RUSH: John Kerry said, “There\u2019s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that. There was a sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy in terms of — well, not a legitimacy, but a rationale that you could attach yourself to somehow and say, okay, they\u2019re really angry because of this and that. But this Friday incident was absolutely indiscriminate.” <\/p>\n

John Kerry actually said of the Charlie Hebdo incident, “Well, there was a legitimacy to that. The Islamists were mad that Charlie Hebdo had made fun of \u2019em by running pictures and cartoons and stuff. Well, you can see maybe not a legitimacy, but there\u2019s a rationale to that.” So John Kerry sees a rationale, a legitimacy to an act of terror, one he can understand, \u2019cause he is superior European developed intellect and speaks French. <\/line><\/p>\n

Now, the vote to confirm John Kerry as secretary of state was 94-3. There were three Republicans who voted against John Kerry. I would ask you to take a guess, but I don\u2019t have the time. They were Senator Jim Inhofe, Republican, Oklahoma, Senator John Cornyn, Republican, Texas, and dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut — Senator Ted Cruz, Republican, Texas. So our secretary of state (imitating Kerry), “Well, you see, there\u2019s a rationale, legitimacy — well, maybe not a legitimacy, but a rationale, what happened at Charlie Hebdo, but this thing Friday, that\u2019s totally indiscriminate. We can\u2019t tolerate that.” <\/p>\n

RUSH: Back to the audio sound bites. We\u2019re gonna pick up here with… Well, I\u2019ll let you hear John Kerry and his equivocation on the terrorist attack on Charlie Hebdo. But yesterday\u2019s program, most of the first hour was devoted to the concept — my concept, my attempt — to explain and illustrate to you how the American left, the worldwide left, the Democrat Party are trying to say that all of this is the fault of the United States.<\/p>\n

That there are legitimate reasons they hate us, and we have to understand why they\u2019re attacking us, and we had better change our ways, and that\u2019s part and parcel of why we should accept (without question) all these refuges. I obviously can\u2019t repeat the whole first hour of yesterday\u2019s program, but a few reminders: We were told our immigration policy is angering people all over the world, and Republicans, and our support for Israel, and various other things. “We have to understand: We\u2019re the reason mad. They have legitimate reason for hating us, ISIS does!”<\/p>\n

So keep that in mind, because that\u2019s a giant See I Told You So for sound bites coming up. First, John Kerry yesterday in Paris, outside the US Embassy, speaking to staff and family at the embassy about the terrorist attacks last Friday…<\/p>\n
