RUSH: We learned, ladies and gentlemen, that as Slim Pickens said, one of my all-time favorite movies, Dr. Strangelove, “Toe to toe with the Russkies in nuclear combat,” as he\u2019s riding the nuclear bomb out of the B-52 bomb bay door bay and he\u2019s headed down riding the bomb down to detonation. The Russkies have been hacking the White House, the executive office of the president, and the State Department for what seems like a long time.<\/p>\n

CNN has a story about it.<\/a> It\u2019s very casual. In fact, their headline: “How the US Thinks Russians Hacked the White House — Russian hackers behind the damaging cyber intrusion of the State Department in recent months used that perch to penetrate sensitive parts of the White House computer system, according to US officials briefed on the investigation.<\/p>\n

“While the White House has said the breach only affected an unclassified system, that description belies the seriousness of the intrusion. The hackers had access to sensitive information such as real-time non-public details of the president\u2019s schedule. While such information is not classified, it is still highly sensitive and prized by foreign intelligence agencies, US officials say.<\/line><\/p>\n

That would be Obama\u2019s private schedule, as opposed to the one that\u2019s made public every day and is readily accessible. And the private schedule is highly sensitive. If it isn\u2019t officially classified it\u2019s only because it\u2019s assumed nobody but those with the need to know would ever see it. <\/p>\n

Now, to get to the White House, the hackers first broke into the State Department, investigators believe. Now, who was running the State Department when this happened? That would be Mrs. Clinton. Oh. There\u2019s a story, I can\u2019t wait to get to this today. Clinton supporters are urging each other to not call her by her first name. Too casual. Not respectful enough. That she needs to be referred to as “Mrs. Clinton,” not “Hillary.” <\/p>\n

But, anyway, can we connect some dots? You can only connect the dots in the past. You can\u2019t connect the dots in the future. Okay, Hillary with that reset button with the Russkies, which was a joke and it was embarrassing. They actually made this little plastic red reset button and she went over to the Russians and met with them. And it was to reset relations and renew them because they had deteriorated so badly because of George W. Bush, right? <\/line><\/p>\n

Then we learned that Mrs. Clinton does not use the State Department e-mail system, that instead she sets up her own server at her home in Chappaqua, and we have further learned that the first three months she had literally no security on that server at all. Investor\u2019s Business Daily has a very long and detailed story today about how Mrs. Clinton\u2019s server would have been an ideal target for hackers and probably was successfully hacked. <\/p>\n

And even though Mrs. Clinton has not revealed or released all of the data that was on her server, there are people concluding that the Russians probably had it, probably got it. Even when she did add some encryption to her server, it wasn\u2019t anywhere near the best and was easily cracked. The reason being that the encryption service she had actually decrypted all of the e-mail before it ran its various performance tasks on it and reencrypting it. So all of her e-mail was unencrypted for quite a long time in computer terms, just a couple or three seconds is all anybody would really need. <\/p>\n

So, anyway, we\u2019ve been the victim of a massive hack. Here\u2019s Mrs. Clinton. What did she know about this? Could this have anything to do with why Mrs. Clinton decided not to use the State Department system, because she knew it was already being hacked? It didn\u2019t help her because her server was ripe for attack anyway. <\/line><\/p>\n

“One official says the Russian hackers have ‘owned\u2019 the State Department system for months and it is not clear the hackers have been fully eradicated from the system.” Well, how cool is that? Just imagine what — again, I want to reiterate what the Russians have been able to do with Hillary\u2019s rinky-dink home server. There was no way she could set up a home server that was off-limits to the Russian hackers. It would be easier for them. She had her name in the domain, for crying out loud. <\/p>\n

If they hacked the State Department system, which is really, really secure, then it would have been nothing to hack her own home server in Chappaqua. I mean, this is stunning, the degree to which the executive office of the president and the State Department have been hacked. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
