The correspondent there, Cindy Saine interviewed James Clyburn.  He is a Democrat, South Carolina.  And they were talking about Obama\u2019s nuke deal with Iran.  And the correspondent said, &#8220;Are you in favor of the nuclear deal with Iran and the right of Congress to review it?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CLYBURN:  I will say to my friends, be very, very careful how you treat this president because the turnabout is fair play. And I think that this president has not been treated with the dignity and respect that he should be treated with, especially when it comes to his dealings with foreign countries.  And that, to me, is a big problem here.  So I support this country speaking with one voice when we get beyond the water\u2019s edge, and that is not taking place now.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_106455\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cly-1.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH:  What does he mean, &#8220;Be very, very careful how you treat this president&#8221;?  What does he mean by that?  What is he actually saying, and to whom?  &#8220;Be very, very careful how you treat this president because turnabout\u2019s fair play.&#8221;  So do you think he\u2019s signaling if you keep this up, then when you guys elect the next president we\u2019re gonna go after him double time?  (interruption)  Well, what\u2019s new about that?  Why threaten that?  That\u2019s modus operandi.  That\u2019s SOP, standard operating procedure. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>By the way, that\u2019s not all Clyburn said.  In addition to the threat, &#8220;Be very, very, very careful how you treat this president,&#8221; he also said, &#8220;I don\u2019t think Congress ought to have any right to circumvent the president&#8230; I don\u2019t think Congress ought to have any right to circumvent the president.&#8221;  He believes the president does have a right to circumvent Congress.  He said, &#8220;This foolishness been going on up here, it\u2019s just ridiculous, it\u2019s just foolishness.  We have to be very, very careful for people not to &#8212; look, I\u2019m old enough to have seen and paid attention to many presidents, all the way back to Truman, so I say to my friends, be very, very careful how you treat this president, \u2019cause turnabout is fair play.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Let me ask a question.  Did Clyburn sleep through the presidencies of Bush and Reagan and the Bushes?  I mean, what kind of respect did President Bush get from the Democrat Party the last six years of his term?  They tried to sabotage the war in Iraq.  You better be very, very careful how you treat this president.  I can\u2019t think of a president who has been more mistreated than George W.
