CALLER: Dittos, Rush. It\u2019s a pleasure to speak to you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: First-time caller, but have listened since 1990.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I think they need to send this bill to Detroit for the dog poop collection. I\u2019m a small business owner, and I am extremely worried about the devastating effect the health care bill will have on small business. And they\u2019re going to do this mainly through the employer mandate. In the employer mandate, it requires employers to cover 72.5% of employees health care cost. But the big kicker —<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019m going to relax your mind in a moment.<\/p>\n

CALLER: All right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, somewhat. But go ahead.<\/p>\n

CALLER: The big kicker in the bill is that employers are going to have to cover 65% of the employees families health care costs.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes?<\/p>\n

CALLER: And in my business — I\u2019ve done the math — in my business currently we pay about $10,000 a month for employee health care.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Per employee, total?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Total. I mean for the employees total, yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, no, is that $10,000 per employee or $10,000 for all of your employees?<\/p>\n

CALLER: For all the employees. All of them don\u2019t take the health care —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n

CALLER: — so I got about 50% of the employees on the plan. Now, if the bill gets enacted, I will have a ninefold increase in my health care costs. It will go up to $92,000 a month if the health care bill gets passed.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That is by design.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right. So essentially what I\u2019ll have to do as an employer is dump all those employees onto the public plan.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Exactly right! That\u2019s exactly the plan! You will have no choice. It\u2019s either that or go out of business and shut the doors.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right. Exactly.<\/p>\n

RUSH: This is exactly the plan of how they are going to force everybody into the public option.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yep. And all these employees think that they\u2019ve got health care at their business. Well, they do right now. As soon as this bill gets passed, not only is the employer going to have to fire some employees because even the 8% payroll tax for me is going to be a threefold increase in my health care costs.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: So I\u2019m going to have to look and see if I can keep employees, and of those employees that get to stay, they\u2019re going to have to go on the government plan.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Believe me when I tell you, this is all part of the plan.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, I totally believe it\u2019s part of the plan.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Every aspect of it, the increase in unemployment, the expenses to you as a small businessman forcing you to cancel your plan and then get people in the public option. As I say, I quoted the Weekly Standard yesterday, folks, Obama is shepherding this. It was really a well written paragraph. Obama is angry. He has a chip on his shoulder. This is an unjust and immoral country and these people in Detroit that we played the audio, those are model citizens. And I don\u2019t mean these are the people Obama\u2019s proud of. They live the way he wants everybody living. These people are totally dependent on him. They think they\u2019re showing up at Cobo Center and getting money from Obama. You ought to hear the bites if you haven\u2019t heard \u2019em. I already played \u2019em twice today. One is from today, two are from yesterday. Here they are. This is what Obama wants. And your employees that you lay off because you can\u2019t pay for it anymore, they become unemployed, guess what? They become wards of the state, they become serfs. And this is by design. Obama is not observing this happening. It is something he is shepherding. Here\u2019s the first of the two bites. <\/p>\n

ROGULSKI: Why are you here?<\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #1: To get some money.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: What kind of money? <\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #1: Obama money. <\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: Where\u2019s it coming from? <\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #1: Obama. <\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get it? <\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #1: I don\u2019t know, his stash. I don\u2019t know. (laughter) I don\u2019t know where he got it from, but he givin\u2019 it to us, to help us. <\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #2: And we love him. <\/line> <\/line>WOMAN #1: We love him. That\u2019s why we voted for him! <\/line> <\/line>WOMEN: (chanting) Obama! Obama! Obama! And I filled it out, and I am waiting to see what the results are going to be.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: Will you know today how much money you\u2019re getting?<\/line> <\/line>WOMAN: No, I won\u2019t, but I\u2019m waiting for a phone call.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: Where\u2019s the money coming from?<\/line> <\/line>WOMAN: I believe it\u2019s coming from the City of Detroit or the state.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: Where did they get it from?<\/line> <\/line>WOMAN: Some funds that was forgiven by Obama.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get the funds?<\/line> <\/line>WOMAN: Obama getting the funds from… Ummm, I have no idea, to tell you the truth. He\u2019s the president.<\/line> <\/line>ROGULSKI: In downtown Detroit, Ken Rogulski, WJR News.<\/line> <\/line>RUSH: Okay. It\u2019s coming from Obama\u2019s stash. Some funds that was forgiven by Obama. There\u2019s your future, America. Obama\u2019s America. Now, 65,000 people just like this showed up to apply for their share of $15.2 million in stimulus money! Thirty-five hundred of the 65,000 will get some. That means 62, 61,500 people will not.
