That bond that they have is close to unbreakable as anything I\u2019ve seen in politics. However, it takes me to this next little story. And the story is Reuters, and it\u2019s a poll. Isn\u2019t it amazing? It\u2019s a poll from Reuters\/Ipsos Facto or whatever they are.<\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s the headline: &#8220;Exclusive.&#8221; Meaning, nobody else has it. That\u2019s for you in Rio Linda. Reuters claiming nobody else knows this and nobody else has it. &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-usa-election-healthcare-poll\/exclusive-as-elections-near-many-older-educated-white-voters-shift-away-from-trumps-party-idUSKBN1HG1I6\">As Elections Near, Many Older, Educated, White Voters Shift Away From Trump\u2019s Party.<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-270415\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/TrumpRally-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"585\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/TrumpRally-1.jpg 585w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/TrumpRally-1-300x138.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 585px) 100vw, 585px\" \/>Trump\u2019s party? What is Trump\u2019s party? Why doesn\u2019t it say white voters shift away from Trump? Or white voters shift away from GOP? What is this &#8220;Trump\u2019s party&#8221; business? Well, anyway. &#8220;Older white, educated voters,&#8221; meaning older white racist, sexist, bigot, homophobes who &#8220;helped Donald Trump win the White House in 2016. Now, they are trending toward Democrats in such numbers that their ballots could tip the scales in tight congressional races from New Jersey to California, a new Reuters\/Ipsos poll and a data analysis of competitive districts shows.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nationwide, whites over the age of 60 with college degrees,&#8221; who are racist, sexist, bigot, homophobe Christians, &#8220;now favor Democrats,&#8221; so they will stop being racist, bigot, sexist homophobes and Christians. Make book on it.<\/p>\n<p>Whites over the age of 60 with college degrees now favor Democrats over Republicans for Congress by a two-point margin, according to Reuters\/Ipsos Facto opinion polling during the first three months of the year. Remember, it doesn\u2019t matter, but they still report it, because the value is how it makes you feel, not how it makes you think, how it makes you feel.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re supposed to hear this and goes, &#8220;Oh, my God. It\u2019s worse than I thought, Mabel. Oh, my God. We don\u2019t have a prayer, Mabel. How\u2019s New Zealand looking?&#8221; or something like that.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During the same period in 2016, that same group,&#8221; of white, educated, racist, bigoted, sexist, homophobic Republicans, &#8220;favored Republicans for Congress by 10 percentage points.&#8221; So, you see, there\u2019s been a 12-point shift here. &#8220;The 12-point swing is one of the largest shifts in support toward Democrats that the Reuters\/Ipsos poll has measured over the past two years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You see this? In two years of also irrelevant polling, this is the biggest shift they\u2019ve ever seen. &#8220;If that trend continues,&#8221; which nobody knows, &#8220;Republicans will struggle to keep control of the House of Representatives, and possibly the Senate, in the November elections, potentially dooming President Donald Trump\u2019s legislative agenda.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is a total non-story. It\u2019s nothing more than polling data January, February, March, saying that white people over 60 who went to college who voted for Trump are thinking about not voting for Trump. They\u2019re thinking about it! And that means that this might happen and another thing could happen, and if both those things happen, then it could mean that Trump\u2019s agenda might be stalled. And if that happens then it could mean that Trump might be impeached. But all of this is just a wild guess based on our polling, which was largely determined by the sample of plus eight Democrats we chose, which they don\u2019t tell you up front.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: This is a total non-story.
