This was an operation that\u2019s been going on for a long time, and they are going to be judiciously releasing stealth videos.  It\u2019s what 60 Minutes used to do.  But, of course, when these people do it, it\u2019s not cool.  When these people do it, it\u2019s not good.  I\u2019m reading some people complaining that the Drive-Bys haven\u2019t reported on the Planned Parenthood scandal.  Why would they? <\/p>\n<p>Folks, it\u2019s time to come to grips, the media\u2019s not the media.  The media\u2019s not sitting out there trying to figure out what\u2019s news and report it every day.  They are covering things up that are gonna damage their agenda. They\u2019re covering things up which are gonna damage their side, which is liberalism.  The Drive-Bys are not gonna cover this.  They\u2019re gonna be dragged kicking and screaming to it just like <a href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=5838\">Obama was dragged kicking and screaming<\/a> to lowering the flag at the White House out of respect and honor of the dead military shot in Chattanooga, Tennessee. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MjCs_gvImyw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I want to lead here with Planned Parenthood.  This, to me, is just outrageous.  The soul of our nation is being claimed and is being lost by what are mainstream leftists.  These are not left-wing kooks.  This is who the left in this country have become. This is what the Democrat Party has become.  This is who they are, folks.  This is not some extreme bunch of wackos.  This is the mainstream of our opposition.  This is who they are, the people at Planned Parenthood, the people that are defending them, the people that are trying to ignore it and make it go away. <\/p>\n<p>Have you heard anybody on the left stand up and condemn this?  You haven\u2019t, have you?  You haven\u2019t, have you?  Have you heard anybody of any kind of substance at all on the left in the Democrat Party stand up and do anything other than either ignore it or try to explain it, or launch an attack on the people that produced the video?  And the people that produced the video did not write a script for the Planned Parenthood people to read.  These are the Planned Parenthood people being who they really are. <\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_108486\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/gatters-pricing-585.jpg\"\/><BR\/>This next video, another major executive of Planned Parenthood discusses the selling of murdered baby parts.  And she\u2019s haggling over the price.  Now, there\u2019s music in the background, kind of hard to hear, but it\u2019s all transcribed.  At the end of this video, like the one with Nucatola, this one videotapes a woman by the name of Mary Gatter, Dr. Mary Gatter, G-a-t-t-e-r, the president of Planned Parenthood\u2019s Medical Directors Council.  At the end of this video she talks about changing the abortion technique in order to get intact specimens. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>Now, remember for political purposes, these people tell us that there is nothing there until the mother decides what to do with it.  Up until that point, it\u2019s an unviable tissue mass, or it is an illness, or something else that\u2019s offensively reprehensible and dehumanizing.  Except to these people.  We now know that in the womb it is money.  Dollar signs in the womb. <\/p>\n<p>At the end of this second video, Dr. Mary Gatter talks about changing the abortion technique to get intact specimens, changing from a rather violent suction method that would destroy tissue to what she calls an IPAS, which is a reference to a nonprofit company that makes and distributes manual vacuum aspirators, which would be a less harmful way to get at the internal organs, which are perfectly fine in this unviable tissue mass. <\/p>\n<p>She said that there would be protocol issues with the patient but that she saw no problem with it.  She calls this method &#8220;less crunchy,&#8221; a less crunchy way to get intact organs.  And at the end of the tape provided by the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/2015\/07\/second-planned-parenthood-senior-executive-haggles-over-baby-parts-prices-changes-abortion-methods\/\">Center for Medical Progress<\/a>, Dr. Mary Gatter of Planned Parenthood jokes about wanting a Lamborghini for body parts. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the Center for Medical Progress says &#8212; actually <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/big-government\/2015\/07\/21\/new-video-shows-another-planned-parenthood-doctor-haggling-price-of-baby-body-parts\/\">Breitbart News <\/a>says that the new video will no doubt stoke the fires that are now burning in Congress and in states around the country in response to the first undercover Planned Parenthood video. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Two committees in the House and Senate have called for investigations of the abortion giant, along with five state governments. The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000.&#8221;  So let\u2019s go to the audio sound bites.  Second Planned Parenthood video, haggling over price, Dr. Mary Gatter, Planned Parenthood Federation of America\u2019s medical director and the unidentified actress posing as a buyer are haggling over payments for intact fetal specimens. <\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_108487\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lamborghni-585.jpg\"\/><BR\/>The buyer says, &#8220;What sort of compensation would you expect for intact tissue?&#8221;  In other words, what\u2019s it gonna cost me to get intact, usable internal organs from a baby that you abort?