RUSH: All right, Boise, Idaho, this is Robert, you\u2019re next on the EIB Network. Hello, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hey, Rush, thanks for taking the call.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: First time talking to a million people, so I\u2019m a little nervous. Hey, I just had a quick question. I wondered if you had noticed, does it seem odd to you that any time we accomplish a high-value kill in Iraq, that Biden is the one who makes the proclamation, not President Obama?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Yeah, I think you\u2019re right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I can\u2019t think of a time that that wasn\u2019t the case, and it seems like everything is always well planned out and well thought with their group.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Why do you think that is?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, my gut feeling is that he doesn\u2019t want to be seen as a trigger guy.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, there\u2019s one exception to this. Remember when the 17-year-old little black kid, the Somali pirate that was gunned down, the White House put the word out that Obama gave the kill order. So they wanted him to get credit for that. <\/p>\n

CALLER: For a pirate.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You may be right, he doesn\u2019t want to go out there and be the public face of announcing the kills of a couple of Islamic terrorists. Is that what you\u2019re saying?<\/p>\n

CALLER: That is what I\u2019m saying.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. It could also be because — (laughing) I mean, history is our guide but sometimes they have to come back and say they were wrong about who they killed and of course that\u2019s what Biden is for, is to be wrong.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And, you know, verbal slip-ups. But I\u2019ll tell you, this al-Baghdadi — and that means he was from Baghdad. Like Saddam Hussein\u2019s name was Saddam Hussein al-Tikriti because he was from Tikrit. I saw the picture of al-Baghdadi, I said, ‘We killed this guy months ago, I thought.\u2019 I knew I\u2019d seen the picture before. Al-Baghdadi was supposedly captured by the Iraqis a few months ago, and now it turns out we\u2019ve killed him on the battlefield. So in this case I think it\u2019s okay for Biden to be wrong because that\u2019s his job. Biden\u2019s job is to put his foot in it. You put a bag of manure on the sidewalk and it\u2019s Biden\u2019s job to step on it, \u2019cause he always will. Biden\u2019s as dumb as a box of Bidens. So I think that\u2019s one of the reasons, but I also think it\u2019s possible that they don\u2019t send Obama out there, you\u2019re right, they don\u2019t want, ‘I\u2019m here to announce today that we\u2019ve taken down another couple militant Islamic terrorists.\u2019 Somehow he just doesn\u2019t want to do that.
