Bipartisanship is happening in Congress. Over what, you say? Well, listen to this from <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125112.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"306\" class=\"alignright\"\/>Roll Call: &#8216;Dealing a blow to an Obama administration already forced to change course in its plans to prosecute 9\/11 terror suspects, a bipartisan group of Senators on Tuesday vowed to ban any government funds from being used for any trial in civilian court.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Republicans and Democrats alike joining together to not fund Obama\u2019s show trial of Khalid Sheikh &#8212; this thing better not happen in a civil court, folks. As I discussed yesterday, a mistrial has already happened. Obama and his stupid press spokesman have already proclaimed the guilt of these guys and said that they\u2019re going to be executed. That defense lawyer, first thing he\u2019s going to say: &#8216;You have tampered with every possible jury in this country that we could put together.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>McCain, (imitating McCain) &#8216;I don\u2019t like partisanship, Limbaugh, but this I can\u2019t avoid.\u2019 He said that Holder has obviously botched this. Senator McCain, it\u2019s not Holder. I don\u2019t care what anybody says, he cannot do this on his own. This is Obama. For whatever hideous reasons, this decision was Obama\u2019s. I still believe he\u2019s trying to impress the European left and radical Islam, and I think that he actually wants international courts to charge Bush and Cheney officials with war crimes. I do believe it, and it wouldn\u2019t surprise me if he\u2019s throwing the trial. I mean, look, in a civil court you gotta give these guys constitutional rights, and one of them is the presumption of innocence. That\u2019s not been provided. It\u2019s been denied them by no less than President Obama and his idiot spokesman. <\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Jimmy in Los Angeles, thank you for calling, sir. You\u2019re next on the program.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Rush.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Wow. This is a great moment for me. Thanks for taking my call, man.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You bet, Jimmy.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Listen, I have a question for you about our BVD bomber.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, we get this guy and then we question him for, what, less than an hour before we actually gave him his lawyer and Mirandized him, et cetera? Is that the truth?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: That\u2019s true.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: So now all that information we got from him, isn\u2019t it inadmissible in court?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yes!<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: So I\u2019m a little confused, then. If the 50 minutes was enough for us to question him what good does it do anyway? <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: The story is he was singing like a bird. He was singing like a bird, and then the doctors said&#8230; The latest I\u2019ve heard is that he was given sedation for his injuries, probably morphine, and he started getting a little loopy and passing out and that\u2019s what they said, &#8216;Okay, we gotta stop this,\u2019 and then the Mirandizing happened. It\u2019s a fiasco.
