RUSH: Byron York of the Washington Examiner was in Chicago yesterday. He was listening to a rally for Democrats being led by Bill Clinton. He showed up 90 minutes late. People left the rally in the middle of a deader-than-a-doornail presentation by Clinton. And Byron is asking the question, ‘Does Clinton on the stump really want Obama and the Democrats to win?\u2019 Hillary Clinton is out of the country. She is nowhere helping the Democrats. By the way, are there any Democrats on the ballot? As I listen to all of these campaign ads and commercials around the country, aside from California it makes me wonder how we could possibly have a fair election because I don\u2019t hear any Democrats running for office, at least not on the issues they\u2019re talking about. In West Virginia, Manchin is sounding exactly like a conservative Republican. <\/p>\n

Most Democrats are running away from Obamacare, and Clinton — this is from last night\u2019s ABC World News tonight — Jonathan Karl interviewed Clinton after this rally, I mean it was a dud. Listen to the report from our blowtorch affiliate in Chicago, WLS: ‘Former President Bill Clinton\u2019s ‘get out the vote\u2019 rally for Democrats at a downtown Chicago hotel was the most unenthusiastic WLS veteran political reporter Bill Cameron has ever witnessed. Clinton was an hour late for the Tuesday afternoon rally at the Palmer House and droned on for another hour, sending dozens of the few hundred Democrats in attendance for the exits. ‘Well, all we\u2019re really asking for is two more years, that\u2019s a total of four, to get us out of the hole and get us into the future. That\u2019s half as much time as you gave them to dig the hole. Seems fair to us,\u2019 Clinton said.\u2019 That\u2019s Clinton\u2019s big push: give us two more years because you gave them four years to get us in the hole, give us two years, total four, to get out. <\/p>\n

‘The state\u2019s most popular Democrat Lisa Madigan was conspicuously absent as were state party chairman Mike Madigan and Mayor Richard Daley.\u2019 Man, when Daley doesn\u2019t show up to appear on the same dais with Clinton? When all these ranking Democrats don\u2019t show up to appear with Bill? What they know is when Clinton shows up, it\u2019s a death knell. Clinton showing up is like Geraldo Rivera showing up on Fox. Somebody\u2019s died; the grim reaper. I mean you check it out, folks, Clinton\u2019s endorsements end up hurting whoever he\u2019s trying to help. Here is Clinton answering the question from Jonathan Karl. ‘How bad do you fear it could be?\u2019<\/p>\n

CLINTON: It\u2019s what happened to me in \u201994. You get in and you want to do things. There\u2019s almost an inverse relationship in how much you accomplish and what people know about. We\u2019re getting there. President\u2019s getting out and around, and I see a lot more intensity at these rallies now in the last three weeks. I think it would be a great mistake to count us out. Words of our demise have been exaggerated.<\/p>\n

RUSH: This is resounding. I mean that\u2019s inspiring. Byron York of the DC Examiner: ‘The problem was, it wasn\u2019t entirely clear how much Clinton really wanted to help Democrats, and especially Obama, win next week\u2019s elections. In the course of a one-hour speech, Clinton, whose wife lost a bitter nomination battle to Obama … offered faint praise for the current president and a steady stream of criticism for Democrats, who he said have failed to communicate their message to the voters.\u2019 What you\u2019re looking at is Reverse Operation Chaos. It is happening right before your very eyes and ears. Reverse Operation Chaos. For those of you new to the program and do not know what Operation Chaos was, in the primaries of 2008 Obama and Hillary were fighting it out, apparently taking it all the way to the end of the primary battles. McCain had already been chosen and the Republican nomination race was over. As far as this audience interest in the primaries, it was nil. McCain had won it, and that was not all that exciting. <\/p>\n

Yet the Democrat race went on and I was noticing how poorly Hillary Clinton was being treated by her own party, a race that from the beginning was hers, almost by entitlement. And then this clean, articulate black guy shows up and the press goes gaga, and what was Hillary\u2019s was snatched from her. And they were running mean commercials against her. And I thought, ‘Well, this race needs to be continued. Obama needs to continue to fight this out. We need to have this race continue so people can find out exactly who and what these Democrats are.\u2019 Operation Chaos instructed Republican primary voters in the remaining states where their votes didn\u2019t count because the Republican race was over, to register as Democrats if necessary and to go vote for Hillary in the remaining states in the Democrat primary to keep this thing going, and it worked. It took the race all the way to the summertime. <\/p>\n

Operation Reverse Chaos or Reverse Operation Chaos, whichever you wish to call it, is once again established so as to allow Hillary Clinton what is rightfully hers: an opportunity to win the White House. It was hers. She had been anointed, and then Obama comes along and for whatever reason they pulled the rug out from under her. The Clintons still want the White House, bad. You can tell how bad by how unenthusiastic Bill Clinton is running around the country campaigning for Democrats, for Obama. Because Clinton and Hillary know that their best chance for her to get the nomination in 2012 is for the Democrats to have a lackluster performance next Tuesday. The worse the defeat is, the worse it is for Obama. As Obama said, and he\u2019s agreeing with me, he\u2019s not on the ballot but his agenda is. Damn straight it is. That\u2019s exactly what\u2019s being voted on Tuesday: Obama\u2019s agenda. Therefore, the greater the Republican victory is, the greater the opportunity for Hillary to challenge Obama for the nomination in 2012. They don\u2019t want to wait \u2019til 2016. The odds of the White House being held by Democrats after 2016 is practically nil after what Obama is going to finish doing destroying the country in four more years if that happens. <\/p>\n

