It\u2019s Loretta Lynch, the attorney general, testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on Department of Justice oversight. So it\u2019s oversight hearings.  Randy Forbes, Republican, Virginia, says, &#8220;Look, Madam Attorney General, making it clear: Any list that targets a city or state of the US, if you bring terrorists from Guantanamo Bay, wouldn\u2019t it be reasonable to conclude that that can enhance that city\u2019s ability to be one of those targeted lists?&#8221;  This is about closing Club Gitmo. <\/p>\n<p>This is about relocating Gitmo prisoners in American cities.  And the congressman\u2019s asking her: &#8220;Well, look, any list that targets a city or state in the US, if you put a Gitmo terrorist there, would it be reasonable to conclude that that could enhance the city\u2019s ability to be one of the targets.&#8221;  We\u2019re talking about terrorist prisoners.  We\u2019re gonna release them. We\u2019re gonna send them to, say, to City A.  He\u2019s asking, &#8220;Doesn\u2019t that make that city an even bigger target since we\u2019re actually putting a terrorist prisoner in it?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_113945\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/LorettaLynchTHought.jpg\"\/><BR\/>LYNCH:  I think there are any number of factors &#8212;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>FORBES:  Would you not agree that that would be a factor that would enhance that ability?<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  I think there are any number of factors &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>FORBES:  Would that be a factor?<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  There are any number of factors &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>FORBES:  But you would disagree that that would be one of those many number of factors?<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  Congressman, I don\u2019t agree or disagree.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  &#8220;I\u2019m not gonna tell you anything, Congressman.  You can babble up here all you want.  I\u2019m gonna tell you there are a lot of factors!&#8221; So Forbes then said, &#8220;So you, as the attorney general, do not have an opinion on whether or not bringing terrorists from [Club Gitmo] and locating them in a city or state would have any capability at all of putting that city on a hit list, say, for ISIS?  You don\u2019t have an opinion on that?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  Congressman, I think there are any number of factors &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>FORBES:  I\u2019m asking you would that be one of those factors.<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  I believe I\u2019ve indicated there\u2019d be any number of &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>FORBES:  No, you indicated you wouldn\u2019t answer the question, and Madam Attorney General, I think that\u2019s atrocious that you don\u2019t even have an opinion of that.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Oh, she\u2019s got an opinion on it, Congressman.  She\u2019s just not gonna tell you.  What she\u2019s telling you, Congressman, is, &#8220;It doesn\u2019t matter.  We\u2019re doing this politically.  We\u2019re getting this place shut down because Obama promised his voters. We\u2019ve got an election coming up.  The Democrat Party base expects that place to be closed.  We\u2019re closing it!&#8221;  Well, what about the impact on terrorism in the locations you\u2019re gonna put these prisoners? <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oh, there\u2019s any number of factors.&#8221; She\u2019s got a pat answer. &#8220;I think there are any number of factors.&#8221;  This is&#8230; I don\u2019t know. This borders on insolent, disrespect?  I mean, this, &#8220;There are any number of factors&#8230;&#8221;  But here again, just to reemphasize, this is the Obama administration telling Congress, &#8220;Screw you guys! We\u2019re gonna shut this place down and we\u2019re gonna put \u2019em somewhere in the United States, and the hell with it.  We\u2019ve gotta shut it down because our base demands it be closed, and we haven\u2019t done it yet. We gotta do it by the next election.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_113964\" class=\"alignleft\" align=\"left\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/497526506_large.jpg\"\/><BR\/>She\u2019s not gonna say that.  So then Bob Goodlatte, Republican, Virginia, said, &#8220;Do you agree with the FBI director when he says that vetting Syrian refugees is extremely difficult, if not impossible?&#8221;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  Certainly the&#8230; Not only the Department of Justice, but all of our agencies will make everything effort to vet every refugee coming into this country, from the databases, to the interviews that those individuals are subject to, to the biometric screening as well.<\/p>\n<p>GOODLATTE:  Let me go on.<\/p>\n<p>LYNCH:  Certainly there are challenges to that process because of the situation in Syria.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Biometrics?  Would biometric screening have identified the Tsarnaevs?  What about this little kid and his clock bomb?  Well, that\u2019s the point. Biometrics?  We\u2019ll know their body fat, though. We\u2019ll know whether climate change has harmed them where they live.  They\u2019re not in any database anywhere.  There\u2019s no way to vet them.
