RUSH: The Hillary debate debacle, the presidential forum debacle and the panic and fear that’s overtaking the Democrats over her lack of… Well, she just… She bombed out, frankly, didn’t look good, and she needs to let people see her heart and she needs to try to be humble and she needs to try to be real.  I just find this incredible.  A woman who we are told is the Smartest Woman in the World for her entire 30-year political career — and doesn’t that say something? Thirty years, and she still hasn’t shown us her heart?

It’s 30 years, and we still haven’t seen the real Hillary? The problem is, we have.  The problem for them is that we have seen the real Hillary.  Try this from The Daily Caller: “Hillary Clinton said she was harassed by a group of men who feared being drafted while she was taking a law school admissions test. The Democratic presidential nominee relayed the story to Humans of New York…” Do you know what Humans of New York is? (interruption) No, it’s not the De Blasio staff.

It’s “a blog featuring interviews done on the streets of New York.”  So some yokel with a camera goes out and asks your average New Yorker what he thinks about this or that on the street and they put it on this blog, and Hillary relayed the story to this group — Humans of New York — that she was bullied and “harassed by a group of men who feared being drafted while she was taking [the LSATs]. ‘I was taking a law school admissions test in a big classroom at Harvard,’ Clinton said. ‘My friend and I were some of the only women in the room. I was feeling nervous. I was a senior in college. I wasn’t sure how well I’d do.

“‘And while we’re waiting for the exam to start, a group of men began to yell things like: “You don’t need to be here.” And “There’s plenty else you can do.” It turned into a real “pile on.” One of them even said: “If you take my spot, I’ll get drafted, and I’ll go to Vietnam, and I’ll die.” So here’s Hillary minding her own business preparing to take the LSAT at Harvard, and a bunch of brute guys come up and say (impression), “You don’t need to be here!

“You’re a woman, who do you think you are?  If you take my slot, I’m gonna get drafted I’m gonna go to Vietnam, and I’m gonna die — and it’s gonna be your fault!”  This is the story she’s telling now.  How many lies has this woman told about being named after Sir Edmund Hillary, after being turned down for the Marine Corps because…? What was it? (interrupting) Well, they didn’t call her a dog.  The Marines have a name for this, dog unit, dog this… I forget what it is, and Hillary took it as she thought she was being called a dog.

She’s put that story out.  Now this.  Now this story. She said, “‘And they weren’t kidding around. It was intense. It got very personal. But I couldn’t respond. I couldn’t afford to get distracted because I didn’t want to mess up the test. So I just kept looking down, hoping that the proctor would walk in the room,'” meaning the professor. “‘I know that I can be perceived as aloof or cold or unemotional,'” Hillary admitted.

(chuckling) Really? (coughing) Excuse me. “‘I know that I can be perceived as aloof or cold or unemotional. But I had to learn as a young woman to control my emotions. And that’s a hard path to walk. Because you need to protect yourself, you need to keep steady, but at the same time you don’t want to seem “walled off.” And sometimes I think I come across more in the “walled off” arena. And if I create that perception, then I take responsibility. I don’t view myself as cold or unemotional. And neither do my friends.'”

We love… In fact, you’d be surprised! Me and my friends, we love those umbrella drinks you get in the Caribbean! “‘And neither does my family. But if that sometimes is the perception I create, then I can’t blame people for thinking that.'” Whoa!  She’s admitting that she’s cold, she’s admitting she’s aloof, and she’s saying it’s a “perception,” and it’s all ’cause a bunch of guys bullied her when she’s taking the LSAT!

Don’t forget this woman flunked the bar exam in DC; they yanked her off the Watergate committee ’cause she wanted to deny Nixon some constitutional rights — and that’s not an exaggeration.  They yanked her off.  She flunked the bar exam in Washington DC.  That’s why she decided to go to Arkansas with Bill.  That’s one of the primary reasons she went.  So she just loves playing the victim.  Isn’t it just classic? The victim, the women card, the gender card.  (sobbing) “Yeah, I was just waiting the LSATs I was only one of two women in the room

“We already were being discriminated against! It just isn’t fair they were just a bunch of brutes, a bunch of bullies… They were saying I was taking their jobs! They deserved the jobs because they were men and they were gonna die in Vietnam if I passed the test and they didn’t, and they were trying to bully me in the class, but I didn’t get down!” You talk about Trump exhibiting unpresidential-type temperament?

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: One thing about Hillary Clinton and this last story that I did about how she’s sitting down to take the LSATs at Harvard, one of only two women to take the test, and here came a bunch of bullies, making her feel bad and making her feel nervous, threatening her, telling her, “Look, you don’t need to be here, you’re a woman, you don’t need to pass this. I gotta pass this test. I gotta become a lawyer. If not, they’ll send me to Vietnam and I’ll die.”

Now, we sit here and laugh about it, and some of the other things that Hillary said.  Folks, I don’t want something to be missed here as — we react to this stuff and it’s genuinely funny.  But one thing that you should not overlook is in Hillary’s mind, all these things really did happen.  She is part of the early wing of the modern era of feminists, which are defined by their rage.  I mean, she really does have rage over this.  Whether these things really happened or not, she’s told herself enough times that if they specifically didn’t happen, that it was still happening nevertheless, and she’s angry about.

She’s still carrying around chips on her shoulder.  I think much of liberalism is guided by a never-disappearing chip on their shoulder. They’re always mad, angry about some personal affront.  And it’s always something that stood in their way. It’s always somebody being mean to them. It’s always somebody discriminating against them. It’s always somebody laughing at them or something along these lines.  And I think that’s why she’s Nurse Ratched.

Remember Sonia Sotomayor, when she was nominated to the Supreme Court, we did a little background check on her, just to learn about her, and we found out how filled with rage she was at Princeton.  And we found out how particularly early feminists in the modern era used that rage, in fact, to bully institutions into behaving as they wanted to.  So the rage is real.  Sometimes it’s acted, but it is nevertheless real, but the bottom-line meaning of it all, I think all this talk about how Hillary needs to warm up, she can’t.  She’s too perpetually peeved.

Have you ever known people that can’t get over it?  Have you ever known people that they’re 50, and they can’t stop talking about how they got slighted in college, how somebody made fun of them on their first job or whatever.  They carry it around with them and it festers, and it’s always effervescing.  And I think that’s who she is.  I think as a modern era feminist I think it’s part and parcel of being one, is a certain level of constant rage and anger at being treated unfairly, at being not fully respected for your talents or what have you.  I don’t, in fact, have any doubt about this.

So I think that is what explains all this.  And Hillary tells these stories attempting to evoke sympathy, as well as spread the rage.  Playing the victim card, playing the gender card, playing all this is designed to make people feel sorry.  We’re supposed to elect Hillary because we feel sorry for her.  We’re supposed to elect her because she’s been so discriminated against.  Why, she even left the White House broke, remember?  It was so bad, this vast right-wing conspiracy, all the things they did.  And at the root of it is Undeniable Truth of Life number 24, my friends, as crafted and authored by me.

Remember the story, Georgetown University was going to extend, what was it, free admission to descendants of slaves who had worked at Georgetown or who had been involved.  It wasn’t a blanket free admission policy to any relative or descendant from slaves.  They had to have some tie to Georgetown, slaves who’d been — oh, yeah, slaves who’d been sold by Georgetown.  If you could prove that you are a descendant of such a slave, they give you free admission and so forth.

Well, there’s even more.  Because you know, when you do that, it’s never the end of anything.  It just opens other doors.
