CALLER: Hi, Rush. How are you?<\/p>\n
RUSH: Fine. Thank you.<\/p>\n
CALLER: My husband and I are long, long, longtime listeners. But I\u2019ve been sitting here shaking my head “yes” to everything you were talking about during the last segment. I almost forgot what I called you about. But since it\u2019s Open Line Friday and I\u2019ve tried several weeks to call in and with no luck, I just wanted you to know on your recommendation, my husband and I bit the bullet and bought the Boll & Branch sheets<\/a>, and I cannot believe how much we love them. And then maybe halfway through our marriage we graduated to something from JCPenney\u2019s, the Egyptian sheets or something. And then on your recommendation I would hear you say —<\/p>\n RUSH: Wait. Are you telling me that Jacques Penne had Egyptian sheets?<\/p>\n CALLER: (laughing) Not in Buffalo they definitely didn\u2019t, no.<\/p>\n RUSH: I didn\u2019t think so.<\/p>\n CALLER: No.<\/p>\n RUSH: Look. Hang on. You know what? I\u2019ve only got 15 seconds and that\u2019s not enough time for you to finish your point, I know, so can you hang on just for a little bit during the break?<\/p>\n CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n RUSH: I knew you would. But, now, you weren\u2019t sleeping on burlap and tarpaulin before you got these sheets. I mean, so how —<\/p>\n CALLER: No —<\/p>\n RUSH: That\u2019s from your childhood. That was your early working days.<\/p>\n CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n RUSH: You were sleeping on regular sheets, I\u2019m sure, but still it was a step up.<\/p>\n CALLER: Yeah —<\/p>\n CALLER: Yeah. But it was so worth it. And I\u2019ll take them off and wash them every — just keep doing it because they\u2019re that great. I have other sets of sheets, but I won\u2019t put them on.<\/p>\n RUSH: You can tell the difference, can\u2019t you, when the other sets —<\/p>\n CALLER: Absolutely. I mean, there is no doubt about it. I mean, honestly, if I did put a set that I had before on in between, I said, no, we just have to wash them and put them back on again, because it\u2019s that much of a difference.<\/p>\n RUSH: This is incredible. Folks, I\u2019m telling you, I know that you regard me as filled with honesty and integrity, I don\u2019t have to say this, but I\u2019m telling you this is legit. I mean, I never talked to this woman before today.<\/p>\n CALLER: No.<\/p>\n RUSH: So I\u2019m really gratified for this. This is tremendous.
