RUSH: Fine, thank you very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I hope you feel better. Hey, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you so very much for opening up my eyes —<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re welcome.<\/p>\n

CALLER: — to the real world. I thought that my local news — ABC, NBC, CBS — was like the gospel, and my husband and I had got in an argument one night and he said, ‘Just listen to Rush, listen to him,\u2019 and I did, and, oh, my gosh, I couldn\u2019t believe all the stuff they didn\u2019t say on the TVs, but everything that you are reporting. And I love it. I get mad now because for so long I listened to all that stuff and I thought it was the truth, and now I listen to you, and Sean Hannity, and Fox, and I feel I\u2019m more educated now than I was before.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You are. You are.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I just want to say thank you. I appreciate what you\u2019re doing.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, God bless you. You are more informed and educated than you have been. And that\u2019s great. It\u2019s great to have you home.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, I really appreciate it. And one more question.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes.<\/line>CALLER: Do you enjoy your Select Comfort Bed<\/a>?<\/line><\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: Yes. Yes, in fact, I\u2019m going to order a new one here pretty soon. They\u2019ve come out with some new models. They\u2019ve come out with a brand-new line here that, I think it just now hit, and, yeah, I absolutely love it. You know why it\u2019s great? I don\u2019t know about you, but I have my different beds I sleep in. When you travel on the road, for example, if your bed\u2019s different than the one at home, it\u2019s change, it\u2019s tough to adjust to get a good night\u2019s sleep. You can make your bed as hard or as soft as you want it home, plus the person sleeping on the other side can do the same thing. It really is fabulous. Really is. It\u2019s one of the best beds I have ever slept in.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I\u2019m saving up my money for one because they\u2019re kind of costly, but my husband has some issues, and I\u2019ve had like two back surgeries, and I know this is probably going to be like the best bed, probably the only —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Whoa, whoa, whoa. What are your husband\u2019s issues?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Huh?<\/p>\n

RUSH: You said your husband has issues.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, he\u2019s got a bad rotator cuff.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, oh, oh. So does he need a firm or a soft bed?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I think he needs a soft bed, and I\u2019ve had two back surgeries and I think I need a firmer bed.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: So if he has his set on whatever and I have mine set on whatever, I think we\u2019d just be —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019ll tell you what I\u2019m going to do.<\/p>\n

CALLER: What?<\/p>\n

RUSH: What size bed do you have? What size bed are you thinking about getting?<\/p>\n

CALLER: We have a king size.<\/p>\n

RUSH: King-sized?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Uh-huh.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Good. Because I\u2019m going to send you one at no charge, that way you will have no risk. If you don\u2019t like it — I know you will — you can give it to somebody else. But this way they don\u2019t have to save your money for a bed, you can save your money for something else. You\u2019re going to be needing canned food before long with the Obama administration, so I\u2019d rather you saved your money for food and medicine. I\u2019ll take care of it. If you hang on here, Mr. Snerdley will get all the information we need to get you the bed.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019m going to throw in not an electric, because with cap and trade you\u2019re going to be using a lot less electricity or else you\u2019ll go broke. I\u2019m going to send you a brand-new manual can opener for the canned goods that you are going to hoard and save as the Obama administration continues its economic policies.<\/p>\n

CALLER: You\u2019re funny, you crack me up. You make me laugh. You make me smile when all I want to do is cry, and I appreciate you so much.<\/p>\n
