RUSH: The Ayatollah Khamenei, Ali Khamenei is his name, seemingly out of nowhere, said yesterday that Iran will not sign off on any final nuclear agreement unless military sites are declared off-limits to foreign inspectors. (laughing) Where do you think the nukes are gonna be? Also added is the requirement that the US will have to drop all economic sanctions against Iran on the day the agreement is signed. <\/p>\n

“The State Department responded on Thursday, saying that it intends to gradually pull back sanctions ‘in a phased manner upon verification that Iran has met specific commitments.'”<\/p>\n

Look, in a nutshell. The supreme leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has announced that Iran will not agree to any deal that permits inspectors at military sites, which is insane since the Iranians will naturally put their weapon program on military sites! <\/p>\n

The next story: “State Dept Struggles to Explain Rouhani and Ayatollah Claims US is \u00c2\u2018Lying\u00c2\u2019 About Iran Deal Facts.” Again, in a nutshell on this story<\/a>. The State Department spokes flack, this isn\u2019t Marie Harf. This is a guy named Rathke. What is his name? Jeff Rathke. Maybe they put Marie Harf on the sideline for a while here<\/a>. I wouldn\u2019t blame \u2019em. She\u2019s out there blaming Obama for all this mess. <\/p>\n

So anyway, they got a new spokesman out there, and he has admitted — this is big, folks. He admitted, the State Department spokes flack, admitted that the fact sheet John Kerry trumpeted and that the news media cheered was a total farce. The Iranians didn\u2019t agree to any of it. Obama\u2019s big announcement out there in the Bergdahl garden, none of it was true. The Iranians haven\u2019t agreed to any of it, the State Department admitted this yesterday. <\/p>\n

So the whole thing was nothing about a charade to hoodwink the Democrats in the Senate into thinking that Obama had hammered out a good deal so they would vote against the Corker-Menendez bill, which we said was the objective at the time. And in fact some Senators, like Dianne Feinstein, were fooled. Ms. Feinstein said the deal was better than they ever thought it would be. But there isn\u2019t a deal. Not only is there not a deal, the Ayatollah Khamenei is saying that Obama and everybody lied about the deal, our State Department pretty much confirms that. The Ayatollah Khamenei then said, if you want a deal we\u2019re not gonna allow inspections at any of our military bases, who do you think you are? And you\u2019ve gotta lift sanctions immediately. <\/line><\/p>\n

We\u2019re getting snookered. And it\u2019s exactly what I said yesterday. Folks, don\u2019t doubt me on this, please. It\u2019s just like Obamacare. Barack Obama doesn\u2019t care about the details. That\u2019s for minions to work out. That\u2019s for time to work out. He doesn\u2019t care. All he cares is Obama got health care. He wants historical reference and the headline, first president ever, after 50 years of trying, who did it? Barack Obama got national medicine, socialized medicine, national health care, whatever. The details, don\u2019t bother me with it. <\/p>\n

Same thing with Iran. After all these years and all these great presidents, supposed great presidents, who\u2019s the guy that finally got a deal with Iran on nukes? Dadelut dadelut dadelut, Barack Hussein Obama. What are the details? It doesn\u2019t matter. In fact, the details are not desired, and that\u2019s what\u2019s going on here. It\u2019s nothing more than Obama making legacy claims for history and so forth. I\u2019m telling you, the details are irrelevant. <\/p>\n

Here, grab sound bite number 12. You know, Obama went down to Jamaica and he threw out a greeting to his choom gang buddies. Here, grab number 11. Snerdley is perplexed when he looked at me on that. You don\u2019t know what a choom gang greeting is? (interruption) Well, you want to hear it? This is Obama, he\u2019s in Jamaica, University of the West Indies, and after he was announced, this is how he greeted the audience.<\/p>\n

OBAMA: Greetings, massive! (audience laughs) Oh yeah. Wha gwaan, Jamaica? (edited cheers) Big up. Yoo-wee.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: There you go. That\u2019s a choom gang greeting. Wha gwaan, Jamaica. Big up, yoo-wee. People on the inside know what he\u2019s saying. This next sound bite is yesterday afternoon, Kingston, Jamaica, once again Obama talking about Cuba and his decision to normalize relations. This is it, in a nutshell.<\/p>\n

OBAMA: We don\u2019t want to be imprisoned by the past. When something doesn\u2019t work for 50 years, you don\u2019t just keep on doing it. You try something new. (applause) And we are as committed as ever to supporting human rights and political freedom in Cuba and around the world, but I believe that engagement is a more powerful force than isolation, and the changes we are making can help improve the lives of the Cuban people. And I also believe that this new beginning will be good for the United States and the entire hemisphere.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: So here again, what he wants is all these great presidents, we had Kennedy, we had Johnson, we had Nixon, Kissinger, not a president, but secretary of state, we had Jimmy Carter, and Ronaldus Magnus, we had George H. W. Bush, we had Bill Clinton, had George W. Bush, and none of them were able to succeed with any of this. They didn\u2019t get health care. They didn\u2019t fix Iran, and they didn\u2019t normalize relations with Cuba. I, Barack Hussein Obama, did it. <\/p>\n

Even though there\u2019s no change and maybe situations are being made worse by Obama, the news is gonna be and the historical reference is gonna be: First president ever to get an agreement with Cuba, with Iran, and national health care. That\u2019s what he wants. Details, irrelevant. In fact, Drudge has a headline: “Raul Castro Bullying Obama,” in person, bullying Obama, telling Obama what\u2019s gonna be and what isn\u2019t gonna be. They\u2019re side by side and Raul Castro is defining terms. <\/p>\n

But the problem with that is, he\u2019s not bullying Obama per se. He\u2019s bullying America. Obama is letting him get away with bullying America \u2019cause Obama doesn\u2019t care. He just wants the buzz, the PR. He wants it as the first black president, the first president to make a deal with Cuba, first guy to solve Iran, first guy to nationalize health care.