<\/line><\/p>\n<p>GATTER:  Why don\u00c2\u2019t you start by telling me what you\u00c2\u2019re used to paying? You know, in negotiations the person who throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?  I just don\u2019t want to lowball because I\u00c2\u2019m used to &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>BUYER:  If you lowball I\u00c2\u2019ll act pleasantly surprised and you\u2019ll know it\u2019s a lowball. Don\u2019t lowball it.<\/p>\n<p>GATTER: Seventy-five dollars a specimen.<\/p>\n<p>BUYER:  Oh, that\u2019s way too low. Really? That\u2019s way too low.<\/p>\n<p>GATTER: I\u00c2\u2019ve been at places that did $50. See, we\u2019re not in it for the money and we don\u2019t want to be in a position of being accused of selling tissue.<\/p>\n<p>BUYER:  I\u00c2\u2019d like to start at around $100.<\/p>\n<p>GATTER: Okay. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  You able to hear all that?  I\u2019m sorry.  I was able to, but only because I have the transcript.  There\u2019s a lot of secondary noise here, and so I want to read this to you. Don\u2019t low ball it.  Just tell me what you charge.&#8221; <\/line><\/p>\n<p>Gatter says, &#8220;$75 a specimen.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>The buyer, &#8220;Oh, that\u2019s too low.  That is too low.  Really?  Way too low.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood says, &#8220;Well, I\u2019ve been at places that did 50.  See, we\u2019re not in it for the money, and we don\u2019t want to be in a position of being accused of selling tissue.&#8221;  They\u2019re haggling over price.  They\u2019re haggling over price and they don\u2019t want to be accused of doing it for money.  The buyer says, &#8220;I\u2019d like to start around a hundred dollars.&#8221;  Gatter says, &#8220;Okay.&#8221;  This is the part of the video where she admits they use a &#8220;less crunchy&#8221; technique to get better specimens, and then the woman who just said they\u2019re not in it for the money suggests that the one-hundred-dollar price may be low because she wants a Lamborghini. <\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s Mary Gatter, Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<p>GATTER:  Write me a three or four paragraph proposal, which I will then take to Laurel and others in our organization to see if we want to pursue this. Planned Parenthood is profiting by killing babies in a way that their internal organs survive so that they can sell them.  I mean, that\u2019s what\u2019s happening here.  It\u2019s probably been going on for a long time and all these recent decades, 25 years, 30 years, Planned Parenthood and the pro-choice community have convinced people that this is strictly a women\u2019s rights issue. It\u2019s an issue that is designed to free women from the dominant brutal male patriarchy.  It\u2019s an issue designed to give women liberty, liberation and freedom of choice.  It\u2019s about the right to choose. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jjxwVuozMnU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Well, now we know why the advocates for the right to choose have been so advocating.  Always try to follow the money.  Here are these leftists that want everybody to believe that they don\u2019t care about money, that everything they do is charitable because they\u2019re nice people and they are compassionate and they\u2019re understanding and they\u2019re all for protecting the little people who get trampled on by the big people, and look who is doing the trampling. <\/p>\n<p>The greatest example of the essence of innocence that I can conjure, a baby in the womb.  I mean, it hasn\u2019t done anything to anybody.  It represents and is new life.  It is the essence of innocence.  It cannot speak for itself.  It cannot protect itself.  It cannot defend itself.  While being the essence of innocence, it is the most vulnerable it will ever be.  And here come the people promising and telling and guaranteeing that they are protecting the rights of the little people, that they protecting the vulnerable, they\u2019re making sure that the little guy, the vulnerable, the powerful, don\u2019t get trampled on by who?  The rich, the powerful.  Usually this means Republicans. <\/p>\n<p>And yet in another case study of reality, exposing fraud, who actually is trampling over the defenseless, the innocent, the vulnerable?  The very damn people who claim to be their protectors, the protectors of liberty, individual rights, the right to choose, what have you.  The same people who want these body parts for stem cells that have yet to prove worthy of research, worthwhile, any of that.  It is just sick and it is completely and totally unremarked upon in the Drive-By Media. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CarlyFiorina\/videos\/10156207421005206\/\">Carly Fiorina this morning<\/a> on her Facebook released a new video responding to this second and latest Planned Parenthood secretly recorded video.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_hLkvyFYSnc\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>FIORINA:  It doesn\u2019t matter whether you think you\u2019re pro-choice or pro-life.  Every woman, every man has to look at these videos and think, &#8220;What has gone wrong in our nation?&#8221;  This is a terrible moment, and it is made even more terrible by the absolute deafening silence of the Democrat Party.  Democrats have always fought for a policy that says, &#8220;It is not a life until it leaves the hospital.&#8221;  Hillary Clinton has fought to preserve that policy.  And we now have a moment in this nation to take some real action here.