CALLER: Hey, Rush, the people in South Carolina are furious with Lindsey Graham. He\u2019s being praised by the other side, I might add for being bipartisan, for teaming up with Kerry on this climate bill.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: He is not bipartisan. He is a turncoat. He is Benedict Arnold from hell. He has totally jumped ship. And, along with Kerry, he is carrying the flag for the other side. And we have had it, Rush. If he was up for reelection right now, and I know how you feel about the third party stuff, tell me if a conservative was to run against him, that you wouldn\u2019t support a third party against this clown.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What now? If a conservative did run against Grahamnesty in a primary?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m talking if he was to — Graham is a sitting Senator, Rush.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: It\u2019s tough to beat him in the — you know how tough —<\/p>\n

RUSH: I know, look, I heard before he was recently reelected I heard I can\u2019t tell you how many calls sounding just like yours, ‘We\u2019re fed up with Grahamnesty. He doesn\u2019t have a chance here, he\u2019s finished, he\u2019s fini.\u2019<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, if it comes down to it, Rush, I\u2019d almost have to say anybody other than him, just so we know who we\u2019re up against. He\u2019s a turncoat.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, it was just last year, right, he was reelected, \u201908?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: So he\u2019s got five years to make up for this. He\u2019s figuring you\u2019re not going to remember this.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I know. Well, hey, Rush — <\/p>\n

RUSH: Hey.<\/p>\n

CALLER: — any updates on your not-so-secret secret scheme, and are you going to give it a name?<\/p>\n

RUSH: (laughing) The not-so-secret secret scheme?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I love it. It\u2019s gonna work. I can\u2019t wait.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, we\u2019re still working on this. See, I did announce a secret scheme last week, and I asked everybody, ‘Don\u2019t tell anybody so the media doesn\u2019t find out.\u2019 And one of these days I\u2019m just going to come out and say, ‘You know, I\u2019ve relooked at everything and I think Obama is right about it.\u2019 The objective of the scheme will be to trick the media into abandoning Obama because the one thing they will despise more than anything is agreeing with me or having me on their side. That they will not tolerate. I\u2019m trying to figure out a way to get the media to abandon Obama and I figure the best way is to agree with him, but I gotta spring this on people when they\u2019re not looking for it. I can\u2019t announce the scheme and then do the scheme shortly thereafter. We\u2019re working on a name for the scheme, but the name for the scheme will come up after the scheme has been flawlessly executed. We\u2019re in the brilliant conception stage of the scheme now.