So the objective here of Reverse Operation Chaos, we\u2019re not aiming this at Republican voters. We\u2019re aiming Reverse Operation Chaos at Democrats, especially those of you who are for Hillary and believe she got the shaft, politically, who believe that she was mistreated, who believe that dirty campaigning took away from her what was rightfully hers and gave it to another. It\u2019s just typical of what happens to women in this country. An unqualified guy, young, good-looking, I mean there were even people — I don\u2019t know if you remember this, I\u2019ll tell you how unfair it was for Hillary — there were people in the primary actually saying, ‘Did we really want to sit here and watch Hillary Clinton age in office?\u2019 There were people saying that. There were all kinds of things like this being said. It was mostly unfair, it was terribly insulting that a guy with no experience but everybody liked his looks and the way he talked came in once again, the glass ceiling shattered with Mrs. Clinton\u2019s head banging right into it but never through it, and so now it\u2019s time to make good, time to get even. <\/p>\n

You Democrats who know that your party is being destroyed by Barack Obama, you Democrats who know that your chances of ever holding power in Congress again are vanishing before your very eyes because of Obama, you Democrats, you may have problems with this country, but you don\u2019t want to see it destroyed. If you have any desire that Mrs. Clinton someday take the Democrat Party back to where it was, remember those glory days of the nineties, the economic boom, we\u2019d all like to return to those, wouldn\u2019t we? Wink, wink. The best thing that Democrats can do to make that happen is to not vote Tuesday. Stay home, put your feet up on the table, watch a soap opera or two, watch Oprah, do whatever, listen to this program, but do not vote, do not show. The bigger the Democrat defeat on Tuesday, the greater the likelihood Mrs. Clinton is the Democrat nominee in 2012. It\u2019s just that simple. Reverse Operation Chaos, once again in fairness, look at who it is looking out for the woman. Look who it is hoping that a woman has a fair shot at things, me, El Rushbo and the Excellence in Broadcasting Network. It really isn\u2019t complicated. <\/p>\n

I know that you are worried, some of you Democrats are. But, look, there\u2019s so much fraud and cheating planned by Democrats, ‘I\u2019m probably gonna vote even if I don\u2019t show up. My vote is going to happen even if I don\u2019t cast it.\u2019 I know you\u2019re thinking that. Make that be the case. Make them cheat. Do not participate in this election if you are Democrats, if you at all are interested in saving your party, and perhaps if you care about saving the country. I know that\u2019s incidental to some of you. But if you want to save your party, save the country, if you want Mrs. Clinton and her husband to have a shot to get back in the White House, the only way you can do it is to make sure she has a chance to be on the ballot in the primaries in 2012. And the only way she is going to have a chance of pulling that off is if the Democrats get literally shellacked on Tuesday, because Obama has said he\u2019s not on the ballot but his agenda is. Therefore he\u2019s admitted the election is about him to the extent that Democrats get trashed — and you can make it happen, Democrats — you know you\u2019re going to lose anyway. You know the Republicans are gonna win the House and you know the Republicans are probably gonna win the Senate. So what the hell? You can\u2019t help anything by showing up. The only way you can help is not show up. Make your non-vote count. Sit home November 2nd. Do it for Hillary and for me: Reverse Operation Chaos.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Democrats, give your defeat meaning. Make your shellacking worth it. Find value in losing next Tuesday. Don\u2019t vote. Help Hillary. It has been pointed out to me, by the way, ladies and gentlemen, that a genuine Reverse Operation Chaos would be Democrats who hope to see Hillary as the Democrat nominee in 2012 vote Republican on Tuesday. If you can\u2019t bring yourself to do that — if you Democrats, even if you want Hillary for 2012 — if you can\u2019t stomach going to ballot box voting for a Republican, then be a Hillary potato. Sit on the couch for Hillary on Election Day. Reverse Operation Chaos. Even if you\u2019re dead, don\u2019t vote. Even if you are in prison, don\u2019t vote. And, look, just because Obama\u2019s botched it doesn\u2019t mean that Hillary will. <\/p>\n

The principles of Saul Alinsky have not failed! You just haven\u2019t had the right person applying them. Hillary wrote her college thesis on Saul Alinsky. She could make his ideas sing where Obama has sullied them. Now, I know by her own admission the hardest thing Hillary has ever done in her life is organize her daughter\u2019s wedding. She said that. But that still puts her one up on Obama because he is the most unqualified imam, guy in any room he walks into. By the way, speaking Clinton, ladies and gentlemen, this Wednesday (that\u2019s today) Clinton and Attorney General Andrew the Como ‘will rally Democrats to get out and vote in Brooklyn… Doors open at 3 pm at New York City College of Technology Klitgord Center…\u2019 Klitgord Center? ‘With just a week left until the election, it\u2019s time to show that Democrats are energized and ready to take on the challenges facing this state.\u2019 Why…? If Andrew the Como has such a commanding lead, why is the Big Kahuna being sent into New York? What\u2019s Clinton doing in Illinois? What\u2019s Clinton doing in Chicago? What are Obama and Joe Bite Me doing in Delaware? And now they take Clinton into New York for Andrew the Como to Brooklyn. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: — people to come out and help, and I just think with the margin of cheating we need the recovering Democrats who will vote GOP. I don\u2019t want them to stay home. I want them to come out and they\u2019re gonna come out and utterly reject the Obama agenda. I think we\u2019re going to have a tsunami. I don\u2019t want them to stay home.