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  I\u2019ve gotta take a break, but that\u2019s just a continuation.  There\u2019s gonna be more, folks.  The people behind all of this &#8212; the Center for Medical Progress &#8212; have much more, I\u2019m told, waiting in the wings. They have been at this for quite a while.  This is not quite the tip of the iceberg, but there\u2019s much, much more to come.  This is not some rogue Planned Parenthood office somewhere engaging in activity that the mother organization doesn\u2019t know anything about. How can they not know what they\u2019re doing to a baby?&#8221;  Ladies and gentlemen, I wish I could answer that for you.  I mean, these are the people that are extracting what they hope are workable, usable body parts. They\u2019re taking great, great care not to crunch, not to crush, so what they extract are actual what they hope usable baby body organs they can sell. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=5855\"><img id=\"eZObject_108482\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/PlannedParenthoodRUSHBroch-dz.jpg\"\/><\/a>Now, how a person or the people doing this can then turn around and say that what they\u2019re dealing with is an &#8220;unviable tissue mass,&#8221; I can only the guess.  I think you have to have the concept of evil. You have to understand it, and you have to acknowledge that it exists.  It\u2019s a real thing.  It\u2019s the same people that say &#8220;unviable tissue mass&#8221; or it\u2019s actually an illness, pregnancy leads to an illness and so forth.<\/p>\n<p>Every crazy justification they\u2019ve offered for abortion, the very same people doing that are now extracting usable body parts and selling them for profit.  I mean, what are they telling themselves about what they\u2019re doing?  They\u2019re probably lying to themselves about medical research and saving lives.  They probably come up with &#8220;one life to save millions.&#8221;  It\u2019s probably not hard to imagine the contortions they undergo to justify this. But the clearly think they\u2019re doing a service.<\/p>\n<p>They clearly believe they are serving mankind and medical research.<\/p>\n<p>But to anybody with common decency, it\u2019s just sick.  And it\u2019s something that I dare say the vast majority of people in this country would never, ever dream would happen here.  We went to war to stop people like this before!<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  There was an issue that we didn\u2019t get to yesterday in the program, and that is the latest Netroots convention in which Martin O\u2019Malley, the former governor of Maryland and mayor of Baltimore, got shouted off the stage for saying, &#8220;All lives matter.&#8221;  He was booed and intimidated off the stage.  The only thing the crowd wanted to hear was &#8220;black lives matter.&#8221;  Martin O\u2019Malley and somebody else was booed off the stage.  O\u2019Malley was just trying to be a good liberal! You know: Equality, sameness.  &#8220;All lives matter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>No, they don\u2019t! <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All lives matter&#8221; is white supremacy.  &#8220;All lives matter&#8221; is white superiority.  It\u2019s not right.  It\u2019s black lives matter!  I wonder, do &#8220;black lives matter&#8221; at Planned Parenthood, the nation\u2019s leading abortion factory?  I shudder to think how many, for instance, are aborted every year.  I wonder, do &#8220;black lives matter&#8221; there?  This is liberalism.  Liberalism gives us this concoction, &#8220;black lives matter.&#8221;  It\u2019s obvious lives do not matter at Planned Parenthood. In regard to this Planned Parenthood thing, I was just wondering why no one was asking the question of who the companies are that are buying these baby parts and what exactly they\u2019re doing with them?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Well, I think it\u2019s known.  I mean, the Planned Parenthood people have divulged who\u2019s buying the body parts. I can\u2019t think of the name.  There\u2019s one primary buyer here.  I can\u2019t think of the name of the group off the top of my head.  But it\u2019s known.  There\u2019s no medical research to show for it.  I mean, there\u2019s no medical research success.  That\u2019s the bottom line here. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: The companies are buying the body parts; Planned Parenthood\u2019s selling them.  What\u2019s happening in the research, that\u2019s what nobody\u2019s announcing, \u2019cause there isn\u2019t any success.  Just like there\u2019s no stem cell research that\u2019s mattered.  Adult stem cells are a different story, but the fetal stem cells, there\u2019s nothing that\u2019s happening in that area of research yet.  But I\u2019m sorry to disappoint you.  I know it does, because I look to me as the man with all the answers, and I\u2019m having a mental block as to the name.  There\u2019s a primary company that buys these things, and I just forgot. A woman by the name of Cate, C-a-t-e, Dyer, founded Stem Express, LLC, 2010.  They say that they &#8220;assist the medical research community,&#8221; like Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<p>They &#8220;assist the medical research community by providing researchers with maternal blood, umbilical cord blood, and human gestation tissue for research purposes.&#8221;  You low-information people, you LIVs, do you know what &#8220;human gestation tissue&#8221; is?  &#8220;Human gestation tissue.&#8221; That would be a baby\u2019s body from the womb.  Gestation tissue would be internal organs of a developing and growing baby in the womb.  Stem Express.
