RUSH: ‘Who said it…Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and which Democrat?\u2019 Here yesterday in New York City at Columbia is a portion of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad\u2019s remarks.<\/p>\n

AHMADINEJAD (via translator): My creating nonexistent enemies, for example, and an insecure atmosphere, they try to control all in the name of combating insecurity and terrorism.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad yesterday. Here\u2019s John Kerry July 24th of this year…<\/p>\n

KERRY: The president is trying to scare the American people into believing that Al-Qaeda is the rationale for continuing the war in Iraq.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Uh, should we go to Mrs. Clinton\u2019s sound bite again? John Kerry, July 24th: ‘The president is trying to scare the American people into believing Al-Qaeda is the rationale for continuing the war in Iraq.\u2019 Grab number eight. Listen to what Mrs. Clinton said again last Sunday. Contrast it to how she\u2019s so far off the page with the standard Democrat line.<\/p>\n

HILLARY: You know, I\u2019m not going to get into hypotheticals and make pledges because I don\u2019t know what I\u2019m going to inherit, George. I don\u2019t know, and neither do any of us know, what will be the situation in the region, how much more aggressive will Iran have become? What will be happening in the Middle East? How much more of an influence will the chaos in Iraq have in terms of what\u2019s going on in the greater region? Will we have pushed Al-Qaeda in Iraq out of their strongholds with our — our new partnerships with some of the, uh —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Ha, ha, ha, ha!<\/p>\n

HILLARY: — the tribal sheiks, or will they have regrouped and retrenched?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Bite me. Bite me, Mrs. Clinton. You know something, folks? I know I interrupted my own format here for back-and-forth with Mahmoud and Democrats. When you listen to Kerry saying, ‘The president trying to scare the American people,\u2019 is he now going to say Mrs. Clinton is trying to scare the American people as she\u2019s running for office? So here\u2019s Mahmoud, ‘creating nonexisting enemies in an insecure atmosphere. AHMADINEJAD (via translator): They do not respect the privacy of their own people. They tap telephone calls and try to control their people.<\/p>\n

FEINGOLD: The president violating the law by authorizing illegal domestic wiretapping.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, there you have it, another example of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the same page with a Democrat senator, in this case, Russ Feingold. Here\u2019s more. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad from Columbia yesterday.<\/p>\n

AHMADINEJAD (via translator): Palestine is an old wound, as old as 60 years. For 60 years these people are displaced. For 60 years these people are being killed. For 60 years on a daily basis there are conflict and terror. For 60 years, innocent women and children are destroyed and killed by helicopters and airplanes that break the house over their heads!<\/p>\n

RUSH: Jimmy Carter on The Tonight Show, December 11th, 2006.<\/p>\n

CARTER: In Palestinian territory, there\u2019s horrible persecution of the Palestinians who live on their own land, and they have occupied the land. They have confiscated. They\u2019ve colonized it, and they\u2019ve forced Palestinians away from their homes, away from their pastures, away from their fields, cut down their olive trees and severely persecuted the Palestinians.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Their pastures and their fields. So once again Ahmadinejad parrots a prominent Democrat, Jimmy Carter. And let\u2019s go to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on 60 Minutes Sunday night. He\u2019s being interviewed here by Scott Pelley, and he doesn\u2019t like Scott Pelley\u2019s questions. He says he feels like he\u2019s being interrogated by the CIA. Then he says this.<\/p>\n

AHMADINEJAD (via translator): This is not Guantanamo Bay! This is not a Baghdad prison! This is not a secret prison in Europe. This is not Abu Ghraib. This is Iran! I\u2019m duh president of this country!<\/p>\n

RUSH: Senator Durbin, Dick Durbin, floor of the Senate, June 14th, 2005.<\/p>\n

DURBIN: If I read this to you and didn\u2019t tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have happened by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime, Pol Pot or others, that had no concern for human beings. Sadly, that\u2019s not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their own prisoners.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right. And so we wonder all these statements are being made and we criticize these Democrats, ‘Look, you\u2019re just giving the enemy talking points. You\u2019re sounding just like them,\u2019 and here comes the enemy. They don\u2019t have to say anything. Just parrot what the Democrats in this country are saying — and we could come up with many more examples. Listen to this from the Islamic Republic News Agency. ‘Despite entire US media objections…President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad\u2019s scheduled address at Columbia University, he gave his lecture and answered students\u2019 questions here on Monday afternoon. … [A]mid standing ovation of the audience that had attended the hall where the Iranian President was to give his lecture as of early hours of the day, Ahmadinejad said that Iran is not going to attack any country in the world. Before [his] address, Columbia University Chancellor in a brief address told the audience that they would have the chance to hear Iran\u2019s stands as\u2019 Mahmoud Ahmadinejad spoke.
