RUSH: From Nigeria, there\u2019s news, ladies and gentlemen: “A top Nigerian military official said Monday that the government knows the whereabouts of several hundred kidnapped girls but cannot reveal their location and cannot use force to rescue them, according to the website of the Ogun state television service.<\/p>\n

“‘The good news for the parents of the girls is that we know where they are, but we cannot tell you,\u2019 Air Marshal Alex Badeh, the government\u00c2\u2019s chief of defense staff, was quoted telling a group of visitors at his office in the capital, Abuja. He reportedly told the group, ‘Just leave us alone, we are working to get the girls back.'”<\/p>\n

In fact, let\u2019s go to the audio sound bites. This is yesterday Nigeria and the Nigerian chief of defense Alex Badeh speaking about the search for the girls…<\/p>\n

BADEH: We want our girls back.<\/line><\/p>\n

AUDIENCE: Yes!<\/p>\n

MAN: We can do it!<\/p>\n

BADEH: But I can tell you, we can do it. I admit we can do it. <\/p>\n

AUDIENCE: Yes!<\/p>\n

BADEH: But where they are held, can we go with brute force?<\/p>\n

AUDIENCE: Noooo.<\/p>\n

BADEH: If we go with force what would happen?<\/p>\n

AUDIENCE: (unintelligible grumbling)<\/p>\n

BADEH: So nobody could come and say the Nigerian military does not know what it is doing. We know what we are doing. We can\u2019t go and kill our girls in name of trying to get them back.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Were you able to understand that? Let me get the transcript here and I\u2019ll tell you what he said. There was crowd noise. He\u2019s outdoors. (reads transcript) Now, the United States sent 80 uniformed personnel to Chad last week, and this Alex Badeh makes no mention of them. We sent a drone force, essentially a drone unit. We have one drone. We\u2019ve got 40 people that operate the drone unit.<\/p>\n

The other 40 were to provide security for the 40 doing the drone programming and all that, and they were in Chad. So the bottom line is that the Nigerian government has told everybody that they know where the girls are but they can\u2019t tell anybody where they are because they don\u2019t want anybody going in there with force to get \u2019em out because force won\u2019t work and he just wants everybody to leave them alone. <\/p>\n

No mention of the hashtag<\/a>. I was waiting for Alex Badeh to mention it. I mean, if they can\u2019t go in with a use of force because that would not be good, could they go in showing the hashtags? Could they have their kidnap-recovery people go in, each of \u2019em holding the hashtag #BringBackOurGirls? Would that help?<\/a><\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: I think what\u2019s happening, I think we\u2019re being set up or I think we\u2019re being prepared for a swap, ladies and gentlemen, when it comes to the kidnapped Nigerian girls by Boko Haram. Remember, as you digest anything new about this story, what you have to not forget, keep in mind, is that the Regime, the United States Regime blames the Christian Nigerian government for this. <\/p>\n

<\/a>Mrs. Clinton, Barack Obama, the administration, would not list these people as a terrorist organization even though they\u2019re Al-Qaeda sympathizers and have wreaked Al-Qaeda type terror. But the Regime, which has a pacifist and appeasement policy with all terrorists, it seems, wants to take the occasion to blame the Christian Nigerian government for creating this group in the first place with their oppression of non-Christians and their oppression of Islamists and their economic oppression of the population. <\/p>\n

So I guess this is the modus operandi. It\u2019s maddening, it\u2019s frustrating, and it\u2019s wrapped up in this belief that if we\u2019d just be nice to \u2019em, show them that we mean them no harm, show them that and they\u2019ll just stand down. They\u2019ll stop being bad. They\u2019ll stop doing mean things to people. The people on the left really believe this. Well, some of them do. Others realize that it\u2019s simply a way to continue the whole agenda of blaming America for everything in the world. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
