the program what I think are some bombshells in this release as it relates to the impact on Democrat voters.  And Sunday, yesterday, CNN\u2019s Inside Politics, the roundtable was asked about Hillary Clinton telling bankers behind closed doors that she wanted open trade and open borders.  This is according to transcripts of her Wall Street speeches. <\/p>\n

This is what WikiLeaks got and has released.  And Hillary tried to blame this all on the Russians last night.  She tried blame it on Putin and then say that Trump was working with Putin and so forth.  We don\u2019t know how this leak happened.  Julian Assange is not saying.  Doesn\u2019t matter.  Hillary\u2019s not denying any of it. <\/p>\n

Glenn Thrush, who is a Drive-By leftist activist in the media said, “This is really damaging stuff.”  You want some shocking private words?  Everybody\u2019s focusing on Trump and “pussah” and all this other stuff he\u2019s talking about, how about a candidate for president saying in private that she\u2019s not for enforcing immigration law.  Oh, yeah, it\u2019s not really shocking when you hear a Democrat say this.  I understand this. <\/line><\/p>\n

Behind closed doors Hillary Clinton promised to violate her oath of office, and she will appoint thousands of people to be instructed to do the same thing.  She made this promise to her Wall Street donors and her cronies.  And there are a number of examples.  From Breitbart: “Wikileaks Reveals Hillary Lied About Marines Rejecting Her Because She Was a Woman.”<\/a><\/p>\n

Do you remember this story that she tells, that she goes into the Marine office when she was 26 or 27, Chicago, and she says that they turned her down because she was a woman and that maybe the dogs would take her.  Well, it turns out that\u2019s not the story she told the bankers in her speeches. <\/p>\n

“According to transcripts released by Wikileaks, in a speech at the annual meeting of the American Society for Clinical Pathology in September of 2013, Hillary had a completely different story than she gave in the Capital in 1994. When asked by a member of the audience if in 1975 she was rejected from the Marines because she was female, Clinton said no and then explained she was rejected because she was ‘too old.\u2019<\/p>\n

“Question from the audience: Is it true that until 1975 you applied for the Marines and they told you no because you were a female?  Hillary: ‘No. Here is what did happen: It was actually — there was a recruiting station, and I thought, you know, maybe I should consider serving my country by joining the military. So I walked into the recruiting station, and the person on duty was a Marine. And I think I was 26, maybe 27, so, an older potential recruit. I said to the young Marine, I said, ‘Well, you know, I\u2019d be interested in getting some information to see whether I could maybe serve. I\u2019m a lawyer. Maybe I could help in some way.\u2019 He says, ‘Well, I think you are too old for the Marines but maybe the dogs will take you.\u2019 I said, ‘The dogs?\u2019 He goes, ‘Yeah, you know, the Army.\u2019 I said, ‘Well, it doesn\u2019t sound like I\u2019m going to be welcome so…'”<\/p>\n

But the difference is that when she told this story numerous times in public, she said that the recruiter told her no because she was a woman.  She always tells this story within another story about how it\u2019s unfair for women out there, how women are discriminated against and how women are mistreated. And when she told this story in public the first time in 1994, she said the primary reason the Marine recruiter told her no was that she was a woman. And somebody in the audience at one of these speeches asked her. (imitating Hillary) “No, no, no, it didn\u2019t have anything to do with the fact that I was a woman.  It was I was too old.” <\/line><\/p>\n

It\u2019s no different than Mrs. Clinton claiming that she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary.  Sir Edmund Hillary, the first man to climb Mt. Everest.  The only problem with that is that he didn\u2019t climb Mt. Everest until Hillary was six.  Her mother and dad could not have known of Edmund Hillary.  Nobody knew of him.  He wasn\u2019t from America.  So she could not possibly have been named for him.  But she stuck with the story. <\/p>\n

Another email leak in the WikiLeaks trove indicates a cozy press relationship.  “One January 2015 strategy document — designed to plant stories on Clinton\u2019s decision-making process about whether to run for president — singled out reporter Maggie Haberman,” who was then at The Politico.  She\u2019s now at the New York Times. <\/p>\n

