RUSH: Who set the Supreme Court, nine people in black robes, as the final authority on any issue? They did. Exactly right. That's exactly right. Marbury v. Madison, the Supreme Court decided, you know what? We're gonna sit here and decide what's constitutional and what isn't. We just decided that we're gonna do that. And so, precedent being inviolable, this is what has evolved. And it's always bothered me, because even low-information people now look at the Supreme Court that way, as the final authority.
