Hello. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Hello, Rush, happy Friday. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Thank you very much. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I wanted to call and inform you and maybe some of your viewers who don\u2019t have kids how hypocritical the Disney Corporation is with regards to global warming. They have these green segments on now, you know, they\u2019ve got Tigger saving water, they have Dora the Explorer as a mermaid getting trapped in a garbage barge and this morning they had a new one on with Handy Manny, who is a character that fixes things around town who is just beside himself because he cannot fix the blackouts that the town was having. So the message for this one was to conserve electricity. And I don\u2019t know what they\u2019re teaching the kids, but we\u2019re watching television. You know, we need electricity to watch the television. So are they saying it\u2019s okay to, you know, turn out the lights, you know, you can leave on the TV as long as you turn out the lights? Just some of the examples that I have. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I\u2019m glad you noticed this out there, Sarah. It would be difficult to peg when this started, but have you ever heard of the Captain Planet TV series? <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125112.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"485\" class=\"alignright\"\/>CALLER: I\u2019ve heard it, yeah. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Ted Turner started Captain Planet. It was all about the militant environmentalists blaming corporate America. These cartoons, of course, targeted for young little crumb-crunchers and skulls full of mush out there. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Oh, yeah. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: And it was designed to get them hating corporations and blaming corporations for destroying their pets and animals and making it impossible to breathe and they are going to die soon and all this sort of stuff. So there\u2019s a rich tradition of the left attempting to poison the minds of the youths of America with absolute BS and lies. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, and I mean I grew up scared to death we were going to run out of water just from what the teachers were telling me and things like that, but it\u2019s scary it\u2019s gone beyond the academia and the teachers on to the television now where there\u2019s so many kids watching. And not only that, we just got back from a trip from Florida and they had an attraction at Disney World called The Land and it was basically a film that was showing the right way, the true way to live was the tribal way. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You know, they had all these anti-buildings. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I\u2019m waiting for the ride at Disneyland, Disney World where they\u2019re out on an island and global warming causes the sea level to rise and all the kids on the ride drown. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: Sarah in Louisville, Kentucky, nice to have you on the EIB Network.