They “singled out reporter Maggie Haberman … as a ‘friendly journalist\u2019 who has ‘teed up\u2019 stories for them in the past and ‘never disappointed\u2019 them. Nick Merrill, the campaign press secretary, produced the memo, according to the document metadata.” And it\u2019s right here in the email about how Hillary — January 2015 is just a year and a half ago — was planting stories on how she decided to run for office with somebody at The Politico because they\u2019ve really helped us in the past. <\/p>\n

Not news to you and me, but this is the kind of thing… She\u2019s admitting this in speeches and other documents that are in the treasure trove from WikiLeaks.  There\u2019s much more.  “Hillary\u2019s Leaked Speeches Confirm Russia Funded Anti-Fracking Groups.” Do you know how crucial this is?  “Hillary Clinton confirmed to an audience behind closed doors what national security experts have warned about for years — Russians are pumping money into anti-fracking environmental groups. Clinton told an audience in Edmonton, Canada, hosted by the PR firm tinePublic, that Russian oligarchs were propping (sic) up ‘against phony environmental groups\u2019 opposed to pipelines and hydraulic fracturing, according to emails published by WikiLeaks.<\/p>\n

“‘We were up against Russia pushing oligarchs and others to buy media,\u2019 Clinton said in a June 2014 speech. ‘We were even up against phony environmental groups, and I\u2019m a big environmentalist, but these were funded by the Russians to stand against any effort, oh that pipeline, that fracking, that whatever will be a problem for you, and a lot of the money supporting that message was coming from Russia,\u2019 she said.”<\/line><\/p>\n

Well, it just happened to be exactly what her position was! She\u2019s opposed to fracking, and fracking is what has gotten us our energy independence.  Fracking is shale oil.  It\u2019s a way to get oil that previously was unreachable.  We have gobs of it.  It\u2019s led to our overwhelming natural gas reserves.  Fracking has been a great thing, and the environmentalist wackos in this country have been running story after story creaming fracturing. “It causes earthquakes, causes global warming, poisons the water, all this stuff.”<\/p>\n

Hillary agrees with \u2019em! <\/p>\n

We learn that it was Russian oligarchs — well, the Russian wealthy, the Russian elite — that were funding all these efforts, and she knew it!  And she tries to pass herself off as somebody really on the prowl against Russia. “We can\u2019t let Trump into office!  He\u2019s in bed with Putin.”  Here\u2019s Hillary Clinton essentially knowing full well that the Russians were trying to undermine fracking in this country.  They were paying for the PR campaign that the Democrat Party, whether by accident or by design, agreed with — and there\u2019s much more. <\/p>\n

One email leak shows that Clinton “may have revealed the details of the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden.”  You want to talk about blabbing and sharing classified data?  It\u2019s just over the top.  She admits in an email she\u2019s out of touch.  She talks about the need to have “private and public positions” on policy.  She talks about holding Wall Street accountable only for political reasons.  In other words, she\u2019s talking to bankers, and she winks at them, and she says (summarized), “Look, for political purposes I have to appear to be holding you accountable.”<\/p>\n

It\u2019s exactly what we knew was going on!<\/p>\n

While she publicly reams \u2019em and rips \u2019em to shreds, she winks at \u2019em. “Don\u2019t worry! I have to do this. You know I have to do this,” and they are cool with it!  When she made speeches to Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street banks, she suggested that Wall Street insiders are what are needed to fix Wall Street.  Now, you wait \u2019til the Bernie Sanders voters find out about this.  The Bernie Sanders voters believed in Bernie because they believed he hated Wall Street, that they were the big problem. Bernie was gonna fix \u2019em; he\u2019s gonna punish \u2019em. And Hillary is out there trying to say the same thing.  In fact, she\u2019s met with them and she said (summarized), “Look, I have to say these things publicly, but in truth I think you\u2019re the only people that can help fix what\u2019s wrong, you Wall Street insiders.” <\/p>\n
