RUSH: Nancy, are you there?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. Can you hear me?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, I hear you just fine.<\/p>\n

CALLER: How are you?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019m fine and dandy.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, okay. I want to tell you Mr. Snerdley is very nice. But —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019m glad to hear somebody say that, finally. Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, he was very nice, \u2019cause I\u2019m very nervous.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (chuckling)<\/p>\n

CALLER: My comment was I\u2019m a voter. I\u2019m a voter for Trump for policy. I can\u2019t stand the way the man acts, and it\u2019s turned me against him. I thought yesterday when he fired Tillerson<\/a>, I thought… I was very upset. And I think it could have had some effect on the election if people like me are feeling this way. He was rude to him. The man gave up over a year of his life to be his secretary of state, and I thought at least if they could have faced each other and said, “Rex, thank you for serving.” “Mr. President, thank you for having me.” Something just so easy and common like that, and it would have made it look good. But to me he came off looking so terrible —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, but —<\/p>\n

CALLER: — and he\u2019s getting like that more and more. Like calling Chuck Todd an SOB. I can\u2019t stand Chuck Todd. I\u2019m a conservative, like a die-hard conservative. But don\u2019t act like that. I know Trump will be Trump, but I think people are getting tired of hearing that, because the people that I hang with, the people that I talk to —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: — they feel the same way that I do and they\u2019re getting more and more turned off all the time because of the way he\u2019s acting. I think he needs to calm it down a little bit.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, look, if we\u2019re gonna be anecdotal, I don\u2019t know anything who thinks that. I haven\u2019t had anybody tell me they wish Trump would tone it down. I have people telling me they love it when Trump ratchets it up. But, if your theory was right, then for Trump to have cost the election<\/a>, a Republican would have had to have been ahead in the polls, and he wasn\u2019t. This guy almost pulled it out after being down five to six points in the polls. Look, I\u2019m out of time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
